Pros: If there was just one thing that I did like how easy it was to access my tickets. I did not have to struggle at all.
Cons: For the software Brushfire I did notice that it seemed low quality when it came to the graphics but this was a few years ago.

Pros: Brushfire has been an incredible ticketing partner for us. The level of customization they offer allows us to build events exactly the way we need, and in my opinion their event pages stand out far above other platforms we’ve used. Everything is clean, professional, and easy for our attendees to navigate. On the management side, it’s just as strong. The platform is simple to use, efficient, and makes running our events much easier. And whenever we’ve had a question or needed help, their team has always responded quickly and made sure we had exactly what we needed. A special thank you to Johan. He has been a huge blessing to our team at Light the Way. His support and care have made a big difference for us!
Cons: No cons - any time we have an issues and they don't know what it is, a solution is always found or something is always changed to accomodate in some kind of way

I never give a 5 out of 5 to any organizarion as I don't think any group is perfect. There is always room for improvement. But 4.5 is a good number from me toward your team and the site itself.
Pros: The customer service is what I like most about Brushfire. Other tkts site (and I have used three others) don't have great track records when it comes to customer service for my clients or for myself as a producer. [sensitive content hidden] for one is wonderful to work with on my sales. I have had others at Brushfire help me too but [sensitive content hidden] stands out.
Cons: As an older technically challenged person I wish there was a way to "dumb it down" and simplify a bit. I only do a few shows a year so it's hard for me to remember the process. Hence needing to talk to [sensitive content hidden]!

Overall, our experience has been extremely positive. Whatever questions I have are promptly answered, and I've never reached a point of absolute frustration with the team or platform. For a first-time user, that makes for a pretty great experience!
Pros: Brushfire's customer support is some of the best I've encountered anywhere. The team has answered every question I've had, and they held my hand through the event-building process. The fees are considerably lower than other options we vetted. I'll stick with Brushfire for future events, for sure.
Cons: It's not the most intuitive or attractive platform for first-time users on the backend. The final product, however, is very intuitive and attractive for our audience, which matters more. And the fact that their support team makes themselves available to help on the backend, even providing training and looking over things with you, makes this con feel small. And really, once you've gone through the process, things seem way easier to navigate.

Overall, Brushfire is great to work with and always responds quickly to any issues or inquiries i have ever submitted.
Pros: I use Brushfire for all of the events I host. It's very easy to use. Many of our team has been able to be easily trained without taking a lot of time on all the major benefits of Brushfire like registration, mass emails, and problem solving.
Cons: Occasionally, there will be a request from people to receive an invoice for their balance when they have a third party paying for them. It would be great to have an invoice option built in.

Brushfire's power is unmatched. The developers have thought of nearly everything. Anytime I asked a question, Support always directed me to the solution. The support is ready to help. No question is foolish. They know their way around the software and can easily direct you to a solution.
Pros: I love that Brushfire is so customizable. I was able to upload our logo, background image, and brand colors. This really increased the professional look of our event, which was my #1 goal in looking for a new event software. The fees that are passed on to attendees are significantly less than other software so not only is my organization saving money, but so are my event attendees.
Cons: I would have loved to have a designated space for FAQs with the ability to have them be visible or not. Well written FAQs can cut down on a lot of customer service questions.

Overall, it felt like the cost savings were not worth the familiarity of an Eventbrite.

I had the pleasure of working with Brushfire and they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their team was incredibly processional, responsive and easy to work with. They consistently answered emails promptly, which made communication seamless and stress free. I truly felt like they cared about the success of my event.

Brushfire seems to be on call 24/7. We submit our ticketing needs for our events by sport and they quickly create the needed schedule tickets. If a game changes or is added late, Brushfire responds quickly and makes the needed adjustments.
Pros: The platform is very easy to use and navigate. The customer service Brushfire provides is 2nd to none. If an issue pops up or a change needs to be made, they willingly complete the needed task.
Cons: It is hard to say. I have only had positive experiences with Brushfire.

Our experience has been good. Ticket links are always returned to us in a timely manner and the support we receive is great.
Pros: I like that anytime we have any questions or issues, our representatives ALWAYS help us immediately. Their customer service is top notch.
Cons: The convenient fees while processing credit cards are the only complaints we get.

You get one-on-one customer service. When problems arise, they are addressed super fast to find that solution. They are just a phone call away.
Pros: The customer service is top tier. They always return phone calls and are proactive with our requests.

Excellent! They understood that our success was their success and worked with us to make their platform work for us.
Pros: The company and staff were willing to work with us to meet our ticketing and technology needs (which were challenging). They were responsive to our requests for information & support. They went the extra mile and showed up at our site before we rolled out the ticketing platform. They continued to provide great support during the first season. We look forward to working with them next year.
Cons: We did not have any major issues with Brushfire during the time we worked with them.

Good I just found cheaper options so when we had to renew a contract we went with on the stage
Pros: I really like the customer support and that they could take down a block of tickets for me when I needed to block out comp tickets

Fantastic would highly recommend this product.
Pros: Brushfire is an outstanding multi-use ticketing platform perfect for all sized events and loaded with great reporting, registration, and check in tools. Its very easy to use compared to other platforms on the market and gives you multiple personalisation tools in the ticketing space to make your event run smoothy. I would highly recommend this platform and the customer service and support is better then the majority of software companies on the market.
Cons: Lack of triggers to automate email communication or customised forms to collect additional information (and only additional information) post registration.

Sometimes we experience occasional glitches with the software. I hope customer support would improve in terms of response time and availability of resources.
Pros: The best features for me is the automated content generation, editing tools, and analytics. It also has an intuitive design that makes it easy to use and navigate. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other similar tools on the market.

Pros: The support team at Brushfire is the best I've worked with. They are very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Having worked with other event platforms this makes a huge difference.
Cons: The custom forms and reports are super helpful, but it does take a bit of learning to figure out how to set them up to do what you need.

I have used Brushfire since 2021 and have never had an issue with the product. From set up to execution and even customer interface, Brushfire is an excellent value when it comes to event management software!
Pros: Brushfire's team of customer service representatives are so helpful and responsive. They help my team with ticketing and event registration. They have even helped with virtual attendance!
Cons: I would like more reporting options and to be able to pull certain groups with "if/thens" to email and contact for promo.
