Dostoevsky said that beauty will save the world. Padlet offers beautiful boards and canvases for visual thinkers and learners. Use boards to collect, organize, and present anything. Use sandboxes for whiteboarding, lessons, and activities. Over 40 million people every month actively use Padlet. They use it to collaborate on files, manage digital assets visually, and more. Dostoevsky would have loved Padlet.

Padlet is easy to use as a beginner so it’s perfect for students. Students actually participate more as they are able to engage and interact with one another. It’s great for strengthening collaboration but has its limitations.
Pros: As a teacher, what I tend to like most about Padlet is how simple, flexible, and interactive it makes student engagement.
Cons: Even though Padlet is great for engagement, teachers often notice a few frustrations with the clutter of the board, less structure than other tools, requires reliable internet access, and limited feedback and grading tools.

Overall, Padlet is an amazing tool to use whether it is in the workplace or for school. You can do so many different things on it and it allows you to be creative and have fun with what you are doing or working on, it is truly great!
Pros: I like that you can make any boards you want and people can say anything on them. Padlet has great customer support if you were to have any issues and they handle everything quickly. You get a great value for your money with Padlet and they have awesome security! Video calls and conferencing are spectacular and it is super easy to manage your employees! Such a great tool to use!
Cons: The only thing that I could say that I dislike about Padlet is that the video calls and video conferences are not always the best quality so sometimes it can be difficult to see one another, but that does not impact the quality of the sound, so it is still great!

Overall, my experience with Padlet has been positive. It’s a simple and useful tool for organising ideas and collaborating with others. I found it helpful for sharing information and keeping everything in one place. It’s especially good for quick tasks and group work.
Pros: Padlet is very easy to use and doesn’t take long to understand. I like how you can quickly post notes, images, or links in one place. It’s great for sharing ideas with others and keeping everything organised.
Cons: The free version is a bit limited, especially with how many boards you can create. Sometimes it can also feel slightly cluttered if too many people are posting at the same time

Pros: This software continues to being ideal in collecting student feedback and tailoring spaces for their experiences
Cons: Its takes a second for students to use this software, but repeated use during the semester is an easy solution

Overall, I was pleased with our experience of Padlet. It provided a way for our educational team to see everyone's input visually. We could add to the boards and update as needed. It became a great reference type document for us.
Pros: It was an excellent tool for group collaboration in an educational setting. It allowed multiple participants to add in their own creative thoughts and viewpoints in real time. Everyone could see as the ideas developed. There was a real sense of individual input and seeing the 'big picture' at the same time. Using Padlet has overall been a good value for money. It's features are helpful, and it is user friendly.
Cons: When we used boards with multiple participants, sometimes the collaborative input became a little unorganized and hard to read as a whole. It would be nice if we could establish some more sequence at times.

we used it at my uni 4 yrs ago (AFTRS) and i fell in love with it then. i have been using it ever since
Pros: great journal entry/ mind dump/ place to store all things written that isnt iphone notes. i find my ideas get lost in physical journals/ notes app whereas padlet im able to highly organise my thoughts from years ago to now
Cons: the templates are very structured so no ability to sort as i would like. it would be cool to be able to sort things by colour, date, style, and then to go back again if that makes sense

Padlet is enabling and enjoyable to work with. My clients can all access it easily and the attention to aesthetic makes it perfect for fine tuning to the personal characteristics of the work we do together.
Pros: Padlet acts as a user friendly secure online portal for large, sensitive reports, full of beautiful moments and pictures of my clients and staff.
Cons: Padlets preview function mucks up the formatting on word documents meaning that my clients need to download the documents to view them properly and thi can look unprofessional.

Pros: Padlet is very easy to use and our employees love handing out kudos on it. They especially like being able to add images.
Cons: I haven't really found anything I dislike about Padlet. It works for exactly what we need it to. I would highly recommend Padlet.

Overall, I’ve had a good time with Padlet. It’s a cool tool that mixes creativity and structure. I’ve used it to gather ideas, run discussions, and get my thoughts sorted, and it has worked well for me. The pricing could be a bit high for casual users, but if you need a visually appealing space to collaborate, it's worth a look. I’d suggest it for teachers, teams, and freelancers who like to work visually.
Pros: Padlet is super easy to use and makes working together a breeze. I really like the visual setup, it's like a digital bulletin board where you can easily drag and drop your stuff. It’s great for brainstorming, planning, or teaching. I also liked that you can add images, links, and files right in without needing anything extra. It makes group projects fun and organized.
Cons: The free version has some limits, and you might hit some roadblocks if you’re using it often or with bigger teams. Sometimes, when a lot of people are on at once, the board can slow down a bit. It’d be nice if they could make it work better in real-time and give free users a bit more space.

Excellent! Great for school work and for personal use! I recommend a lot of my colleagues and friends for the same.
Pros: It has a really nice feature of embedding everything perfectly in any structure we want. We can choose between many styles and layouts.
Cons: It should allow for more than 3 boards at a time for non-premium users. It's hard to maintain boards.

I'm very happy with Padlet and I would encourage every educator to use it
Pros: I use Padlet on a daily basis and it's my favourite, to the extent that I became the Padlet champion at my university. It's simple and easy to use and it works well whether it's about social or individual learning. It's works with groups and all class activities too. I like the fact that students can post their answers anonymously because this creates a safe environment for them to participate in class activities. Students can post anything from pictures to text to file etc.. so it's very flexible and inclusive. I use it with my students not only for in-class activities but also for preps and even to interact with an existing content before our seminars. It's a great all round tool and every educator must use Paldet in one way or another.
Cons: There's no possibility to shorten the links. Although I use QR codes, links are needed for students who use their laptops to access the page. This means that every time I create a Padlet page, I have to rely on third party websites to shorten the link. This creates an extra task to do and I wish Padlet team look into this issue and allow us to generate a shorter link to make it more accessible to students

My overall experience has been great! My class was able to collaborate with a class in India on a topic we were both working on. It was an amazing opportunity!
Pros: I love that students, coworkers, or whoever fits your needs can collaborate from anywhere using this platform.
Cons: It can be challenging to edit posts that have already been published.

I love to use padlet to showcase student work and have students collaborate with each other on a board. I also like that it can be personalized with backgrounds and images.
Pros: I like to have students being able to post either anonymously or with their name.
Cons: Nothing I can think of off the top of my head.
Clare N. · Teacher · Higher Education · December 4, 2024
Overall, I’ve had a great experience and I look forward to explore and learn more about Padlet.
Pros: I’m able to give feed back to the entire class and everyone can see my corrections.
Cons: Students can edit after so many days after the initial post.

So easy. I use it weekly. Love the templates. I use it for class warm ups, discussions, and knowledge checks.
Pros: Padlet is SO easy to use. In a few minutes, you can create something great for the classroom. There are so many new templates. I love that you can share it to the class without students having to log in. It is intuitive to use unlike many whiteboard sites. It also just has a "fun" feel to it. Love it!
Cons: I wish there was a way to wipe all the answers in one click to use in another class.

I love it! I am excited to explore ways to use it in less advanced classes and I am hoping to collaborate with other language teachers who are finding innovative ways to add this to their curriculum. Gracias.
Pros: As a world language teacher, I have found Padlet to be an excellent place to collaborate. We make vocabulary lists, blog about different ideas, drop in original work - there are so many possibilities. I especially LOVE the new recording feature. My advanced Spanish students just wrote original "Elemental Odes" (in the style of Pablo Neruda). They were able to post a picture with their original written work and the recite their poem on the same Padlet! We later read and listened to all of their work together. Amazing! I am trying to convince our entire department to use it!
Cons: No complaints yet - it is so versatile. I feel like I have not even scratched the surface of creative ways to use it! Is there a way to collaborate with other teachers?

I love using the Padlet as it allows for easy documentation and gather responses
Pros: Padlet provides an opportunity to gather responses/ knowledge from participants and its encouraging to read others thoughts and views. It's flexible interface allows for posting of images and pictures thereby allowing different ways of expression. It permits users to change the background and format it according to ones needs, making it versatile and effective. Padlet stays on the dashboard and can be retrieved for future reference.
Cons: When downloading the pdf version of the Padlet the look of it changes. Maintaining the same could be preferred.

Near-flawless, honestly. I've used it so many times in remarkably varied ways that I know it will continue as a favored tool.
Pros: Its versatility; I can create a project that suits my needs for in the classroom, or for professional development, or even for personal use quickly and efficiently. Its AI generation has been a boon for me as well.
Cons: I wish its flow chart template was a bit more customizable regarding font size, bubble size, etc.

It has been great having my padlets and I use them when I lead professional development. My participants return to the padlets again and again. And each time I lead a workshop, we gain more ideas onto the Padlet.
Pros: I like that it’s visually stimulating and that it is a living document. There are many options for engaging with a Padlet too.
Cons: I wish the free version allowed for a few more padlets.
Gina S. · Teacher and PL Facilitator · Education Management · November 12, 2024
It has helped me very well and make collaboration with colleagues exciting.
Pros: It's simplicity and ease of use. It has variation of features that helps with projects, brain storming, diagramming, collaboration and visualising ideas.
Cons: There are only 3 free boards without an upgrade.

In my role as a professional learning facilitator (in schools), I use Padlet for all of my workshops. It is a great tool for me to share resources, supporting video tutorials and exemplars of student work. It also provides the space for workshop participants to easily share their creations and seek feedback. Love this tool!
Pros: I love how easy it is to use! A fantastic collaborative tool for gathering and sharing digital content. It is also very visually appealing, with such an intuitive interface.
Cons: Can't really think of anything I don't like. Sorry!

Practical, easy to use, fun, engaging, and I love it
Pros: Padlet is the best software to use to make and share content with my students and others colleagues. Love the new features
Cons: Nothing, I have had a great experience so far
Patricia P. · Teacher · Education Management · November 5, 2024
My Pros describe--I've used in my math and reading content teaching with 5th grade. I've also used extensively with my Adult ESL students! They enjoy using it, adding pictures and it enhances their writing skills. Love it!
Pros: Many different ways to use for teaching strategies/writing/math, all content areas at all different levels, plus the captivating backgrounds! Please add more captivating backgrounds!
Cons: Nothing! However, possibly, when you have updates to the different areas of the platform, it's a bit hard to adjust to the newness. Have used for years! Still want to use!
