Cons: Documentation could be clearer, anothet thing i would say is initial configuration & understanding of features are challenging

Verifying users identify in the Service Desk. Audits the process in our ITSM tool and wanrs about possible advesaries.
Pros: Focusing on security at the Service Desk, getting a controlled process for identifying end users was a big mess before IVM. We really like the product, the ability to handle different users with different proofing type and scores makes the product vore versatile.
Cons: A bit har to understand as it is complex. Some steps are not that intuitive and it is hard to configure.

Overall, I love FastPass IVM it really helpfull for visitors check in check out process make it efficient, secure and user friendly.
Pros: I Like FastPass IVM because provides Robust Identify Verification method that can increase security and ensure only authorized visitors enter the premises.
Cons: We may be resistant to changing from manual to automated systems and also require training for staff to use system effectively.

My overall experience with FastPass IVM has been positive. Adding more guidance or tutorials to its messages and workflows could be more better.
Pros: The greatest feature of FastPass IVM is its efficiency which makes identity verification process fast and easy, saving both time and resources. It gives the flexibility to adapt workflows, its use in multiple fields.
Cons: Complex functionalities, which can take time for new users to learn and use. New users need to learn functions, before they can use all the functions properly.

It is customized templates that I can use for cost effective and reducing risk of data breaches.

Very Satisfied, great product with great features
Pros: IVM is a versatile product that was able to embrace all of our 3000 users. Making sure to have a solid solution for normal situations that also covers users who forget their password and loose their phones. Integrated IVM to ServiceNow which works well
Cons: For cases where escalation is necessary IVM automatically places tickets on another call group that then takes care of typically contacting the end-users manager to complete verufucation and also instructs the manager to let the user enroll

My job works perfectly and my client gives me more projects since our deal has 100% perfect.
Pros: What I really like the most about this software is to easy to navigate just a couple clicks away you can get the result as easy as you can. Storing of personal information is really secured and getting verified who's the person pass the verification process is way to accurate. I can run my task with easy and no worries since it has 100% accurate database.
Cons: I'cant fine any dislike about this software. The person develop this software made his job perfectly.

This software has been nothing but helpful, I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.
Pros: This is the best solution there is to the problem of identifying employees when they talk to the Service Desk. The decision not to integrate to our ITSM proves it the tool was rigid and stable enough. This software is absolutely helpful.
Cons: I have nothing to dislike about FastPass IVM so far.

Pros: FastPass IVM provides a "polite" way of introducing identity verification as part of an helpdesk interaction. This builds trust between both parties that services can be effectively rendered. It is as simple as possible since in most cases this can be seamlessly (as much as is allowed) integrated into the ITSM tool of choice.
Cons: The initial learning curve on process configuration can be intimidating. Luckily there are sample setups that can be cloned or used, and verification processes can be designed to be simple at first and then be expanded as the company matures.
