Overall, it’s a simple platform that appears to be easy to navigate and give you an at—glance snapshot of donor history, records, and campaign progress.
Pros: DonorDock is a simple, intuitive donor management and donation processing platform for businesses and nonprofits who might just be starting out.
Cons: Sometimes, the filters in DonorDock can act a little “wonky” and not display the data correctly. If you re-filter or refresh a few times, this usually solves the issue.

It is great for keeping donor records for free, tagging donors, and running reports.
Pros: Free option is very helpful for our small budget nonprofit.
Cons: Importing donor records was a bit difficult.

Pros: It's pretty simplistic to use. There seems to be some good analytic features that can be utilized.
Cons: Hard to find help in the software at this point, but I am new to it. Knowing CRM's I can figure some of the functionality out though.

Pros: I like how much Donor Dock can do, the fact that they don't raise our price for having a big database (one price no matter how big) and that it includes email marketing, which saves us money on having a separate emailer.
Cons: I wish that the integration between donor lists and marketing lists were a bit smoother. As well, I wish that I could change the assigned member for donors more easily, merge contacts more smoothly, or have contacts that have no assigned member.

It's a great tool for our non-profit. Our accountant and marketing person find it very easy to work with.
Pros: It's very easy to use. We use it to enter and track gifts and to send out weekly e-mail and monthly newsletters. It's easy to pull lists and run reports.
Cons: I haven't come across any downfalls while using DonorDock.

It's so much easier to use than any other donor management system I've tried. It's also the cheapest. The team is super friendly too, so anytime we have questions, you're taken care of immediately.
Pros: Everything is very intuitive to figure out, so I don't have to spend any time training how to do something new. It's simple, easy, and includes a newsletter option so I could get rid of that additional expense.
Cons: Honestly, nothing. They are the greatest to work with so if you ever come across a functionality you wish it had, you simply need to let them know and they make it happen.

Customer service has been excellent!
Pros: More up to date and continually adding and updating features
Cons: Users that subscribe to our newsletter do not get automatically put on a list and we do not get notified that they subscribed.

DonorDock was exactly what my small nonprofit foundation needed. It checked all the boxes - and most importantly, it was affordable!
Pros: Affordable. Easy to use. Excellent customer service. Enewsletters templates. Unlimited contacts.
Cons: There isn’t anything I don’t like. They request suggestions and ideas for improvement. They adopted a suggestion of mine within the first few months I was using it!

We've had a very good experience and things have been working smoothly for us. During our initial ramp up, there were some issues and limitations that we surfaced, but the DonorDock team was very prompt and supportive in helpful resolve things. Very pleased with our interactions.
Pros: DonorDock provides an easy-to-use product that nicely meets the needs of our small non-profit. We have just over 2,000 contacts in our database, some with email addresses and some only with U.S. mail contact info. We manage donations, email newsletters, etc. The integration with Stripe has worked seamlessly. We like the fact that this is an active project with improvements and new features continuing to be added. We also have had very good luck with their Support. Prompt and helpful. The reporting features also provide a lot of flexibility and work well.
Cons: The features for creating various communications, whether email or .pdf, can be fairly limited and simplistic. Better than some, but certainly that's not a core strength of DonorDock. And there seem to be some database fields that we don't have access to or are not visible in a data dump. But in general, these are rather minor things that don't overshadow the many positives.

DonorDock is regularly evaluating its platform and making updates, to include engaging user feedback. Customer service is quick, responsive and helpful.Data is a powerful tool and a tool that small nonprofits deserve to have too and not at outrageous costs. DonorDock has provided us a centralized platform for collecting, organizing, and analyzing crucial data. By capturing and analyzing data on donors, fundraising campaigns, and program outcomes, we are gaining more insights into our fundraising efforts. This data-driven approach enables us to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.We finally feel like we are actually in the game to manage fundraising goals rather than trying to understand dozens of spreadsheets that don't talk to each other in ways that we really needed!
Pros: Implementing DonorDock for us was a game-changer. DonorDock offers a multitude of benefits that streamline operations, enhance fundraising efforts, and foster stronger relationships with donors. By leveraging the power of a CRM, we have optimized our efficiency, increased our impact, and are achieving long-term sustainability in the work that we do.
Cons: The only thing that we have found that we are missing is a way to connect events to DonorDock, such as a way to sell tickets for fundraisers and track them through DonorDock vs. setting up a separate process for this and having to input data into the system for each ticket sold.

Pros: Intuitive user interface. We like that pricing isn't tiered based on number of contacts. Most other solutions have a steep price increase that discourages growing contacts.
Cons: The need to use Zapier for integrations with other systems (which has a separate cost) is the only downside.

Pros: The most helpful thing about Donordock is how affordable it is with all of its amazing features. I was able to cancel our constant contact subscription and payment processor and streamline everything into Donordock which uses Stripe. This has saved our Non-Profit a lot of money and has offered better ways to engage with our donors than our previous CRM which didn't even recognize if we had a new donor.
Cons: I dislike the profile page available to our donors. I wish Donordock had a login page for all donors, not just monthly donors, where they could have their payment information memorized, accessible to change, and contribution statements to view.

Great product, great company, and great customer service!
Pros: Donor Dock is a simple but elegant solution to nonprofits' fundraising and development needs across three main functions, CRM, Engagement/Donor Outreach, and donation platform and it's an excellent product in each category.
Cons: Honestly, nothing. Excellent product at a great price point.

DonorDock was so much easier to purchase than other products and the price point made it affordable for a small nonprofit to utilize.
Pros: We love the ease of use of the software, but most importantly is the help that [sensitive content hidden] gave us to get started with our database. She was the best Solution Engineer because she not only understands the complexity of functionality, but she can easily convey this information to us in a way that we understand. She is a delight to work with and we couldn't have been happier that she has been so responsive with us.
Cons: Nothing at this time. We are just starting to use the product after importing our data.

Overall the experience with DonorDock has been great. This mostly comes from the fact that they have the best service out there. Anytime we need to figure something out, they are there.
Pros: DonorDock really is different from all our donor CRM tools. Not only is their interface very intuitive and doesn't need excess training, but they are consistently making great improvements (using feedback from the community), and their service level is unmatched. Ultimately, it does everything we need it to in a simple solution for a great price. I have encouraged many to make the switch.
Cons: DonorDock does have limitations on customization. Everything that we need from the tool is there, but if you get very granular with your donor information points, there may be missing areas. You can add different custom options to support these needs, but it may become excessive if you do it a lot. I would also like better automated workflows, but I have accomplished what I need by using third-party-linked solutions.

DonorDock is incredibly user-friendly and doesn't limit the number of donor contacts like many other systems. It's really easy to use, and they have frequent training, informational update zooms, and great customer service if you need anything. After you try DonorDock, you'll wonder what you ever did before and why it took you so long to sign up.
Pros: So user-friendly, the donor info management is next level, and the customer service is like I've never experienced anywhere.
Cons: It's hard to say cons as most of the time DonorDock is developing new ways to improve before I realize improvements need to be made.

Pros: We utilize DonorDock daily to manage multiple aspects of our organization. We track participant information including registration, program participation and correspondence. We also track our donors and sponsor's information along with their donations, correspondence, giving receipts, and contribution statements. The ease of having all the information in one place and having the ability to sort, categorize, badge and run multiple reports allows us to analyze a lot of information easily.
Cons: I think it would be helpful to be able to customize the fields in the contacts information. It is a lengthy form that we don't utilize as an organization well.

We have not used it that long but we are extremely happy!
Pros: It is very easy to use and the customer service response to questions is INCREDIBLY quick. I am so thankful for that! It is great to use for tracking donations and managing donor relationships.
Cons: The biggest improvement that could be made is related to the receipting process and having more power of editing things, etc.

Pros: We love how easy it is to use the software. Other software systems we've used have taken days if not weeks to know how to do the most basic things and DonorDock was so easy to navigate. We are able to tailor our communications to our donors with the help of our marketing team and it looks just like we sent the email individually. The online giving pages are easy to set up and modify as needed.
Cons: There are some aspects of the software that I wish it had. For example: it would be nice to have a way to toggle between a primary address and a secondary address so we aren't having to manually manipulate a mailing list when some of our donors are down south for the winter; it would be nice to have the ability to run a report of total giving by year to be compared to other years, right now we pull a list for each year separately, merge them together and then make it all coherent it's very cumbersome.
