Later has allowed us to be online more often and more consistently and achieve our marketing goals without breaking our budget.
Pros: This product organizations everything I need for my social media social media is a small piece of my business. It’s mostly to keep us relevant and get information out of the world. We can’t spend a lot of time on it and Later makes it so efficient.
Cons: Nothing really comes to mind is something I don’t like about it. The cost feels very fair and it greatly improve improves my workflow.

Mavrck it's a cool easy and understandable,in my overall experience I never had any problems using it
Pros: It is excellent quality and easy to use and understand
Cons: One need to understand its features to be able to use it accurately it seems a little bit trickier to understand but with a little effort to go through it,then it's easy to understand

Pros: It functions similarly to every other platform like it.
Cons: From an influencer and content creator standpoint, the terms of service and contract terms are exploitative. There is no negotiation allowed. On many deals, you have pre-agree to terms before you see the product and pay. They pre-set bad deal terms and expect influencers to just go along with it. There is no option for payments outside of PayPal. Brands and influencers can't communicate directly.

We love it! We interviewed a lot of similar tools prior to partnering with Mavrck, easily made this choice and haven't looked back since.
Pros: We loved how it could make ambassador marketing campaigns as automated as possible, without losing personalization / authenticity in the relationship with your creators.
Cons: We still do a decent amount of data pulling / reporting in excel, but the reporting in the UI still covers a lot.

Great team, love my Mav reps but the platform itself has a few growing pains.
Pros: The sourcing and application phase of campaigns is super easy and straightforward.
Cons: Unfortunately, the click and sales tracking data aren't being captured, running into issues with Clickmeter.

Mavrck has steamlined all of our influencer marketing processes. The platform has tons of insight and features that even other teams at our company have come to us to take advantage of. In general, our direct Mavrck contacts have been accessible and willing to help with any questions or concerns.
Pros: Mavrck has greatly helped our team by collecting most of our communication and processes into one platform. With Mavrck we are able to source influencers, invite them to campaigns, communicate with them, move them through our workflow, collect assets, review and approve social post drafts, and collect post and campaign analytics. Coming from previously communicating exclusively through email, Mavrck ensures that all members of our team can see all communication with influencers (creators had a habit of not cc'ing all members) which is extremely helpful in the case of someone being out of office. Being able to set up and move influencers through a campaign workflow is a great way of monitoring campaign progress. Finally, Mavrck has a wealth of reporting/analytics capabilities which has allowed us to better evaluate our campaigns and individual influencers. We're also able to export all data to share with stakeholders.
Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve when we first transitioned to Mavrck. We found ourselves having to reach out to the Mavrck team outside of our standard onboarding sessions. Additionally, over time we've run into a few bugs, and the customer service/engineering team has taken a long time to follow up on our questions or hasn't provided consistent communication on the progress. Outside of that, some influencer and agents have expressed hesitation about joining and using an external platform. We've been able to explain the benefits to many, but some have specific policies against external platforms in place.

Customer service and support is great. Love working with this team! Also REALLY appreciate how we aren't tossed around to various points of contacts and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is dedicated to our team/success.
Pros: I love how easy it is to scale our program and understand the impact of our influencer marketing efforts. Not only do these campaigns unable us to easy activate creators, it allows us to use this content to fuel our content engines in our own channels with a diverse group of people/content.
Cons: Budget management really needs work! The only way I can get around this is offering a flat-fee, which I think is an outdated way to execute influencer marketing campaigns.

Mavrck is really helping our team scale our influencer program. Automated communications and messages really help to keep our campaigns moving, and being able for anyone on our team to stay updated on progress and outstanding needs is super helpful. It will allow us to manage multiple campaigns more effectively.
Pros: Mavrck is a really great influencer management platform. It's a one-stop shop for managing all of our influencer campaigns and is so helpful to have contracting, campaign management, communications and payment all in one platform. This allows all of our team members to be up to speed on where we are in each campaign at any given time.
Cons: It has been difficult to get some of our current influencers that we work with signed up on the platform. Some have been hesitant about the switch. Also for influencers who have agents, it is difficult to manage as they don't offer the ability to add additional managers to the influencer account, but this is something they have assured me they are working on.

The team we work with at Mavrck is very helpful, knowledgable and accomodating.
Pros: As a social media assistant, I love so many features about Mavrck. The process of setting up the campaign is super intuitive and I really love the flow of how the campaigns are set up. There are so many ways you can tailor your campaign to your brand and I love that about Mavrck!
Cons: Personally, this is my first time using Mavrck for business and building the campaign so far has been very smooth.

Pros: Onboarding with Mavrck was seamless and it has been extremely beneficial for managing our campaigns. Having the ability to run everything from start to finish in one platform has allowed us to become much more efficient.
Cons: Overall, the search functionality is not as robust as I had hoped for. There aren't as many influencers in our key demographic, and I feel I see the same influencers again and again.

Overall, the product is great and the service the team provides is wonderful. The team is (and always has been in my experience) full of helpful and knowledgeable account leads that are truly great partners.
Pros: The Mavrck platform is great, it is intuitive and easy to use. When you log in it starts high-level with an overview dashboard and digs deeper in sections like Content Performance where you're able to see each campaign and influencers performance almost real-time. The ability to easily get to current and past campaigns (and export as needed) in a huge help.
Cons: As with many marketing/advertising software there in an inability to close the loop on sales. This is certainly not isolated to Mavrck but it would be a huge win if there was a way to attribute sales, even directionally.

Our experience with Mavrck has been amazing, and their support staff are some of the best I've ever worked with. Mavrck is truly invested in your success, and they work hard to provide as much (or as little) support as your team requires.
Pros: Mavrck does a spectacular job in helping us to manage our Influencer relationships and incentives. We save countless hours in being able to quickly source influencers and deploy content that supports all important business functions.
Cons: There isn't much not to like. I think the filtering within each section can improve a bit, but overall, the platform works perfectly for our needs.

Pros: Mavrck makes it easy to deploy new campaigns and easy to manage the progress. Their support team acts as the expert, guiding in best practices.
Cons: Mavrck's network of influencers tends to be on the small to medium size (follower count). While you can manually source specific influencers, it tends to slow the campaign down dramatically.

Mavrck is a tremendous help in onboarding our creators, facilitating payment and tracking content success across a wide range of projects. The whole Mavrck team is very professional and solutions-oriented. We could not scale our influencer practice without them!
Pros: We use Mavrck to track content performance, which is essential to our business and evaluating the ROI for deploying creators. Their customer service is excellent, timely, and relationship-oriented. They are also quick to process creator payments which is essential to maintaining positive relationships with the creator community.
Cons: Creator discovery is a bit difficult since the platform is limited to creators who have already opted in. The tool also pulls in creators who aren't relevant to the search criteria (a problem that definitely isn't limited to Mavrck).

The overall experience with Mavrck has been pretty good. The team is very supportive and maintains constant contact to make sure everything is going okay.
Pros: This software makes the influencer sourcing process much easier and convenient. It takes time to find the right influencers who fit with the brand and Mavrck helps at making that selection quicker. This system also allows you to have seamless communication with the influencer.
Cons: I don't like how the software is unable to source from platforms like TikTok. It is crucial that we have influencers from Instagram as well as TikTok.

Pros: Mavrck is a great platform to manage all steps of an entire influencer campaign successfully. From sourcing to reporting, everything can be easily completed within the Mavrck platform. It is relatively easy to learn, and they are constantly working to improve any nuances. The team at Mavrck is very easy to work with and help to lend a hand along any step of the way.
Cons: My team has been experiencing many technical bugs on the platform lately; pages not loading, having to refresh constantly, messages sending incompletely, and a lot of troubleshooting. The reporting isn't always accurate, and we are often times finding pieces of content that are pulling through incorrectly to the platform. The reporting functionality is not my favorite, as I feel like we are misrepresenting certain metrics to clients.

We have been working with Mavrck for several years and have always had a great experience with their entire team. We love to read their educational email blasts and lean on them for strategy and execution.
Pros: We have worked with Mavrck for 4+ years on a large scale micro and nano ambassador program. Mavrck's integrations with existing vendors has made it really successful and easy to implement. We've been able to grow our ambassador program with their discovery features and they have some of the best analytics of all over influencer vendors.
Cons: The load time on the content page can be frustrating, however, this is likely due to how much content is pulling in and also Meta's API.

Pros: The platform is very user friendly and easy to use. I like the fact that you can leave your feedback and communicate with the influencers. Accessing in-depth KPIs and helping manage campaigns more efficiently is a big plus. The support team is very responsive and easy to work with. Great customer service!
Cons: The filters for influencers could do some improvement. It's been a bit difficult for us to find influencer which meet our criteria, particularly as we focus on environmentally friendly influencers. Expanding the influencer database would also help.

At times Mavrck has been very helpful, at other times very frustrating. It's a good platform to source influencers but could use work to make every other step of the process more seamless (communication, draft uploads, reporting)
Pros: It's nice to be able to source influencers in one place and see their engagement rates and audience breakdown.
Cons: Could be a lot more user friendly. We've run into issues with the email system as well as draft uploads and reporting.
