Pros: ITONICS is by far the most comprehensive platform for the management of trends, innovations and strategies - and it comes with a beautifully optimized UX. Even without a training, many of my clients see the benefits at first glance.

Cons: A minor thing is that some clients I work with aren't fluent in English, so they might need a translation. But I guess the team is already working on that.

Pros: ITONICS offers a powerful all-in-one innovation platform, combining foresight, ideation, and portfolio management to streamline processes and boost team collaboration. However, its complexity and cost may be barriers for smaller or less experienced users.

Cons: The wide range of features can be overwhelming, New users may experience a steep learning curve, affecting initial productivity. Integrating third-party tools can be tricky, and reporting requires a deeper understanding for useful insights.

Pros: Intuitive visualisations for the overview of all innovation activities. Powerful analysis and insights of the portfolio's status updates and health. AI integration adds further insights on the top.

Cons: Time to time challenges on minor user interface improvements but the support team is fast enough to resolve issues.

Pros: What I like most about the product is its powerful visualizations like the radar and the matrix and the connectivity of these data points. The platform is highly configurable which was ideal as some changes needed to be made during the softrolllout. With the landing pages, we were able to guide users and specifically show what was relevant for the stakeholder group. In terms of service, I greatly appreciate the support of all customer facing teams, their commitment and dedication to bring out the best for us.

Cons: Setting up the platform took more time and effort than we expected. It was a bit of a challenge, but the ITONICS support was there to guide us through the process. While some features are missing, the product team is constantly improving the product which is great to see.

Pros: Clear & structured, easy to adjust the tool by yourself (smaller configurations), great support by customer manager who always has ideas about how to meet our needs

Cons: Vulnerability to (repeated) bugs, some of which are discovered late and by chance or cannot be resolved on the live platform despite efforts limited roadmap function & integration with other tools

Pros: For our activities within our team, the platform and especially the visualizations like the radar are the most valuable feature. In addition, having the development of signals over time, has helped us to be automatically notified about developments in a particular domain.

Cons: As ITONICS offer quite a big range of features, it was a bit overwhelming at first and required some time to fully understand and especially utilize the capabilities.

Pros: ITONICS Innovation OS has been a game-changer for our innovation efforts, digitizing our idea collection and collaboration across multiple organizations. The ideation and foresight modules specifically help with scouting trends and technologies making it a strong solution to aid strategic decision making and fostering a culture of innovation. The platform is flexible enough to deal with our needs: We use the ITONICS Innovation OS as trend research and reporting tool, which both is possible. The very friendly support, I'd rather say our collabs, are great - love to work with you guys!

Cons: Not the easiest backend due to the complexity. To keep up, regular usage is necessary. Customization of the landing page is possible, but coding skills are required to do so.

Pros: Tool is easily customisable to your individual needs. also very good customer service.

Cons: different pricing modules dependant on number of users

Pros: Innovative, easy to use and configure, flexible, perfect for our needs as a research company. The onboarding team are very good and easy to work wth.

Cons: Not much it is very good. Its a fast moving product in continuous development with lots of new ideas to add.

Cons: Mobile experience works but can be improved.

Pros: They offer a holistic approach to innovation management, seamlessly integrating tools for trend analysis, technology scouting, and idea management. It is customizable and has a really great visualization.

Cons: The interface is user-friendly, fully grasping the more advanced tools requires significant time and practice. Moreover, the numerous customization possibilities might pose difficulties for users who lack experience with trend and technology management. Providing more in-depth tutorials or streamlining the onboarding process could make it easier for new users to adapt.

Pros: Interactive data visualization through trend and technology radars, aiding in clear decision-making and team alignment.

Cons: Steep learning curve for new users due to the platform's wide range of features.

Pros: - Easy to setup and still very flexible - Rating functionalities - Portfolio views

Cons: Portfolio views with "discrete" values visually not so "nice", could probably be improved (even though its correctly visualized, almost to correct :-))

Pros: -Many possible ways of customization -Data is easy to integrate -New content is set up quickly -Intuitive to use -Great service (competent and fast) -Provides inspiration for own innovation program by connecting companies, sharing best practices, ...

Cons: -Extending funtionalities of ITONICS with own, custom solutions is complex

Pros: I appreciate the professional and timely support of Itonics, recommendations are based on the experience of Itonics and the exchange of ideas regarding the further development of the tool

Cons: I miss the possibility to create nice plots for presentation in the tool, e.g. from the radars or a nice representation of the trends in the Martrix. Furthermore, I would like to see a simple and beautiful representation of the results in the network graph.

Pros: Good administration of the platform as admin.

Cons: Mailing abilities are not state of the art.

Cons: The mobile version of the platform unfortunately isn't as good.

Pros: The application and presentation of the required content is very good. ITONICS helps a lot in everyday life as well as in the presentation of the portfolio. In addition, the interaction with the employees (including support) is great. Also the opportunities to change something is simple und the change requests are done very fast.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning. Every Tool has it's limits, but there is nothing that bad, that i would it call as cons

Pros: - flexibility in adjusting fields and overall - viewings like Tag cloud, matrix and radars

Cons: - Inspirator app is not ver flexible when It comes to configurations

Pros: The platform is highly customizable. The options are many, the functions in most cases good and well thought out. The platform really enables us to work with different people on many different topics. Especially the customer service is a huge plus. Salome and Matthias are a big help in making our use-case as good as possible. They are very invested and interested in our success. The first-level support by Franzi also works like a charm.

Cons: Sometimes the features are not consistent. The translations to DE and FR still need improvement. The platform could be further optimized for mobile use.

Pros: The set up, configuration and collaborative features have been integral to our programme over the last two years. The import and export features are very efficient too.

Cons: There are significant features gap in relation to the visualisation of signals and ability to generate insights from the platform. Also, the pricing model can be confusing (modules move in and out of the core each year) and could be simplified.
