Pros: It is easy to navigate. If I am unsure of where to find something, it is pretty simple to find in just a few minutes.
Cons: Sometimes it crashes on me & I will have to reset my computer. It will not open & I will have to reset my computer as well.

Overall my experience with Sage HR has been very positive, it has helped develop timesheet management and ease of processing of expense forms.
Pros: What I loved most about Sage HR is how easy it was to use and to integrate with sage payroll. This makes it very simple to manage timesheets and expenses.
Cons: My least favourite part of sage HR is the learning curve when initially implementing the system. This system requires time to become proficient

Sage HR is reliable, sensible, and slightly joyless — exactly what you’d expect from an HR platform. It handles leave management, employee records, and documentation efficiently without much fuss, drama, or flair. Value for money is decent because it focuses on doing core HR tasks properly rather than trying to be a flashy all-in-one super system. It’s not exciting, but then again, neither is HR paperwork. Overall, it’s the digital equivalent of a very organised filing cabinet that also sends you polite emails about your behaviour.

Pros: It does the basics very well. Booking leave is refreshingly simple, approvals are painless, and the interface is clean enough that even the least tech-inclined colleague can request annual leave without needing IT on standby. Ease of use is genuinely one of its strengths — everything feels logical, tidy, and sensibly laid out. Document management is handy too: contracts, policies, and HR bits live in one place instead of being scattered across inboxes like confidential confetti. File uploads are straightforward, storage is perfectly adequate for HR needs, and the system quietly keeps track of things you’d rather not think about, like performance reviews and absence records.
Cons: Search functionality feels like it’s trying its best but hasn’t had enough coffee. You can find things, but you’ll sometimes question whether the system is gaslighting you. It’s also slightly too good at reminding you about policies, overdue tasks, and things you hoped everyone had forgotten. The notifications feel less like helpful reminders and more like gentle HR surveillance. Customer support is fine, but very much in the “please read this help article first, then have a little lie down” category.

Good product, very intuitive interface and great reports that area very user-friendly. The document signing works exceptionally well.
Pros: I like how it integrates with Sage Payroll, with staff information & payslips issuance. The documents signing work brilliantly and the reports on headcount, turnover etc. are great.
Cons: The reports feature in the basic version could be more developed, there is no Bradford-factor built in in the basic version that does not have the absence management and performance bolt-on.

Sage HR has an online time clock that help track time spent on projects automatically to ensure we distinguish billable hours from non-billable ones.
Pros: Sage HR relieves the hiring pressure via workflow automation. Employee engagement is an added advantage of using this masterpiece.
Cons: Unavailability of iOS mobile application is the only flaw that I experience when using Sage HR mainly when outdoors.

Cons: Inefficient, lots of fields required. Not able to easily make changes or send correspondence from the platform, bugs took a while to resolve

Using Sage HR overall feels like having a reliable tool that takes a lot of the headache out of day-to-day HR tasks. It’s easy enough to pick up without needing loads of training, and once you get into it, things like tracking holidays, managing shifts, or checking performance reviews just flow smoothly. The self-service side is especially handy because employees can handle their own requests, which cuts down on back-and-forth emails. It also feels reassuring that data is kept safe and secure, so you don’t have to worry about sensitive information getting into the wrong hands.
Pros: Sage HR is pretty easy to get the hang of, even if you’ve never used HR software before. The layout is straightforward, and the self-service features make things simple for both HR teams and employees. Security is also solid, with GDPR compliance and role-based access that keeps sensitive information safe. It offers good value because you get several tools like time tracking, leave management, and performance reviews all in one place instead of paying for multiple systems.Managing employees feels smooth with everything stored in a central database, plus automated requests and self-service options save HR a lot of time. The time tracking features are accurate and flexible, and being able to use them on mobile is great for remote workers. On top of that, the system runs quickly and handles large amounts of data without slowing down too much.
Cons: That said, Sage HR isn’t perfect. Like any software, it can run into the occasional glitch or bug, especially after updates, which can be a bit frustrating. Support is generally helpful, but sometimes you may need to follow up more than once to get issues sorted. Some of the more advanced features feel a little limited compared to bigger HR platforms, so if your company has very complex needs, you might need extra integrations. Customization is there, but it could be more flexible for businesses that want a system tailored exactly to their processes. And while performance is usually smooth, there can be the odd slowdown when lots of data is being uploaded at once.

Es una experiencia positiva si no se requieren muchas funcionalidades, pero el coste elevado del producto no compensa y hay otros similares a menor coste.
Pros: Interfaz intuitiva y facil de usar, que se integra bien con otros sistemas de nomina y contabilidad. Dispone de soporte en español y permite personalizarlo bastante.
Cons: Tiene un coste superior al de otros productos similares. Algunas funciones avanzadas requieren planes premium y esto aumenta más el coste. La gestión de turnos es limitada en comparación a otros productos

I've used Sage HR in a previous experience and I had an amazing time using it.
Pros: There are many things to like about Sage HR: - First, the software is always updated with the latest legislation which is crucial and very helpful! - The platform is really intuitive (which is not always the case for HR tools) - The customer service is amazing
Cons: - The company owns a lot of thing on the platform (including the settings) so it's better to have an expert or someone trained who can then be the point of contact for new joiners or users for example

Pros: There are many, but the easiest to point out is the remote people management accessibility as well as the competency marrying feature that is a mind-blowing feature.

Pros: Well, I like that Sage HR is very resourceful and capable. From scheduling, to time sheets to handling performance management, Sage HR has it all. It is affordable, effortless to deploy and very capable.

It's been a decent experience. Aa mentioned somethings should be easier than they are such as updating email addresses to allow employees to see their payslips
Pros: The customer service is excellent. Loading payslips to Sage HR is simple once you are signed up as an administrator.
Cons: It's a bit clumsy to use. I wouldn't consider it intuitive and the customer facing product looks a bit tired and dated. If you enter an incorrect email address in payroll it is not easy to reset the payslips for the employees.

Wie beschrieben finde ich es gut, dass die Anwendungen/Module ineinandergreifen. Auch das man ein Controlling-Modul hat, um Auswertungen zu machen und einen Prozessdesigner, um individuelle Prozesse zu hinterlegen finde ich klasse. Doch Sage muss unbedingt moderner und anwenderfreundlicher werden. Würden wir uns nochmals für Sage entscheiden? Vermutlich ja, weil es auf dem Markt außer den zwei großen Anbietern (die erheblich teurer sind) meines Wissens derzeit keine ähnliche Alternative (Payroll, Personalmanagement, Zeiterfassung, Controlling, Bewerbermanagement, etc. zusammen anbietet) gibt. Aber sobald eine weitere Software entwickelt wird (bzw. die kleineren Mittelständler davon erfahren), wird es schwer für Sage.
Pros: Mir gefällt, das wir nicht mit verschiedenen Systemen arbeiten müssen, sondern die Module Zeitmanagement, Personalmanagement mit seinem Bewerbermanagement, Payroll, Controlling von einem Anbieter kommt und somit ineinandergreift.
Cons: Viele Dinge sind einfach Altbacken und die Ladezeiten brauchen lange. Eine moderne Arbeitsoberfläche sieht einfach anders aus. Zum Teil ist die Arbeitsfläche sehr klein, z. B. im Personalmanagement bei der Weiterbildungserfassung oder beim Stellenplan bzw. unter Stellen ist die Arbeitsfläche auf ein 1/4 des Bildschirms beschränkt (bei einem 32-Zoll Bildschirm noch weniger) und dadurch ist alles sehr unübersichtlich. Der Rest des Bildschirms ist quasi leer.

It's been effortless to set up and gets the job done without any fuss.
Pros: It's really helped us streamline our HR processes from onboarding with e-signatures to managing our workforce online. Plus, the employee database is robust, and the workflow builder has been handy for our daily operations. And the half-price offer for the first three months was a pretty good bonus!
Cons: Great product, can't think of any besides making a few changes to the UI.
