LogMeIn Miradore

Pros: I really liked the simplicity of rolling it out and getting my iPads enrolled in Miradore. The business policies are really nice, it helped me separate about 50 iPads from the rest of the fleet because they are lab based.

Cons: I wished that there was a Miradore self service app for my end users to utilize. I have to download apps from ASM and push them out, which isn't necessarily bad, I just wish it was a bit more cleaner by being available in a self service app.

Pros: I like how simple it is to work and manage devices with the platform.

Cons: Specifically with the device location section since it does not have real-time interaction.

Pros: Compatibility User-friendly Quick support Business policies

Cons: Apple BYOD mode Lack of functionalities on MSP portal

Pros: Our direct contact to the Sales, CSM and Support. Easy to use Product

Cons: We needed opt our of Marketing E-Mails. Increased number.

Pros: Ease of use and setup. Any new site can be setup very quickly and using the platform is intuitive.

Cons: MacOS does not allow deployment of DMG unless done via script which can sometimes be problematic. Also, device manual sync can sometimes take time and we have no visibility if the task is in progress or 'stuck' Support for LINUX devices is missing as well.

Pros: ease of use and management of all operating systems

Cons: Absence of a company portal for applications and excel reports with customised fields

Pros: simple and intuitive to use and install, service for doubts and information available, fast and competent

Cons: none, I have not found any problems with this MDM

Pros: Relatively simple to use. It is very simple to deploy and cost-effective.

Cons: More filter capabilities are needed, and the options to display more information on grids (lists) need to be improved.

Pros: Being able to manage both iPads and Android tablets and phones in one place. Very easy to use!

Cons: I haven't found any issues with Miradore.

Pros: Ease of use, total control of the mobile devices was easily achieved.

Cons: There is nothing that I dislike about Miradore, its great.

Pros: We were previously using Cisco Meraki but after some changes in pricing structure we needed to assess and move over to a new platform. We didn't need high functionality out of an MDM solution, it was more to ensure uptime of our devices apply push out applications and this platform does exactly that. Pricing is good as well as that was also a key motivator in our decision

Cons: Nothing in particular, ticks most of our boxes.

Pros: Efficiency and easy management of your devices on a comprehensive platform.

Cons: Some very specific options are complex to configure.

Pros: Ease of setup, deploy and use, great knowledge base, fantastic customer support

Cons: Reports section not very helpful, no direct data export from filtered lists like Device list for example

Pros: We like the easyless need our teams have to managed and apprpriate the software. Console is well designed and integration to Android, Apple and Windows is easy to manage. also, the way to renw Apple certificate to link with ABM/SBM Policies can be dependendly distributed to the user or the endpoint. Users, device and other settings can be directly mass imported to fastly deployment MDM policies in the company. Of course, support is a good assistant and very helpful in case of need.

Cons: Love in future to get other language than English because of some non IT profile that need to access in view only mode. Only three admin profil for users. It could be pleasant to manage some features directly by making our own admin profiles

Pros: It solved a problem that I did not find how to solve any other place. We have macbooks and android devices. the set up was straight forward

Cons: sometimes due to resets, communication is lost with devices. not sure if it's an apple issue or yours but my dashboard looks odd with some computers.

Pros: Its ease of implementation, very friendly interface with a very good user experience, having formidable support from its technical specialists. Very competitive price.

Cons: Nothing to report that has affected our implementation.

Pros: The software is intuitive with a clean UI that is easy to navigate

Cons: Some profiles can't be edited so you have to delete and recreate to make changes

Pros: Die einfache Anpassbarkeit an die eigenen Erfordernisse im Betrieb - high customizability.

Cons: Es kommt mit unter zu längeren Verzögerungen bis policies enrollt sind oder alle Geräte synchronisiert wurden. Es ist zu empfehlen keine zu günstige Hardware anzuschaffen, wenn man mit MDM-Software arbeitet.

Pros: Viele Möglichkeiten die Geräte einzustellen ob PC oder Smartphone

Cons: Manchmal klappt die Einrichtung auf dem Smartphone nicht direkt beim ersten Versuch

Pros: Sehr benutzerfreundlich, superschnelle Ersteinrichtung, man wird durch alle Funktionen durchgeführt, wenig Supportaufwand

Cons: Neue Funktionen werden erst relativ spät implementiert, zb. Android Fully Managed with workprofile, dies gibt es schon seit 2 Jahren und wird jetzt erst bereitgestellt, das ist leider zu lang.
