Extremely satisfied with it. We can make this as complex as we want or run a slide deck without any interaction. Using Display conditions and schedule allows me to set it and forget it and still provide fresh content.
Pros: SiteKiosk is very easy to use and maintain. The program allows us to customize message to specific displays without having to duplicate work. Customer Support has always answered questions promptly to help minimize downtime.
Cons: It's hard to come up with any. We've been using this program for 2 years. In the beginning the online help had older versions and it could be confusing. I wish there was a 'recent updates' or 'new features' section.

Overall, my experience with SiteKiosk has been very positive. The software is stable, reliable, and well suited for professional kiosk environments, making daily operation smooth and predictable.
Pros: What I liked most about SiteKiosk is its reliability and stability in continuous operation. Once configured, the system runs consistently without manual intervention, which is essential for kiosk and unattended environments.
Cons: At the moment, there is very little to criticize. So far, I have not encountered any significant drawbacks. The only limitation is that SiteKiosk is not yet available for Linux systems.

SiteKiosk has been easy to use and delivers great content development. If you appreciate almost immediate satisfaction with your projects, this tool can deliver. I would recommend Sitekiosk as the first solution to consider for any kiosk or signage project.
Pros: SiteKiosk is extremely easy to use. From first logging into the online tool to publishing the first kiosk experience was literally a couple of hours, most of that time just experimenting with different controls. The interface is intuitive and screen layout is simple. When I have had questions the customer support has been super. In my experience, other companies have taken days to weeks before replying to my questions, SiteKiosk has replied within a day (if not within a couple of hours). And the actual cost delivers great value for the money. Other companies have wanted several hundred dollars a month per kiosk, SiteKiosk delivers the same or better experience for much, much less.
Cons: SiteKiosk abstracts the names of uploaded files/scripts. This makes it difficult at times to track which version of the file has been updated (for example). We have done some fairly advanced scripting as well, that can be difficult to get into the right context - for example scripts that run as a result of an action don't always have contextual access to some of the SiteKiosk data structures that a script that runs at initialization may have. To overcome this we have had to put functions in our initial startup script that are not really used during startup but need to have the context available for actions. This is probably not an issue that most users will encounter.

It has been very good working with the people at sitekiosk and the product works very well. I would recommend to others and look forward to our other centers following suit for their needs.
Pros: The product does very well with kiosk mode at helping our students to stay focused on their work. It is easy to add to other computers once it is set up. The staff was VERY helpful and continue to be even after we have the product. The customer service did not dimish at all.
Cons: The initial setup was a little bit complicated to understand and figure out, however, the customer support was very helpful with this.

Overall, I am very happy with SiteKiosk. I've even recommended them to a provider in town. They had referred me to a different product a couple years ago, but it couldn't do what I needed.
Pros: I have used a few other products for my window touch screen, but nothing did exactly what I needed. I needed a kiosk mode that I could control and customize. After a little direction, I was able to figure out the back-end and make it do what I wanted it to do. Customer Support has been very helpful! I've been talking with [sensitive content hidden], and he is very good about giving hints and tips and sending example templates. I have what I need at a fraction of the cost of the previous products I've used.
Cons: I wish I could have a second device to test with instead of sending it to my window screen and testing it outside. It's the middle of winter right now and it's annoying running back and forth from my desk. The preview mode can't show webpages so it doesn't let me test everything.

Overall experience has been very easy and efficent. I appreciate the support staff and all useful and to the point information shared.
Pros: Ease of use and top notch support staff. When and if problems arise, there is always someone there to quickly help you resolve the issue.
Cons: Nothing at this point. I`m very happy with service and well as product support. My only recommendation would be to allow the project preview mode to shjow all elements if the project. At this point and time, not all elements are able to be viewed in the preview mode.

Overall SiteKiosk has been great. The product is stable, polished and does exactly what we need it to do.
Pros: Great value for money. Was less money than the competition while still being a far superior product. Support was always available when I needed it.
Cons: I’ve I could add one thing to SiteKiosk it would be support for Linux devices. This seems like a missed opportunity.

Pros: We utilize SiteKiosk for public events, where its Kiosk Mode allows us to run internet-based interactive applications very effectively and securely. Their customer support in particular is unparalleled. They have always been immediately available whenever we've needed them and have always provided very detailed and generous support. And their corporate pricing makes the product truly affordable for our clients.
Cons: We have experienced occasional conflicts and other minor technical issues, usually due to software updates or deep functionality that we were not aware of. But again, tech support has always been there to provide quick answers and efficient solutions.

use sitekiosk since more than 20 years with different hardware plattforms and software versions (Windows 95 - 11 and Android 4.2. - 15 )
Pros: Works very stable on different platforms (Windows and Android). Secure kiosk mode and good management interface at cms side.
Cons: no alternative gesture to exit from SKO. At bigger screens the u-gesture are not duable. no hidden technical menu for networktest

Not a slam-dunk solution. Unreasonable customer support.
Pros: For most use cases, it appears SiteKiosk would work well
Cons: SiteKiosk did not work properly with specific software we use it with. I spent the length of the trial attempting to troubleshoot the issues we had. After support failed to solve our issues, I was told that our free trial had elapsed and I could not receive a refund.

I was handed a set of freestanding kiosks with Dell Min Desktops running Windows 7, and Sonic Acoustic Wave (SAW) touch screen overlays. Once the touch driver issue was resolved and Windows saw the screens as a pointing device, SiteKiosk was able to configure all of the settings one could hope for. In this configuration, each kiosk was configured separately and accessed content from a website, which was able to be locked down within SiteKiosk.
Pros: Backed by technical support team who is knowledgable of the features and limitations.
Cons: Some features and settings buried a few menus deep.

We use SiteCaster for our customers to create slideshows or interactive content.
Pros: Easy to use and the possibilities are almost limitless.
Cons: At the beginning, it needs some time to understand the system correctly. But when you know how to use it, you have so much possibilities.

Locked down and configured touch-screen computer kiosks for use by the public
Pros: Worked with touch-screen kiosks connected to wifi. Was able to set security and deployment options easily.
Cons: Some features required customer support to fully understand, but the support was responsive and informative.

Calvin is a rockstar. He has helped me throughout the process (demo, setup, purchase, and billing).

SiteKiosk does a pretty good job of locking down necessary components. We use it to lock EVERYTHING down. To this end, in order to lock down all the aspects to meet our need, we need to manually modify the configuration XML files and create scripts. SireRemote does a nice job of monitoring. I find it a little counter intuitive, but after some experimenting it seems to be meeting most of my needs. I found the remote desktop component unusable, while I find the configuration distribution, job manager, and file sync very useful for managing a fleet of kiosks.

The product is user friendly. Their software support specialist is more than willing to provide and share with users regarding the product information and necessary supports if needed.

We have been using Provisio's Sitekiosk for over 10 years now. It provides an excellent platform to secure the kiosk, manage it remotely and update content. We have implemented it with installations of hundreds of kiosks and it has proven its effectiveness over time. The Siteremote server add a lot of functionality by generating reports and managing the digital signage content.
