My overall experience with OptiSigns has been very positive. The platform is easy to set up and works well for managing digital signage across different screens and locations. One of the best parts is the user-friendly dashboard, which makes uploading images, videos, menus, and announcements simple even for someone without much technical experience. I also like that it supports many different apps and integrations, including Google Drive, Canva, YouTube, and social media feeds, which helps keep content fresh and organized
Pros: What I liked the is how it makes day to day operations easy, makes screen management extremely easy, very great value for what you pay,
Cons: I don’t have any cons at the moment, my company has been using them for an extremely long time. So no cons

Overall, no faults - it has been an easy, smooth experience since we have used it, a very positive experience and it works well for our employee communications.
Pros: OptiSigns is very easy to use. Great customer support when required, and is reliable and simple to manage.
Cons: The processing time can be long if uploading large videos, however, with other attachments like powerpoint, it's very good.

Seamless. Very easy to navigate and efficient when using it daily it's predictable and convenient and I'm glad we have it.
Pros: A program we use for our monitors at other locations previously was not helpful. Opti signs is so intuitive and helpful
Cons: the convenience of updating them from my computer or app on my phone makes life a breeze when I need to post new information

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience with OptiSigns. It helped us modernize communication throughout our business and made digital signage much easier to manage. The platform is flexible, reliable, and offers a lot of customization without being overly complicated. It’s been a great solution for displaying schedules, announcements, and promotional content.
Pros: OptiSigns is very easy to set up and manage, even across multiple screens. The interface is clean, scheduling content is straightforward, and it supports a wide variety of apps and media sources. It made it simple for us to keep displays updated throughout our facility without needing dedicated hardware or complicated software.
Cons: The hardware options could be expanded a bit more, especially for smaller desktop style displays and black colored units. We ended up using some third party hardware that worked but was a little finicky at times. The software itself has been solid, but having more polished first party hardware options would make the experience even better.

Our overall experience with OptiSigns has been very positive. We use it daily to display live Looker dashboards, operational performance boards, and business metrics on office TVs. The platform is easy to deploy, stable, and straightforward to manage across multiple screens. It helped us improve visibility of KPIs and team performance in a simple and professional way. It is especially good for companies that want a clean digital signage solution without complicated setup or maintenance.
Pros: Very easy to set up and manage. We use OptiSigns to display Looker dashboards and operational KPI boards across office TVs, and the platform has been reliable, clean, and simple for non-technical users as well. The remote screen management and scheduling features make it very efficient for daily business use.
Cons: Some advanced dashboard integrations and formatting options can take a bit of trial and error to configure perfectly, especially when working with live BI dashboards and different screen resolutions. More granular controls for dashboard refresh behaviour would also be useful.

It has been positive. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes it simple to manage digital signage content without needing IT involvement.
Pros: Optisigns provide an experience with the ease of use and intuitiveness at the front, plug and play experience with little set up needed was very valuable for my team.
Cons: No concerns were raised during first weeks of use, the only thing that comes to my mind is that the charger cable length was fairly standard and we had to find an extension.

OptiSigns is effectively solving our biggest pain point: the bottleneck of relying on IT to manage and update digital signage content. General company-wide information as well as department-specific content is now being communicated quickly and effectively. IT has been completely removed from the process of uploading and managing user content. End users in each department can now manage and update their own displays directly, giving teams full ownership and much faster turnaround times. This has significantly reduced IT workload, improved communication speed, and empowered departments to keep their information fresh and relevant in real time.
Pros: The simplicity and cost-effectiveness are outstanding. Our end users can easily create and update their own content directly in the platform, eliminating the need to wait for IT to make changes in our SpinetiX system. This has saved us significant time and resources while giving teams the flexibility to keep their displays fresh and relevant in real time. The user-friendly interface makes it accessible for non-technical staff, and the overall reliability has been excellent. Highly recommend OptiSigns for any organization looking to streamline digital signage without the usual complexity or high costs.
Cons: I honestly haven’t found any technical issues that I dislike — the platform has been reliable and user-friendly overall. My only suggestion would be on the billing side. It would be very helpful to have the ability to create sub-accounts so we could bill departments separately. This would make cost allocation and internal management much easier for organizations with multiple departments.

Overall, my experience with OptiSigns has been positive. The platform is user-friendly, makes it easy to manage digital displays, and has helped improve communication and organization. I also appreciated how quickly their support team responded whenever issues came up. Although we experienced occasional technical difficulties, the problems were usually resolved quickly, and the system overall has been very helpful for our operations.
Pros: What I liked most about OptiSigns was how responsive and helpful their support team was. Anytime we had an issue or question, they were quick to respond and helped resolve problems efficiently, which made managing our displays much easier and less stressful.
Cons: What I liked least about OptiSigns was that we occasionally experienced technical issues, such as the display freezing or disconnecting unexpectedly. While support was helpful in resolving the problems, the interruptions could still be frustrating at times.

Overall, our experience with OptiSigns has been very positive. Despite the minor inconvenience of no auto‑save, the platform’s usability, functionality, and benefits for guest communication and accessibility make it a strong digital signage solution that we’re happy to use.
Pros: OptiSigns stands out for its ease of use and intuitive interface, making it quick to create, update, and manage digital signage without a steep learning curve. One of the biggest advantages is how it improves accessibility for guests in our building—clear, well‑organized displays help visitors navigate spaces more easily and find important information at a glance. The platform offers flexible content options and reliable performance, which makes it practical for everyday use.
Cons: One notable drawback is the lack of an auto‑save feature. Changes must be saved manually, which means there’s a risk of losing work if you forget to save or get interrupted while editing content.

Very pleased. No user has needed any tuition. It has all been very easy to use and deploy. Multiple ways of deploying has also been helpful for our tech team.
Pros: Simple to use, great integrations and best value for money plug and play product on the market. Canva integration is very useful for non-techie/design users.
Cons: Nothing. We have not had any issues with OptiSigns what-so-ever. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

We use OptiSigns internally to broadcast teammate accomplishments, reviews, statistics, safety days, etc. I love that I only need to set it up once, and the data updates automatically! It's very much a program you can set and forget. If you do want to switch things up and make updates, it's very easy and updates in real time.
Pros: I love that OptiSigns is easy to use and navigate. I appreciate how customizable it is, and there are widgets an options for everything. It's a surprisingly great value for how affordable it is.
Cons: There were a couple features that took some trial and error to figure out. I tried to connect data from a google sheet (which to be fair was a decent amount of data) and it took a while to get the formatted done correctly. However, once you figure it out, it's easy to do!

My experience has been create I use it a lot to display excel sheets for where i work so everyone can see he availability for appointments
Pros: I like how easy it is to use. It is super easy to show excel sheets on the montior screens and how everyone has acess to that it makes is easier to keep everyone on the same page here where I work
Cons: There's nothing I don't like. It is very easy to use and super user friendly. Since using it I've had no problems at all.

A reliable, user-friendly, and cost‑effective digital signage solution. The centralized admin portal makes it easy to manage all screens across multiple locations.
Pros: Easy to use with a well‑designed setup process. Ideal for multi‑location deployments and essentially plug‑and‑play. Overall, a very positive experience.
Cons: Some initial difficulty with PDF timing and playlist setup, but customer support responded promptly and handled the issue efficiently.

Easy and simple. I liked the support upfront. They did a lot of follow-up. Sometimes too much. At one point they were still tyring to sell me after I was already a customer.
Pros: The product does what they advertsied. It is simple. Wasy to use. I like it. The ads work perfectly, and our VA can upload from across the world.
Cons: You must buy the extra memory stick, or you may run out of ad space very quickly. I ran out around 10 ads without the stick.

So far, I am very happy with OptiSigns and hope to be able to utilize it more next school year. This is our first year using OptiSigns, and so far, so good!
Pros: I like that we can have a variety of different information for students and staff in one place. It has really helped bridge the gap in communication between administration and students/staff.
Cons: I haven't had any issues with OptiSigns. This is our first year using this program, and so far we really like it.

Professional and knowledgable staff, they explained the requirement well to us and provided prompt response
Pros: We had to have a subscription cancelled, the entire situation was handled professionally at Optisign, they response time was quick
Cons: They understood the situation correctly, and did everything that was needed to resolve the problem, we didn't experience anything that we liked least

A+++ Extremly fast to setup new device, new configuration for the site we need to do. We cant go back with our previous solution and we pay less for more TV. Hardware was not so cheap but robust
Pros: We use other system before but Optisigns was cheaper and do exactly the same and more. We recommand this product.
Cons: Nothing bad for us it does what suppose to do. In the past with other product some feature was missing or need compter to run then avti-virus and all these thing.

Overall, my experience with OptiSigns has been very positive. It solves the challenge of managing digital signage across multiple screens in a simple and scalable way. The platform is flexible, reliable, and easy to use, both for me and my clients. For example, my client recently asked me to remove a grand opening promotion from their screens, and I was able to make the update in minutes with no issues. That level of responsiveness is a huge benefit. Between its ease of use, strong screen and device management, and smooth day-to-day performance, OptiSigns has been a great solution for my business and my clients.
Pros: What I like most about OptiSigns is how easy and reliable the platform is. As a design studio, I needed a system I could confidently implement for my client, Elevate SKN, and OptiSigns delivered. The platform is very user-friendly, making it simple to manage and update screens remotely. The interface is intuitive, and everything runs smoothly, which saves a lot of time. I also love the plug-and-play setup with Apple TV, which makes deployment seamless, and the Canva-like interface that allows my clients to easily manage and update their own content without needing constant support
Cons: One area for improvement would be video asset support. I wish there were clearer guidelines and more robust options for video sizing, formatting, and display specifications to ensure content looks perfect across screens.

Everything with OptiSigns has been great. We've been able to flawlessly integrate it into our daily workflows. Patrons have commented on how helpful and attractive our screens are.
Pros: When looking for software for our screens, our main goal was something that was easy to use, could have multiple users, and was attractive. We didn't want something that wasn't going to work every time and needed a lot of time and effort to use. We love that we got all of this with OptiSigns.
Cons: There are some free products out there, so having to pay was a downside, however it is a great value for the amazing product.
Amanda W. · Library Director · Government Relations · May 5, 2026
Overall experience has been good! we are able to display the information we need to our operators without any hassle
Pros: Easy for users to build screens and cycle through them for operators to view! i built my first screen within 5 minutes
Cons: sometimes the preview of what you are displaying on a screen will not show up in the preview section of the OptiSigns creator portal

Great. Everyone is very helpful . They want to make sure your understanding what your working on . Get product for a business.
Pros: Easy to work with . [sensitive content hidden] is helpful. Good variety of templates. Love the versatility this products has.
Cons: In the beginning it took a bit to learn . Once that was completed the product is easy to maneuver around .
Chris C. · Volunteer · Military · May 4, 2026
Overall I believe the technology is very useful and well designed. its just flawed in its approach as to even tech savvy people its hard to just setup and play which leads to customer satisfaction. At least we ran into a lot of trouble. and even if that was due to our specific circumstances it would be nice to be given something that easily outligns what might give us trouble.
Pros: I will say what I like most about optisign is the fact that customer support (particularly [sensitive content hidden] was super responsive and helpful when it came to trying to help me troubleshoot our troubles with their ProMax player. it seems that it is functioning how we intend now and that is ANOTHER reason we like optisign is the technology.
Cons: the cons would most likely be not being the most straightforward and manageable devices. plus the compatibility charts not being very upfront. we had to troubleshoot our tv's with the ProMax player for a while before we got it near functioning how we wanted it to.

Our hotel guests love the digital boards. They also have an interactive function, so guests can ‘play’ with the screens and click through our showcased restaurant menus.
Pros: I like the ease of OptiSign. Wherever I am, I can easily upload my files to the digital boards on the property. I can also schedule content. It’s a simple drag‑and‑drop system and very easy to use.
Cons: My playlists sometimes get stuck, and I need to reset and reboot it to make sure it displays the content correctly.

So far, being a new user, I enjoy Optisigns. I am still learning what it can do but I often use the knowledge I have so far.
Pros: It is easy to use and migrates easily with equipment I already have. Making new slides only takes minutes and I just add them to my playlist.
Cons: I do wish there was a little more ability to truly make the pages my own. Sometimes there are options that don't work for what I need so I have to create outside of Optisigns and import.
Scott M. · Owner · Retail · April 28, 2026
My overall Experience is Excellent. Me, my Facility's Colleagues, & my Facility's Staff are very happy with this system.
Pros: It is Easy to use, especially for the Staff & Leadership at my Facility that are Computer illiterate.
Cons: I can't think of any cons to report at this time. FYI, I will keep an eye out for any issues and report these issues when I run into them.
