Quick implementation and easy set-up, with a lot of guidance by customer support. We quickly built a huge database of relevant patents and set up monitorings which can be adapted quickly. Very user friendly and good value compared to similar programs.
Pros: The search function works really well, interface is clear and well designed, customer support is excellent
Cons: Could miss some more advanced functions for professional IP firms

Pros: It has a very user-friendly structure. It is very intuitive to use. The search can also be carried out according to your own preferences. It is very well structured and clearly laid out.
Cons: There is no read aloud function. This makes it difficult or impossible for people with reading difficulties or even visually impaired people to use this platform. Comments are not displayed directly but have to be clicked on to make them visible.

The tool can easily help anyone to work on their patent issues. From the casual user to the professional, all wishes are fulfilled. Also, the further development is given and so it will be easier to use.
Pros: The easy search and portfolio creation is a helpful feature. This allows almost anyone to do a small patent check. Besides that, the monitoring and supervision is also made very easy for the professional.
Cons: There is not much to mention. The rights concept is a little too hidden, but it is a matter of practice.

Pros: I only use the review fuction. A colleague does the reserch and forward it to me. I only have to review it as an expert. That feature is working okay. The reviewfunkction could be a little bit better. For example the UI is not that user friendly, in my opinion.
Cons: do not use it that much and can not rate all the features

Cons: There should be some more help for the patent searching, if you are not an expert in this.
