The product is good, new "Infios" leadership has been lacking. The extent of communications over the last couple of years has been we have a new brand name, yay....
Pros: If you can conceive of a solution to your problem within the framework of how this platform works, you can build it! It's a solid and reliable product. Our business has greatly benefited from our ability to efficiently create effective processes/workflows with the application and web.
Cons: Product enhancements have been glacial! There are a lot of acquisitions or partnerships to bolt functionality onto or around the product, but the core product has seen little improvement. They are also forcing migration to the cloud, even though we've been able to run on-prem historically, and would like to continue to run on-prem. Customer support is slow and lacking.

We started with this product when it was still called HighJump--we have been pleased with how it's performed for us, and in general with the care and attention we've received from the team.
Pros: Great customizability, we are able to work with the Infios team to tailor the system to our needs with both our in-house software as well as other publicly available software packages. The team was very thorough and thoughtful as we implemented the system.

I love the ability to have a direct contanct with our account manager. We meet every 2 weeks to go over any issues or concerns we may have. Support is also great when issues happen to arise, It doesnt matter what time of day things happen, I know I can pick up the phone and call support.
Pros: Very straight forward UI. The inventory management of the product is also very well laid out, with the ability to have as many customizations as you would need.
Cons: If you are on an older version of the software and have a highly customized environment, there is a higher likelihood to have bugs.

As the functional/developer supporting Infios WMS, it's one of the most intuitive WMS I ever worked with.
Pros: Easy to customize the WMS to meet our business needs. The adaptation by users are also very quick. The fact that it's running on Windows environments also cuts the cost by a lot compares to run on Oracle DB for example.
Cons: Front End navigation could be more updated. For some information, we have to jump from one page to another instead of having a holistic view in one page.

Overall, it gets the job done. But you need a resource who is experienced in the product and can troubleshoot issues as they occur. This isn't a system that you simply turn on and forget about. Infios does provide support for issues, but without a strong internal initiative, the solution might take a long time. Overall, I would recommend Infios WMS and I have strong hopes that they will continue to improve and optimize the product. I also sincerely hope they consider all the customer feedback they receive, as the customer is the "boots on the ground".
Pros: It is scalable and customizable, as long as you have the correct resources available. It is also visually appealing and appears more modern than many other comparable offerings. Shipping is integrated, and with little customization, you can be well on your way.
Cons: The overall growth and development of the WMS and its tools is lacking. There is a lot of complacency with services and tools that are now well over a decade old and urgently need rework due to security and overall performance. Feedback is accepted, but I don't feel like the actual product development team takes the feedback seriously. Perhaps the message doesn't get across all the departments clearly.

Our experience with Infios over the years has significantly enhanced the level of service we deliver to both our customers and employees. It has become a core differentiator and a key selling point in the value we offer.
Pros: Infios WMS stands out being highly flexible and customizable, The system is adaptable, allowing our operations to have efficent processes for receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping according to their ever changing operational requirements. It strvies with client-specific processes, billing structures, and value-added services.
Cons: To fully leverage the system's customization capabilities and take ownership,It is important to have a stong internal IT development team or rely on certified implementation partners.
