OnBoard

Pros: The ease of use and simplicity of OnBoard is one of it's strongest features. Its straightforward to build board meeting book and breeze teaching the board members how to use the app.Has an extremely helpful customer support who are also eager to assist.Has other excellent features like document attachment ,agenda building ,surveys and resources .Allow upload and storage of document for the board to refer back to and have them complete actions without holding a meeting .

Cons: I have nothing to complain about this product ,with recent upgrades everything has been made easier and effective.

Pros: OnBoard helps to minimize the back and forth when I am collecting reports and committee updates. The ability to upload documents once and simultaneously share them with directors keeps our board ready and prepared before each meeting.

Cons: There are instances of huge attachments that take some time to upload and this becomes slow to me when I am on strict deadlines.

Pros: The auto-import of files in the OnBoard agenda builder made work with materials an easy task, and everything remained in reach of my team at live sessions, saving me the trouble of trying to obtain attachments to them or revised versions.

Cons: PDF editors sometimes freeze when reading chunky annotated board books so there is a need to re-upload.

Pros: The agenda builder and resource library in OnBoard allowed me to create meeting books using the drag and drop simplicity. Voting and e-signature tools saved my group so much back and forth and Zoom helped keep everyone on track and up to date.

Cons: The system froze when I was uploading a complex file and I lost some annotations. And it was time-consuming to set up detailed permissions by committee.

Pros: OnBoard helped to ensure that our board processes were regular and easy for everyone to see. All involved come with the right information and every decision is recorded clearly and efficiently.

Cons: Sometimes if the files aren’t small, it might take longer to load them, especially on slower networks.

Pros: OnBoard has helped bring more continuity to our board meetings. It provided me with clarity towards attendance, voting history and accountability tracking.

Cons: Recurring meetings sometimes did not get updated accurately after initial sync when changes are made.

Pros: We've used OnBoard to keep our board aligned in a very practical way. It does a nice job of document sharing and meeting coordination and the secure access for members ensures confidentiality.

Cons: I did not like that some external calendars weren’t perfectly integrated so I had to do manual data crosses.

Pros: With OnBoard I can push updates to all of the board members instantly instead of sending different versions. It also helps us track attendance and decision outcomes in one place, saving follow up time.

Cons: I need more granularity of the filtering when I want to search for historical decisions attached to specific board topics or members.

Pros: That is a good program to be a repository for information.

Cons: I did not enjoy the layout and was not worth moving to this program from our current.

Pros: Able to collectively plan and record meeting information as well as archive docs.

Cons: I was disappointed by the Signifcant price increase after a year.

Pros: OnBoard has streamlined meeting creation with tools such as duplicating meetings, drag-and-drop both PDF and Word files, agenda import, and user-friendly agenda customization.

Cons: It would be better if there was a streamlined way to add past meeting books to the resources section. That's where the meeting archive is collected after being downloaded and imported from the previous board software. As it is, meeting history is divided in two locations. There is also no ideal way to search through the content of past meetings.

Pros: It is super user friendly. Building an agenda out is easy as pie.

Cons: In automatic minutes, the options to highlight, add bullets, numbers, change fonts is not user friendly.

Pros: OnBoard has been a great resource for our board. It has been a slow uptake by some, but they are using it more now than ever before. The collaborative functions have been very helpful as we grow our international teams and develop deeper risk management.

Cons: Limited file types can be uploaded for storage.

Pros: Using OnBoard for a variety of internal and external stakeholder meetings has made meeting setups a breeze.

Cons: No real cons, per say, but it would be great if there was a way to save items from a meeting to resources using a checkbox.

Pros: Onboard is easy to use, intuative, and is great at distributing the meeting materials ahead of your meeting.

Cons: i wish it would integrate Teams along with Zoom.

Pros: What I love most about OnBoard is how user-friendly it is. Whenever I have a question, I can easily find the answer either through the help section or a quick internet search. This is especially helpful when I’m on a tight deadline and need to send out an agenda. The help section provides both video tutorials and written instructions, which makes it super convenient for me to find solutions quickly.

Cons: There have only been a few things I would like to change (not huge in any way). I like the fact that I can put in a request to the engineers with my suggestions.

Pros: OnBoard was easy to set up and implement and provides a safe and secure method for board management.

Cons: I would like to see more customization options for the meeting table of contents, which we use as a sort of agenda.

Pros: It supports efficient communication with board members.

Cons: I find the board terms information difficult to navigate.

Pros: It's both user and admin friendly. Our [sensitive content hidden] members found the interface to be easy to navigate, which is very important to us. The support team has been helpful and the training was self-paced and easy to follow.

Cons: The permissions settings are great, but as an admin you do have to be conscious that you basically have to set up permissions for everything you add to OnBoard. It takes time to get used to this.

Pros: The ease of access and webinars they conduct to allow for a more knowledgeable use

Cons: The ability to update information for Board Members when they request it, such as an email address change. I can provide them with a link on how to do it, but sometimes it is easier for me to do it for them.

Pros: Ease of use for both the member and the Admin.

Cons: Some limitations. For example, we would love to be able to download from the Resource folder but still restrict the downloading of board packets.

Pros: Ease of use and management. User friendly for Administrator.

Cons: Nitpicky, but I wish Administrator could update user email accounts!

Pros: The ease of having board materials in one place.

Cons: The meeting page can be a bit confusing on the way dates are listed.
