The overall experience with MemberLeap and their staff has been extremely positive. The association management software meets all of our needs and the staff is highly responsive.
Pros: The program is logical and intuitive and meets our association management needs. MemberLeap's staff made the transition from our previous software easy and painless and the training had us operational in no time.
Cons: The ability to set up our annual trade show using the Booth Map was incredible, but the inability to print the booth map is a little inconvenient.

I have been working with MemberLeap for many, many years, and they have always been fantastic! I can always count on them for help and guidance, and I have so much comfort knowing they are there to assist with my every need.
Pros: MemberLeap has amazing employees who are professional, kind, highly intelligent, and so very patient and willing to help. They answer every question quickly and with very clear, step-by-step answers so I can take care of everything I need and never miss a beat.
Cons: There is not a single thing to dislike about MemberLeap! They excel in every area and simply could not be better.

We are still getting it configured, and [sensitive content hidden] (help desk) gave me a hour and a half of specialized support. We are a volunteer-managed org and he answered my questions wonderfully. I left our meeting with a plan of action, and he followed up with me after the meeting. Great support!
Pros: MemberLeap provides a wide range of functionality and their help is responsive and personalized. We use it to manage a conference, sponsors, and membership.
Cons: The special cases of our organization require manual fixes. Be careful when first setting up your org to understand the implications of bulk actions.

Overall, we're very pleased with MemberLeap. It's a complete solution for a small organization such as ours.
Pros: As a small professional association, MemberLeap offers all the features we need in a single, affordable package. Membership management and event registration are the features we use most often, but other tools such as surveys are a great benefit as well. Our website has been easy to maintain and update, with a simple and user-friendly interface.
Cons: The help resources and videos are quite comprehensive, and a help desk ticket is always responded to swiftly, but occasionally it's a challenge to find a quick, simple process when I'm using a new feature.

All positive. Our designers built the look of the site and the tech team helps us keep it up and running.
Pros: I recently joined an organization that uses MemberLeap, and I had so many questions. The tech team who answers is always prompt, accurate, and patient. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service.
Cons: I have not run into any issues or concerns working with this software or the team behind it. I do find I ask them questions directly v. using their video learning tools.

A frustrating site builder, but grateful for the support. Hopefully, the more experience I have, the easier it'll get.
Pros: Tech support and ticketing system are very helpful. There are a lot of capabilities within the platform.
Cons: Not very intuitive to make changes. The backend builder is very clunky and needs autosave feature. Steep learning curve.

Easy. I'm a 14 year user. It would seem that alone is a testament is an overall experience of my continued use.
Pros: It's like being in a well organized family. The support staff takes an interest in what one is trying to achieve, not just the technical issue.
Cons: Nothing, really. You expected an honest answer to this question. I have no problem using this software.

I've been using MemberLeap for seven years, and the service and support is outstanding. They consistently release new features in response to client needs, and it has been pretty transformative for my organization.
Pros: MemberLeap consolidates so many functions into a single tool, which saves so much time and energy. It's your website, database, point of sale, CRM, financial record, event registration, email marketing tool, member networking tool and even has a robust abstract submission and review feature. It also has a public facing side and a member-only side, which was critical for my organization. I'm sure I'm not thinking of many features, but the fact that it's a one-stop shop makes it incredibly valuable, plus it's scalable and affordable.
Cons: Importing and exporting data can be clunky, and some modules don't "talk" to each other, so there is some manual data entry.

Pros: The Member Leap team. They are always willing to create the solutions we ask for and are super responsive.
Cons: There are so many customizations, that sometimes it is hard to locate the correct setting, but we're happy about how robust the product is, and it's just part of the learning curve. If we get stumped, their customer support is just an email away with a quick answer.

Memberleap and Vieth Consulting have made it easy for our organization to have everything in one place- domain, email, website, membership platform, with modules/features for donations, registrations & events, communication, calendar, news, file management,... to name only a few. Their support staff are timely in responses and do a great job at providing solutions that are sometimes specific to our organizations needs.
Pros: An all-in-one business solution with great customer support.
Cons: I wouldn't say it was a con but they almost offer too much.

Pros: I was a new non profit starting up and they were very helpful, either making the changes to my website or showing me how to make the changes for myself.
Cons: Not being able to just pick up the phone and talk to someone.

After exploring various member management platforms, it was evident that MemberLeap was the ideal choice due to their robust platform and extensive experience in this space. I am extremely pleased with our decision to select MemberLeap, and we have had nothing but compliments on how the service performs and the fresh new look of our website. It excels in all areas, streamlining processes, enhancing engagement, and providing a seamless user experience. I spent a very long time assessing different companies, along with price comparisons, and it was clear that with their experience and capabilities, they are the right choice. We have been using them now for several months and all has gone very smooth from sales to pre-production to launch.

Cons: There really is no cons. I will say that given this is for the most part a turnkey solution, if you need something specific, they have the talent to accommodate, but it may be at a cost to do any custom work. However, they are very fair, and they continue to invest in the platform, which is excellent. Also, with any new service there is a learning curve, so you do have to invest some time as expected, but they are right there side-by-side to ensure you have the support needed. I was excited to jump in and learn how to use the tools and capabilities and they have great online resources to assist you as well.

Pros: The customer service. When we encounter a problem they are always willing to help.
Cons: The learning curve. It take s a while to learn how the system works and how to make necessary updates.

Our organization went from tracking everything on a multitude of different excel sheets to having everything automated by MemberLeap. It has been such a great experience and we have been able to focus on actual projects instead of just making sure things stay running.
Pros: Member database, events calendar, membership cards, just everything being automated. Also, their team is incredibly friendly and helpful, always looking for creative solutions to give you exactly what you need.
Cons: Not the most user friendly system. There are a ton of help articles and demo videos, and the team is always there to help so you will be just fine. Just expect to invest a good amount of time into learning how to operate it.

Cons: While they offer numerous videos for training and very responsive to questions it might be a good idea to update some of the training videos.

Once we got started, the process was pretty straightforward, We got the website up and running, we added the app. We are happy. There are many features that we don't even use. So it's pretty comprehensive
Pros: It's easy to get started. Responsive team, very helpful.
Cons: Trying to keep track of who is responsible for what part of the project. The trainings have too much information for one session. But I have not asked about another session.

We are very happy with how well the transfer to MemberLeap from our prior platform went, and, so far, our membership seem very happy with the move and the product.
Pros: Staff were very responsive and helpful. We received prompt assistance whenever we needed some setup tweaks to best suit our organization.
Cons: A bit of a learning curve compared to our prior platform, but that's a welcome tradeoff to be able to better tailor the setup up for our organization.

Our experience has been great. Our website was revamped, it looks better than ever, and as a result our business online has flourished.
Pros: Member Leap hands down is the best for membership services and website management! What I liked most particularly is the fast turnaround time for any issues we have run into. Whenever we submit a ticket through their email their team responds fast and efficiently and solved our problems!
Cons: we have not had any bad experiences using or dealing with Memberleap.

As mentioned above, they have been top notch to work with. Always super helpful and willing to figure out a way to get done what we need. If you like the product you'll love the client service they offer.
Pros: It's a pretty easy product to learn and has a ton of features. Our members had an easy time logging on and adjusting to the new product. The best part of MemberLeap is their customer service though. They made our transition to a new system so much easier. They always get back to you the same day or within 24 hours. It's the reason why we have several of our clients on the product now.
Cons: The interface is not as simplified as it could be. It would be nice to have everything in a column on the side so it's easier to get to, like Membership, Meetings, Store, etc. Their reporting feature needs work also, too many steps to get the report you need.

I'm really happy with it and I recommend it to colleagues a lot. The software research process is painful so I hope to save folks the time. If you run a scientific or professional association this is probably the software you are looking for.
Pros: It has ALL the features we need to run our organization: Membership Mgmt, Communications, Website, Event Management, Abstract / Manuscript Submission, Calendar, Photo & File archive, Donations & Online Store, and more that we're not even using. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH - they are amazing about responding and answering questions or adding little fixes & features without charging extra. And they don't advertise & market aggressively, (unlike a half dozen other companies that I regretted asking for their free demo almost immediately because they wouldn't leave me alone for years afterward. That's not Memberleap !)
Cons: There are a couple places where the modules could be a little smoother in integrating with each other but overall it works very well.

Pros: The sky is the limit with MemberLeap! The number of existing features is truly amazing, and the list keeps growing! It seems that most times we look to the software for a solution to our problem, it already exists. And if it doesn't exist, the Customer Support experts are willing to meet quickly and discuss a customized solution. Couple that with the fact that the Customer Support experts are dedicated to timely and thorough responses, and it's hard to find a more customer-friendly software option
Cons: There are a lot of features available and sometimes it is hard to know whether you should be using a feature in your business or not.
