Very good experience as we are launching a new platform for or community. Not easy to implement but then quite scalable.
Pros: Mixed uses: communication, engagement, event registration. Possibility to implement easily networking online activities. Groups of discussions.
Cons: Not fully optimised for event registration, not optimal integration of Zoom, few formatting options / preview on the live feed, not so user friendly than a linkedin, no automatic link between organisations and people

My overall experience with Hivebrite has been positive. It is great for building and managing an online alumni community. The customer support exceeded expectations Hivebrite offers a strong product and exceptional service :)

Hivebrite's team was high-touch, making sure to regularly check-in after the extensive onboarding process. Our customers saw the value of our community right away and were able to easily navigate the platform.
Pros: Hivebrite is a great off-the-shelf solution. It provides a lot of features and functionality that would typically require a developer or engineer to build custom so that you can quickly launch your community.
Cons: The email system worked well, but the ability to create templates would be great. There were also some bugs.

Hivebrite made our life easier when building our community and managing it. We were able to observe our community behaviours and build value adds for them such as events and content very easily and it made our payment process extremely easy.
Pros: Hivebrite makes the site build very easy and the growth team are responsive over email. In terms of managing a community, the site makes logins, payments and communications very easy. Events are easy to share and invite attendees.
Cons: The site build can be prescriptive and inflexible and it's slow to reach the backoffice team in charge of helping with issues or bugs. There is a strong team focus on ensuring you renew early.

Pros: It appears to be one of the only platforms where you can connect organisations and the general public and have some oversight of it. I like the email campaign feature a lot as I can make it look really good and narrow down which members to contact. Our Customer success Manager [sensitive content hidden] is great and is really proactive and helping us get the most out of the platform as we can and is invested in our mission. The response rate from the support team is very quick
Cons: Lack of customisability can occasionally cause some issues for functionality, but we are not using the platform for its intended purpose which should be kept in mind.

Pros: It’s super user-friendly and very pleasant to use. Our users are very happy with tool. they were really looking for it!
Cons: There are some bugs who are impacting the user experience and need to be fixed. That means that admins needs to dedicate time to that issue, instead focusing on the animation of the community.

Lots of nice features that help build an online community. Friendly responsive support. Bit of a learning curve for admins. Data metrics have improved but still take some time to get your head around. Clunky direct messaging.
Pros: Map of users is very nice. Ability to link people to organisations Attractive and customisable user interface. Ad-free.
Cons: Upselling additional features for extra costs. Occasional glitches. Why the "Discover Groups" view (or what we call Spaces) shows Groups who I'm already part of, it doesn't make sense. I raised a product request to change this which was rejected.

I've never felt more taken care of by customer success reps. They will always go to bat for their clients.
Pros: If you are looking for a system that has a team of pros on your side, this is the product to choose. They don't upsell. In fact, they'll recommend downgrading your modules if they don't think the module will serve you. They are on your side all the time. Plus, this site is ridiculously easy to manage. If you've used Sharepoint, this will be a breeze. They take admin feedback into consideration all the time and actually use our suggestions. I've worked with a lot of systems and never given a review before, that's how much I love this team. They really worked with our budget (we're a non-profit) and do all they can to keep costs low. We use this system for events most primarily and our events are well-attended. Everything is automated and our members don't have issues registering. I will never leave Hivebrite.
Cons: I think it's hard to build a community online that's not social media. This site is not social media. We're all a little warped to expect 100 likes minimum, or else a post is a fail. It takes genuine effort to get people to use the platform. That's not a hit on Hivebrite, but just these systems as a whole.

Overall Hivebrite employ great people, knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and always keen to help you improve your community for your members. All the staff I come across build great relationships with their clients and collaboration is high.
Pros: I really like the modular style of the Hivebrite platform, you can build your community platform unique to your user needs.
Cons: Nothing major, but some of the back office functionality can feel a little disjointed when updating, but once you know how it works its manageable.

My experience with Hivebrite has been positive. The platform provided a solid foundation for building and engaging our new community, with strong features for member management, communication, and events. While we encountered some limitations in customization, the customer service team was responsive, and the platform delivered real value for our goals.
Pros: What I liked most about Hivebrite is how easy it was to build a branded, all-in-one community platform. The flexibility to customize member experiences, manage events, and integrate with our existing tools made it a great candidate for our community needs.
Cons: What I liked least was the limited flexibility in customizing certain design elements.

The Hivebrite people are amazing! Our implementation team was top-notch. While we are experiencing some issues with our back-end Salesforce integration, and a few shortfalls in event registration management, overall Hivebrite is a much better bang-for-our-buck than our previous platform. It is also continuing to grow and improve which means we're on the forefront of community-building tech.
Pros: The community discussion tools are top notch!
Cons: The event capabilities show promise but need work until they meet the needs of ever-growing and expanding nonprofits.

Overall, I think this is a great platform for connection, community building, and basic resource sharing.
Pros: We enjoy the community building and interactive elements of our Hivebrite platform, including the live feed, forums, events, announcements, emails, app. We enjoy having a support team to troubleshoot technical issues.
Cons: The lack of analytic information on what the users are consuming, and lack of support for team packages. We've had to manually build quite a bit to make our team-based structure work and have very minimal information and analytics on users activities. I'm concerned about the lack of attention on AI and analytics, especially in the L&D/courseware space.

Pros: - Easy to set up - Interface is completely customizable, also offer great design templates - Content management is seamless - Ability to automate content, host live digital events with Zoom integration - Fantastic CRM for managing users
Cons: - Anything outside of their pre-set templates you are required to figure out on your own. Makes customization a little trickier if you don't have the technical expertise in-house. - Hivebrite offers API integration in the platform, but again, you need to figure it out on your own. More support on their end in setting it up would make things much easier for content managers.

Mi experiencia es muy grata debido a todo lo que implica de hecho antes usaba otras herramientas pero cuando utilice esta uuff fue un giro de 360 grados me gusto inmediatamente la calidad de experiencia de usuario es única y su soporde es otro nivel.
Pros: Esta herramienta es un chollo ya que con ella puedo realizar diferentes actividades que van de acorde a la administración que hago en mi empresa de laburo la función modo de registro me fascina por que puedo definir exactamente de que tipo de redes quiero que los nuevos usuarios vengan aparte de que puedo interponer el perfil de usuario para que registren sus datos para tener mas fiabilidad de los usuarios.
Cons: No le puedo poner peros a esta herramienta entre lo que es económica fiable y te da todo el control en una sola pantalla y la recomiendo siempre.

Very happy to have made to move and implemented Hivebrite . It has given us additional "muscle" to manage our association.
Pros: With the implementation of Hivebrite we have replaced an outdated website. We are now in a position to manage a dynamic communication with our members and better manage events (e.g. managing registration of participants and communicating with them).
Cons: For the time being we still have issues in making payments easier, in particular membership fees. We have technical issues to connect most usual payments systems in Switzerland with Hivebrite .
