My overall experience with Payarc has been that of a miserable one. The customer service department is slow to take care of merchant issues, the technical support team seems to like the basic working knowledge of many of the technical details for most of its equipment offering, the account manager rarely has the answer and is slow to get back to me if he follows up at all, the risk department seem to misquote deposit dates after a merchant's funds have been diverted, underwriting's criteria seems to change with the wind, and the executive staff's word (in my opinion) should NEVER be trusted. These guys can talk a monkey out of his banana. Then you rarely, if ever, hear from them again. BE CAREFUL dealing with PAYARC!
Pros: In the beginning of the relationship they needed new agents to come aboard so they were very welcoming and signed an agreement they no longer honor.

The seemingly great offer of minimal fees and free processing unit hides a serious financial penalty that is significant.
Pros: Their service is adequate and provides the benefits offered
Cons: When carrying out the review of their service with the salesperson they omitted to mention that if for any reason you wish to stop the service before an initial three year period a termination fee of $500 is applicable.

Do not conduct business with them, they are the worse payment payer company, their is no support available when need, they will charge you for service that was not rendered.
Pros: nothing at all, stay away from them at all cost

Lied to bullshited told that when i first started with this company one this and almost every day having to call them and do there job for them witch i have my own business to run and now i have to run yours to hahahaha they are a joke

Pros: I love using the v3 version as it is extremely user friendly and the reports are comprehensive with all the information I would need for accounting.
Cons: I loathe the v4 version as it is NOT user friendly nor is the interface user friendly. The reports are not easy to work with.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Most days support is very quick with responses and helpful in problem solving. However, there are some days when it is hard to get in touch with a support person via email and over the phone so we are left a few days with no response/follow up

Cons: The payarc software needs to be improved to have more features such as on screen signature. Payarc needs to create plugin that allows wordpress developers to create their own POS system that can be integrated with Payarc terminal easier.

Great customer support and super fast response time.
Pros: I've been using Payarc for a while and love it. I love that I get the full payment and the fees are deducted at the end of the month, makes accounting so much easier.
Cons: None that I can think of I really love this product and its integration with our CRM.
