I have used all functions of Janitorial Manager. Even the inventory to help me maintain supplies and make sure I am not exceeding my budget.
Pros: I like the Geo Fence clocking in and out mostly. It appears if no one has clocked into the shift to make sure you have coverage .
Cons: I would like a reminder that shows when employees have days off. After the days have been approved a reminder would be great.

My experience has been great especially comparing them to our previous vendor. Niki has been great to work with and always willing to help or make suggestions!
Pros: Janitorial Manager has fantastic customer support. When I have a question there is always an article to help. If the article doesn't help, I can always ask a question. They respond very quickly.
Cons: The process of getting all of the data in to make it work is time intensive but I think the overall product is worth the time and effort.

The JM team is great to work with. They have become part of our organization with their colaboration. I feel heard and they work hard to find solutions and drive development within their organization to make JM better for everyone.
Pros: I love gaining the ability to manage to a real number not just what is reported by employees. JM has given us the ability to gain efficiency and streamline operations.
Cons: There really is not a lot I can say here that is actually a JM issue. I would say the inability to do a custom report to gather data that is obscure on the fly would be the thing that causes me the most angst.

We love using janitorial manager and will continue to use it. Customer service with [sensitive content hidden] has been wonderful.
Pros: We use it to keep track of our employees clocking in and clocking out which helps us make sure our buildings are covered. As well as helps us with payroll
Cons: Occasionally glitches when trying to clock in at locations. But usually can reboot and works. No real problems.

Overall my experience has been very good. Some technical glitches at times but customer support is very quick to look into it and resolve any issues as soon as possible. My account manager [sensitive content hidden] has been great in walking me through the entire set up.
Pros: I like that i can do the schedule, checklists, inventory control and track and monitor equipment. The QR codes are great for managing quality checks.
Cons: The scheduling section could be more user friendly. I would love to be able to adjust the schedule and review the posted schedule on the same screen.

Pros: What I like the most about Janitorial Manager is the monthly Quality inspections I've been able to create to our company's needs and delegate them to supervisors/management.
Cons: What I like the least about Janitorial Manager is sometimes hearing from employees they they have issues clocking in/out.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to make their janitorial services more efficient and easier!
Pros: 1) What I really love about this experience is the fantastic customer service! From the very first day I purchased the software, [sensitive content hidden] has been right there with me, helping me get everything set up. Whenever I have questions, I reach out to her, and she always has the answers. She’s super knowledgeable about the system and incredibly helpful. It truly makes the whole process so much easier! 2) We can monitor the areas to ensure they're being serviced within the software and the ability to share reports with the customer as needed or requested. 3) Customers can provide feedback or make requests, enabling us to respond promptly.
Cons: It takes a little time to get the hang of navigating the software at first, but honestly, it's all been worth it! No regrets at all!

Our experience is all positive. JM is responsive to our enhancement requests and actively seeks to make improvements to the system. We’ve been with them for years and have no plans to make a change.
Pros: We like that it has two sides to it, a customer side and an employee side. It allows us to keep track of everything customer as well as everything employee.
Cons: The main customer page is lacking. It could be so much better designed. It doesn't include any tracking of the cleaning schedule or any changes to that schedule over tome.

It is positive. This is entirely due to having my account rep assisting me with all areas of operation. It can be overwhelming trying to navigate on my own, but with [sensitive content hidden] help (and knowledge) it ends up being simpler than I thought it would be.
Pros: Access to customer support, technical support and my account manager, [sensitive content hidden]. Always reach them when calling and when there is a follow up, they get back to me. So glad I am not relinquished to an AIBot or voice mail or email when I have questions needing resolved.
Cons: Learning curve is significant. The software can do a lot and is highly configurable, as a result, it is overwhelming without close assistance.

The application is a superior software offering. The support is truly exceptional. The learning curve is adjustable and can be paused if needed.
Pros: The application is both intuitive and thorough. There are a variety of functions that support the diverse requirements of a professional cleaning company.
Cons: Nothing. The functions that we needed are readily available and easily accessed. There are no aspects that I would describe as least liked.

Pros: Janitorial manager is great just the way it works and all the features. it helps us with our daily operations. the customer support is amazing

Onboarding was easy and we were up and running quickly. Support has been helpful to answer any questions and set us up with training. Overall, if you are looking for a solution that helps you schedule, budget, communicate with your staff and customers, this is it!
Pros: I was looking for a product that would help manage our janitorial company with scheduling, budgeting, and communication. JM does it all. Their phone app is great too!
Cons: Over the years JM has made significant updates and new features for their application. I can't think of any Cons of the software.

Solid product, the best thing is the customer support is amazing....best customer support for software I have experienced.
Pros: First of all, it captures the nuances of the commercial cleaning world....it's a powerful system...once you've learned it....and developed some "muscle memory" it's fairly easy to use. It does a lot...
Cons: Learning the patterns of inputing the data is a little challenging at first, but their team is with you every step of the way. Once you learn, it's like riding a bike.

Easy to learn and simply, great support, good for managing hours, geo fencing not bad for minor tracking
Pros: Ease of scheduling - the Recurring function is very good and like how you can draft it then post at a later time
Cons: Most function you have to apply to all employees vs being more customizable The Checklist functions not really enforceable

Pros: I liked that it provided an effective way for employees to clock in and out.
Cons: So far I have no cons for jm connect. Everything I have used so far has helped the business in some way.

This is a nice app to have all aspects of the business in one place. It's a good idea to have the porters accountable for their work schedule.
Pros: All the information is organized to input and access easily.

The software itself seems a little outdated, overwhelming, and slow at times, but it gets done for us what it needs to and helps us get the data we need to make decisions. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] is fantastic though. Without her, things would be pretty difficult to navigate.
Pros: The Customer Service Help and Friendliness.
Cons: The UI, the amount of options, and how long some things take to load.

My experience with JM has been excellent, largely due to my account manager, [sensitive content hidden]'s, patience and understanding of how I retain information. He has been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process.
Pros: Specifically regarding the platform, the real-time translation messaging system.
Cons: There are some limitations with certain aspects of the platform. For example, I love the messaging system, but it’s only efficient if you have your phone with you at all times. The web platform lacks a user-friendly dashboard and does not notify you of incoming messages, which isn’t a built-in feature. However, my account manager has been helpful in finding alternative solutions. I just wish it were easier and didn’t require navigating through the platform for workarounds.

My overall experience with JM has been great. The customer service has been incredible- and I have successfully integrated it to my company.
Pros: What I like most about JM is how user friendly it is and its accurate tracking ability.
Cons: It was glitchy in some areas. When adding different pay rates to employees, or updating schedules the system would run into some trouble.
