Pros: Combines payroll, HR, accounting, scheduling and job costing in one integrated system, gives real-time insights and reporting, streamlines workforce and operations management, and helps reduce manual work and errors.
Cons: Clunky/outdated in parts, setup and learning can be tough, and reporting/customization isn’t always as flexible or easy to use.

I was a Human Resources Manager and was in recruiting. I did like that it was able to integrate with the applicant tracking system.
Pros: I did like that it was a one stop shop for our niche industry as it is hard to find a system that will support a business type when it isn't like the other industries.
Cons: It was outdated and if you didn't fit in the box it wouldn't work. HCM side was a little clunky in my opinion

Terrible. I've asked for situations to be escalated nearly every time b/c the person they assign to assist you is completely overwhelmed and resolutions are not fully effectuated. Quickest route for them to get off the phone with you is the route they want to take. What they say they will do does not match the service the provide.

Pros: Honestly, not much. Actually, nothing at all really. Platform is antiquated (majorly) and customer service is abysmal. They are difficult and do the bare minimum which means you're back on the phone with them often b/c they don't effectively resolve problems.
Cons: Their abysmal customer service and their bate and switch tactic. Tell you they can do things and accommodate your needs but they don't truly have the capabilities they claim.

Pros: Customer Service was easy to connect with at all times.
Cons: It was very difficult to use, too many problems constantly. They charged for everything including trainings constantly. WinTeam would take months to fix issues if they fix it at all. Not user friendly. Reports were bad and you are not able to pull reports of every field you enter data in.

It has been great, all the support is very friendly and fast.
Pros: Kwantek has been a great tool for us, the number of candidates we receive and the easy way to import candidates has made our day easier.
Cons: I would like to have more filters when pulling out reports

It has been a nightmare working with the WinTteam product, from integration to training new bookkeepers on the system. With the extra hour that we pay people to figure out the WinTeam software, we could afford to spend 2x the software price on something good.
Pros: It is an industry leader and and integrated solution where in theory, it can be the only software a cleaning company needs.
Cons: The software is very cumbersome to set up, not efficient to use, and it is very difficult to get the simple data reports out of it. There are some good service representatives, but it seems the help from different people often contradicts each other. Upon leaving they try to hold your data hostage and charge an exorbitant about just to see historic information.

I've used TEAM for over 10 years and overall I love the product. There are so many great features that are bundled into one product which makes it very helpful to us. The fact that everything is together is a huge positive for us. As our company has grown we are looking for more features to help reduce a lot of current manual tasks done by our corporate team.
Pros: All modules in one place is very important to us. We love having the ability to drill down from the general ledger to the source whether it be fixed assets, payroll or invoices. The software itself is very easy to use and learn quickly.
Cons: Employee module could have additional features added. PTO requests and once approved that it populates the timesheets. Expense reporting by the employee that populates their "other comp" for that payroll check. Change of status form that allows management to update an employee file and notifies HR and Payroll once done - items like status change, rate change and job change.

Pros: Our company has been using WinTeam since 1989. It provides data and information to grow your business and make each job profitable.
Cons: I wish BI and WinTeam were more integrated to allow for easy creations of reports and access to various information across data tables.

Pros: Overall Winteam is easy to use. The modules that we use are essential to our business and work for what we need. The help desk is easy to work with as well.
Cons: The only thing I'm not a big fan of is exporting reports into Excel. The P&L does not come out in a usable format.

Pros: My #1 pro for Winteam is the outstanding customer service our company receives. No matter what the problem, if I've ever had an issue, it has been solved or addressed the same day. I also learn tips and tricks from the customer service folks every time I call in. I've come to realize, if you think there is a better way to do something, just call in and ask because it probably already exists.
Cons: My only con is the OT calculations are limited to 15 day periods for reporting.

Pros: I like how intuitive the program is. I just started using it for the first time about a year ago and was able to get up to speed very quickly. The out-of-box financial reports are also useful and customizable.
Cons: In order to expand use of modules, you have to pay as you build functionality.

WinTeam is essentially another member of our finance team. It comes to work with us every day. The customer support team is excellent and we have a voice in future product enhancement. This isn't software that you purchase and never hear from again. They are partners in helping to strengthen and build our business.
Pros: The job costing capabilities of WinTeam are very robust. Sorting and filtering for reports is only limited by your imagination. The employees at WinTeam are actively working to make their product better and the customer is uppermost in their mind.
Cons: While there are product enhancements that would be helpful, there is no need to pick apart each module and give a wish list of changes here. I have used the software for 11 years and every year sees new innovation and product improvement.

I've resisted internal inquiries into whether our company might have better overall functionality with several WT competitors because with the exception of the functions already mentioned that we simply don't have the time or personnel to dedicate to learning/using, WinTeam has been an excellent accounting and operations software for our company for almost 14 years.
Pros: We chose WinTeam because of the individual modules for critical company functions that flow into each other for a comprehensive overview of the entire company, or any particular department.
Cons: Some functions remain clunky and time-consuming, particularly the Insurance Benefits module, to the point where we use our insurance vendor's portal for tracking and reporting. We don't use the Inventory module any more either because the benefit of the module to us did not compensate for how much data entry and maintenance was involved.

Good company that is constantly upgrading their product. A very complete coverage of business needs and great service.
Pros: You can run almost every facet of your business in this program. They allow for one system to track business payroll, payables, receivables, and if you use it budgets, overhead, accounting reports, etc.
Cons: Some of the features have a cost associated that we are not able to work into our budget. Some things you would think should be easy to do, like print invoices with payments received on them automatically is not an option.

Pros: Love the reporting and tracking capabilities. The most useful reports in my job are the job costing and hours variance reports.
Cons: Cumbersome and often unintuitive to navigate. I know t has the capacity to deliver many useful metrics, but I feel I'm missing out due to an inability to run them or even know that they exist. (Customer support is awesome in helping overcome this though).

Pros: WinTeam is easy to use and is a great all in one software. The various security settings are great for setting up the appropriate access for users.
Cons: The Citrix login is cumbersome. It is difficult when the system is updating and in comes down for hours. We have 24 dispatch center that gets interrupted when this happens.

It's a good system for capturing employee data. Would like to see a more robust report writer.
Pros: It is user friendly and easy to move around in. Entering data is very simple. Onboarding new employees from Kwantek is a plus.
Cons: Not history driven so any date can be used without reason. The benefits portal is not very user friendly and very hard to figure out. Doesn't have a way to fix data entered wrong. Reports are not easily produced within the system itself. Haven't experienced using the BI module yet.

Pros: The Payroll, A/P, and A/R Modules are great!
Cons: I feel the notifications in TeamTime could be simplified, we have had issues with this since day one and still continue to have issues. Also, on the call review log it should attach the facility to the phone instead of just showing the phone number (example: 304-253-0800 TNCC). There should also be a report that could be printed daily that shows just facilities that were not clocked into at all for the previous night . Our former timekeeping software gave us all these features and in our industry that is a very important piece to making sure our clients are taken care of on a daily basis. It's more efficient to call a client first thing in the morning if a facility hasn't been cleaned rather them calling us because we weren't aware.

Pros: The modules are laid out very similar so it makes it easier for set up. The system makes it possible for many people in the organization to have important information at their fingertips. The reporting functionality is pretty good. We especially have liked the ease of payroll with timekeeping and different pay rates. The ability to do alot of customization has been both a pro and con. We have figured out many ways to customize the software for several areas of our business to have benefits.
Cons: Ehub frequently has issues. Many of our end users are not tech savvy so it causes a lot of training issues. Updating to GL for all transactions can be tedious. Reporting is pretty good but paying extra for BI has made a big difference. It would be nice if that was just included in the software price. The ability to do a lot of customization has been both a pro and con. It dies often make more basic processes more difficult than they need to be.

The program is very good and gets better. The service is always fast and they know their stuff. The limitations for us are in not being able to use some of the newest features du to cost.
Pros: The software covers many aspects of our business. We use it daily, we learn something new about it often. They update and add features often. Sometimes keeping up with them all is tough.
Cons: As a small company that has been with them for a long time we are not able to find room in our budget to utilize all the new features. I am working on it because they may pay for themselves if we use them fully.

Cons: Lack of customer centric portal. Customer should have a level of access to view certain items such as schedules. Also need something web based now that work from home is a norm.

I'd love to have more control / functionality through web, mobile or app versus having to use Citrix to access birthdays and other 'minor' task related information.
Pros: I love being able to pull P&L's per job / customer with just a couple clicks! Having all information in one software makes it very nice.
Cons: For some of the tasks, there are a lot of clicks to get to the answer... There are also some inconsistencies in report criteria (some I can pull by Region / Tier, others I can't and have to use Supervisor which is very inaccurate).
