I use it, and adore it, one of the brands that I keep in the store also uses it and we both love it. I know many ppl who use it and for jewelry business is an essential. Super precise.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Wjewel in all aspects. It is also very reasonably priced in its up front costs and it service program.
Pros: The Software performs excellent in managing our inventory, customer data base. The service provided by the top notch and very fast. They are very quick to respond to any requests to software modifications and hardware conflict resolutions.
Cons: I haven't found anything I do not like about the software, other than generating appraisals.

Pros: The product and service by the team has been everything that we were told as well as what other clients said. We are a really small shop and at first we were worried we would not be able to use all the system has to offer. The team at wJewel made sure we got onboarded, learned (helpful videos!), and have answered every single question and resolved any issues we've had. The team's responsiveness - on email, by phone, in the system - have been some of the best customer service I have experienced.
Cons: The UI of the system is a bit complicated sometimes. For example - Search on one screen is three dots on another. Once you figure it out, it's not an issue. Also, some of the processes are not obvious and there aren't training videos to cover it. However, as noted above, the responsiveness of the team at wJewel makes these "cons" a non-issue.

Would do it again, and recommend to all. Process was quick smooth and very cost efficient.
Pros: Quite honestly, the customer service is top tier and unmatched. The team responds quickly with all questions and issues, and helps immediately.
Cons: Unable to use on Mac without a miniPC. In store no issue, but when traveling it’s difficult to stay connected to the store as I only have a MacBook.

Pros: It is easy to use and intuitive. It has great support, when you call them up it email, your issues gets resolved or answered very quickly and efficiently. It is a big time saver.
Cons: They have lots of reports build it, but it does not connect to Crystal Reports.

Overall we have had a great experience with this system. It is cost-effective, easy to implement and the training of employees was also a smooth process. Customer support is always available and a quick response time. We have in many instances needed to adapt the program for our retail customers and EDI functions, and we have always been to reach out and make an update. We can keep track of items down to a very detailed level and track and manage inventory effectively. I would highly recommend this system.
Pros: Cost, Ease of setup, Customer Support, Item entry details.
Cons: Not fully customizable, Limited accounts receivable reports
