Cons: Integration takes a bit of time but that's because their team makes sure you get the full power of the system, (they care about us as a business which I appreciate)

Pros: Other software we used had only partial solution to our needs. Valigara has the full set of features needed to run a successful Jewelry brand online. In addition, the customer service is beyond all expectation and whenever there is any need, we have a quick solution given by them.

Cons: It does take a few days to best understand the software. especially due to the large range of features it has.

Pros: Its an amazng data managment tools with a ton of ways to automate my work and save time. The custom title generator is one of my favorites.

Cons: High learning curve is mitigated by their stellar support. But once you get familiar and comfortable with the system it is powerful.

Pros: The fact that I can manage product information across the sales channels in a bulk and fast

Cons: Uploading brand new products seems more complicated than I expected from the beginning

Pros: All the options The analyzes and the quick information Customer Service It is easy to expand to more stores and marketplaces

Pros: Valigara is a very powerful yet simple, complete software which covers all our needs for working online. Combines the catalog management with the Diamonds inventory management, posting to eBay and website, orders management.

Cons: Can’t think about something. Took some time to learn the system but it’s definitely worth it

Pros: Valigara is a great marketing tool with a user-friendly interface and great customer support. It is very convenient to store all the data in one place and use it for different channels with one click. I like using templates and built-in title and tag generators there. The system is obviously created by people who know the jewelry world for 100% which makes it very useful and effective.

Cons: Some features have to be adjusted during the implementing process, and it takes time. But overall it is good to know that the team is always ready for improvements

Pros: 1. Ability to list in bulk (Fastest listing software in the market). Can list hundreds of products across all market places and websites in minutes. 2. Ability to bulk edit price, descriptions, titles (makes it easy to respond to changes in market places and boost seasonal sales) 3. Easiest software to put watermarks on all images 4. Manage all stock from a single location 5. Best automation software for creating or managing purchase order 6. Has more functionality than any software in the market. I have only mentioned very few.

Cons: If you are not patient, you might think it’s difficult to use. It’s by far the easiest and time saving software in the market. Just be a bit patient and watch it transform your business fast.

Pros: First of all the comunication is perfect! great persons are work at the other side. Fix the things that need development very fast. Vey easy to use - In my opinion anyone who knows how to basically deal with a computer can use this software.

Cons: The ease with which my products can be uploaded from anywhere in the world to several arenas at the same time.

Cons: Valigara is a comprehensive system. I adopted it at a very early stage of my eCommerce business, while having no background in technology. It took me some time to grasp the system and learn things. It was an investment, but looking backward it was the best one I could make technology-wise. Thank you guys!

Cons: Not much of a con, but there is a learning curve to Valigara. You will get back 100-fold what you put in to it.

Cons: From time to time actions at back office level seem to take more time than nessecary

Cons: The only thing i can think of is improving their UI, with so many great features and possibilities, it takes time to learn the system.

Pros: If you are selling jewelry on multiple marketplaces, Valigara is perfect solution! 1) Creating and managing inventory is very well made. It supports Excel import/export if you already have prepared files, but recommendation is to work everything inside Valigara system as it is very well organized. Valigara team thought of every single step in managing inventory. Additional features like title, description, bullets, price generator will greatly save your time! 2) Easily integrate with most popular marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, make schedules, revises, easily link listings, manage all marketplaces from one place. It also offers centralized order and messages management. 3) Support is great. They are very polite and always happy to help. Webinars are also on a regular basis. They keep everything updated. Each update on marketplace is promptly available on Valigara.

Cons: One of the biggest advantages of Valigara is that it provides so many features, so many solutions, so many options. What might be the only con is that it might be too much for beginners who did not work in similar software earlier. There are so many features available and naturally, it needs some time to learn how it works. But once you learn how to use it properly, it will greatly save your time!

Pros: Valigara has basically taken multi channel selling and customized it for jewelry. It almost feels like they read our thoughts and custom made this software for us. I believe any jewelry retailer would feel the same. They implemented an exceptional import function, the ability to use custom fields. Sophisticated scheduling abilities which gives us a big competitive advantage on ebay. Sales and impression statistics which we did not have before on eBay. The system allows making changes a breeze , adding/removing products with a single click. Sorting and filtering of products by any field you can think of. Easy management of images, title generators. An incredible template engine for eBay and Etsy descriptions and so many more features. If you are a multi channel seller of anything jewelry related, you would be crazy using another system. Valigara saves you time, saves you money and helps you grow sales instantly.

Cons: I think the UI can be more modern, it is a bit old fashioned. Too many fields due to so many supported channels can be overwhelming, I wish they would find a more organized way to present them. A dedicated mobile app can be useful to perform some functions and analyze data. Setting up multiple ebay accounts and other channels take time, I think that time can be shortened with some more automation. The ebay messaging feature could be improved and so can the order management but these are not core features of the system. I also wish they would support other products than jewelry for my other businesses.

Pros: its a very smart sistem and easy to work with, the people who build this sistem thought about everything.

Cons: easy to work with and to manage your stock in few channels, save a lot of time and make everything simple.
