Breezy

Pros: What I like most about Breezy is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. The interface makes it easy to track candidates, manage interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers all in one place. Features like automated email templates, interview scheduling, and pipeline visibility save a lot of time and reduce manual work.

Cons: Occasionally, integrations with other HR tools or calendar systems can be a bit inconsistent. Smoother syncing between Breezy and platforms like Google Workspace or Slack would make the workflow even better.

Pros: Ability to have video interview questions added to the application. Customization of pipeline staging.

Cons: Lack of integrations. Features being removed. Feature requests remain as requests for years. Clunky way of setting up questionnaires and pipelines. Lack of ability to customize job postings using HTML.

Pros: Its ease of use and layout. The layout is very easy to use and modern.

Cons: Its more than I wanted to pay. My budget is a bit less than what Breezy charges

Pros: The software has fantastic features and it's pricing is very affordable.

Cons: The software does not allow unsending of emails at any point of implementation.

Pros: The software has an amazing templated communication features and reliable skills testing systems.

Cons: Pre-boarding features of the software are unlimited effective.

Pros: Availability of top quality customer services and reliability of the product compared to others similar softwares.

Cons: User interface of the product is complex due to availability of so many features.

Pros: Nice functionality, good price, user friendly

Cons: Limited reports and data. Also, in terms of integrations, is not the best

Pros: The product user interface is very straightforward and very customizable.

Cons: Thumbnails of the software are not as effective.

Pros: It was easy for an applicant to apply to a role

Cons: Poor UX, not intuitive, lack of reporting or data.

Pros: It was affordable compare to other ATS on the market. It allows you to post a # of jobs for a very low fee, one of the industry price leaders.

Cons: The UI felt very 2014 and old. Also, I didn't see a lot of new AI features or anything that could put a spark in me to continue to use the product long term.

Pros: Breezy has been an amazing HR solution for business. It makes most process such as hiring and recruiting easy. Thanks to customization, we get the best from Breezy.

Cons: I find Breezy resourceful and no dislikes.

Pros: I like Breezy's ease of use and customer support. Getting a job posted and out to multiple job boards is a....BREEZE!

Cons: Home page doesn't show all of my posted jobs on the Dashboard. I have to go into Positions/Pools to see them all - one more click.

Pros: - great sales and customer support team: [sensitive content hidden] attended to our company's questions. Amongst the ATS our team spoke to - which was about 10 - they have been the most supportive and patient when answering questions (disclaimer: we've yet to be handed off to the account manager so we cannot speak for that aspect yet) The value that Breezy provides in relation to the cost is great compared to many of the other platforms reviewed by our team. - customisability: from scorecards, questionnaires, fields that we want candidates to submit, additional questions we may have, formatting of the JD, reports --> everything is able to tailor to each individual's need - UI/UX: intuitive UI/UX, nice kanban board facing. Great documentation and help resource if you're unsure --> also able to integrate with platforms like Google & Zoom which are useful for customers

Cons: - offer emails sent out can only have 1 attachment per email, and other company members cannot be CC-ed - unable to reject multiple candidates from the same position, but it's something that most other ATS do not have as well

Pros: It makes recruitment easy collecting resumes, seggregating them and sorting and shortlisting the resumes for interview

Cons: I do not have any complaints about this product

Pros: It simplifies the entire hiring process.

Cons: Least favourite are the repetitive hiring tasks.

Pros: Breezy was easy for me to learn to use, very intuitive.

Cons: I can not think of any negatives at the moment.

Pros: Streamlining hiring and recruitment saves time and resources. I have more time to make informed decisions and do my research. This has eliminated any compromised results in my final decision. Self scheduling interviews is a major step to achieving automation which makes the tool user friendly and quite relatable. It helps me to keep track of new employees through meetings and interviews.

Cons: My true legend. I have no complaints about this tool. I have achieved alot so far.

Pros: Breezy's interface is user friendly, easily customizable, and allows for easy reporting on pipeline and recruiting data

Cons: Some of the more advanced reports are more difficult to construct if you don't have a more analytical/technical background

Pros: I love this software for the fact that its super easy to use and have friendly features which makes it to use

Pros: Breezy boasts remarkable user-friendliness and customization options. Its intuitive design significantly reduces the time and effort required to familiarize others with its usage.

Cons: The subscription price is relatively high. Monthly fees pose a significant challenge for small startups.

Pros: I love the interface--it was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) in a world of horrible recruiting tools. It's so easy to make a workflow you like, and it especially makes sense for tech teams that are using a kanban style of work already. The configurable boards allow you to move candidates to new stages, either manually or automatically, and this style just "makes sense", both logically and visually. It's super intuitive.

Cons: We didn't find the integration with job boards to be as robust and useful as we had hoped. This was easy enough to do ourselves anyway, but if you have more than a few dozen open roles or need to make updates and changes to each role, this functionality is critical.

Pros: The built in company career site page was fantastic. No need to write code. Great solution for those smaller or start up companies.

Cons: I felt this platform was more for smaller to mid size businesses

Pros: Easy to use and navigate with great user experience. I think this is a great tool for small organisations like startups.

Cons: A lot of the key features and views are missing in the mobile app. You have to revert to the web to do most of the things.
