I was pleasantly surprised! I’d never used it before. Once I logged in and adjusted my notification preferences (to avoid getting emails for every application), the experience was great and I was able to quickly start reviewing applicants.
Pros: Breezy made it easy for our team to work together through pools of candidates to effectively narrow down our applicants. It’s a great combination of simple (intuitive to use) but also robust in offering quite a few options.
Cons: When you save notes on a candidate using the “scorecard” feature, those aren’t visible to rest of the team. It’d be nice to allow those to be public.

As a hiring manager it is easy to learn and use. It helps with keeping our applicants seperate as each role posted has a different "card" or "tab". I also really like being able to see what other positions someone has gone out for in our company, so I can best direct their questions or desired position.
Pros: The ease of switching from texting to emailing a candidate. Being able to see that someone opened or viewed your message even if they dont respond. It is also really easy to track a candidate and move them from phase to phase clearly on the dashboard.
Cons: Not too much I didnt like about Breezy. If I had to pick something, it would just be nice to tie into our onboarding system to prevent needing to duplicate information into a seperate system. I wish it was easier to transfer a candidate to a different role or postion that isnt mine, in the case that someone is a better fit for a role I am not hiring for.

My overall experience with Breezy has been very positive. The platform simplifies the hiring process, keeps everything organized, and makes collaboration easy across the team. It’s intuitive to use and helps save time at every stage of recruitment. There’s still room for improvement in reporting and integrations, but overall it’s a reliable and efficient tool for managing candidates.
Pros: What I like most about Breezy is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. The interface makes it easy to track candidates, manage interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers all in one place. Features like automated email templates, interview scheduling, and pipeline visibility save a lot of time and reduce manual work.
Cons: Occasionally, integrations with other HR tools or calendar systems can be a bit inconsistent. Smoother syncing between Breezy and platforms like Google Workspace or Slack would make the workflow even better.

Pros: Ability to have video interview questions added to the application. Customization of pipeline staging.
Cons: Lack of integrations. Features being removed. Feature requests remain as requests for years. Clunky way of setting up questionnaires and pipelines. Lack of ability to customize job postings using HTML.

Outstanding experience. Nothing but good things to say outside of price.
Pros: Its ease of use and layout. The layout is very easy to use and modern.
Cons: Its more than I wanted to pay. My budget is a bit less than what Breezy charges

Implementation of Breezy software in our organisation has enabled us to manage all candidates and resumes from one place.
Pros: The software has an amazing templated communication features and reliable skills testing systems.
Cons: Pre-boarding features of the software are unlimited effective.
lombardiga B. · Electrical Engineer · Renewables & Environment · December 30, 2024
Breezy has worked for us seamlessly. We have not experienced any form of glitches
Pros: Availability of top quality customer services and reliability of the product compared to others similar softwares.
Cons: User interface of the product is complex due to availability of so many features.
Gedion B. · Customer Manager · Media Production · December 21, 2024
Good ATS, especially for small companies
Pros: Nice functionality, good price, user friendly
Cons: Limited reports and data. Also, in terms of integrations, is not the best
Marius T. · Recruitment Lead · Information Technology and Services · December 6, 2024
The software enables effective workflows customization and has amazing sms capabilities.
Pros: The product user interface is very straightforward and very customizable.
Cons: Thumbnails of the software are not as effective.
Lucia B. · HR Manager · Information Services · December 2, 2024
Poor, my least favourite ATS I've worked with.
Pros: It was easy for an applicant to apply to a role
Cons: Poor UX, not intuitive, lack of reporting or data.
Will T. · Group Director of Recruitment · Information Technology and Services · November 16, 2024
It was a great price leader but once you start using it, it felt very old and not very updated with the tech stack and UI. No new features and things like uploading CSV file felt sluggish.
Pros: It was affordable compare to other ATS on the market. It allows you to post a # of jobs for a very low fee, one of the industry price leaders.
Cons: The UI felt very 2014 and old. Also, I didn't see a lot of new AI features or anything that could put a spark in me to continue to use the product long term.
Bill L. · Principal Recruiter · Staffing and Recruiting · November 11, 2024
Pros: Breezy has been an amazing HR solution for business. It makes most process such as hiring and recruiting easy. Thanks to customization, we get the best from Breezy.
Cons: I find Breezy resourceful and no dislikes.
Paola O. · HR Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · October 8, 2024
I have a love affair with Breezy. It's the best ATS I've ever used. So easy and effortless.
Pros: I like Breezy's ease of use and customer support. Getting a job posted and out to multiple job boards is a....BREEZE!
Cons: Home page doesn't show all of my posted jobs on the Dashboard. I have to go into Positions/Pools to see them all - one more click.
Kym D. · HR Business Partner · Packaging and Containers · August 16, 2024
For the past few months that our team has been using Breezy, we really appreciate the ease of use and how much better it has been compared to the previous ATS' we've come into contact with.
Pros: - great sales and customer support team: [sensitive content hidden] attended to our company's questions. Amongst the ATS our team spoke to - which was about 10 - they have been the most supportive and patient when answering questions (disclaimer: we've yet to be handed off to the account manager so we cannot speak for that aspect yet) The value that Breezy provides in relation to the cost is great compared to many of the other platforms reviewed by our team. - customisability: from scorecards, questionnaires, fields that we want candidates to submit, additional questions we may have, formatting of the JD, reports --> everything is able to tailor to each individual's need - UI/UX: intuitive UI/UX, nice kanban board facing. Great documentation and help resource if you're unsure --> also able to integrate with platforms like Google & Zoom which are useful for customers
Cons: - offer emails sent out can only have 1 attachment per email, and other company members cannot be CC-ed - unable to reject multiple candidates from the same position, but it's something that most other ATS do not have as well

Appreciating the much this software has achieved for me. My job is more enjoyable and effective. There is more time to concentrate on other aspects of life.
Pros: Streamlining hiring and recruitment saves time and resources. I have more time to make informed decisions and do my research. This has eliminated any compromised results in my final decision. Self scheduling interviews is a major step to achieving automation which makes the tool user friendly and quite relatable. It helps me to keep track of new employees through meetings and interviews.
Cons: My true legend. I have no complaints about this tool. I have achieved alot so far.
Kim L. · Senior Recruitment Consultant · Staffing and Recruiting · March 3, 2024
Pros: Breezy's interface is user friendly, easily customizable, and allows for easy reporting on pipeline and recruiting data
Cons: Some of the more advanced reports are more difficult to construct if you don't have a more analytical/technical background
Henrietta D. · Business Analyst · Telecommunications · February 29, 2024
Overall, Using this software enhance performance during app tracking and making video conferencing much easier
Pros: I love this software for the fact that its super easy to use and have friendly features which makes it to use
Cons: I haven’t encountered any drawbacks while using this software due to its level of excellence
Randy M. · Deployment Engineer · Information Technology and Services · January 21, 2024
Pros: Breezy boasts remarkable user-friendliness and customization options. Its intuitive design significantly reduces the time and effort required to familiarize others with its usage.
Cons: The subscription price is relatively high. Monthly fees pose a significant challenge for small startups.
Gerard L. · Manager · Real Estate · January 2, 2024
Overall Breezy is still the best tool I have found to manage our recruiting. I haven't yet used the onboarding and HR management features, since we have other tools for when a candidate is actually hired.
Pros: I love the interface--it was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) in a world of horrible recruiting tools. It's so easy to make a workflow you like, and it especially makes sense for tech teams that are using a kanban style of work already. The configurable boards allow you to move candidates to new stages, either manually or automatically, and this style just "makes sense", both logically and visually. It's super intuitive.
Cons: We didn't find the integration with job boards to be as robust and useful as we had hoped. This was easy enough to do ourselves anyway, but if you have more than a few dozen open roles or need to make updates and changes to each role, this functionality is critical.
Steve M. · VP of Product and Cust. Satis. · Consumer Electronics · December 24, 2023
Pros: The built in company career site page was fantastic. No need to write code. Great solution for those smaller or start up companies.
Cons: I felt this platform was more for smaller to mid size businesses
Jorge B. · HR Manager · Hospital & Health Care · December 10, 2023
Pros: Easy to use and navigate with great user experience. I think this is a great tool for small organisations like startups.
Cons: A lot of the key features and views are missing in the mobile app. You have to revert to the web to do most of the things.
