Before this, I was using emails and notes to track candidates, which was messy. Now everything is in one system, and I don’t lose track anymore. It saves me time and makes things easier.
Pros: I’m new to using ATS tools, and this one was really simple to get used to. Everything is clear and not confusing. I like how I can see all candidates in one place and move them through the stages without any effort.
Cons: After some time, I noticed it doesn’t have many advanced features. Reports are pretty basic, and there aren’t too many options to customize things.

Overall I found 100Hires to be intuitive, easy to navigate and a helpful tool for any recruiter working with multiple jobs. Quick to find what you are looking for.
Pros: 100Hires is a user friendly ATR. When managing multiple jobs and job boards it helps to have a tracking system that is easy to navigate. I found it intuitive and easy to find the information I was looking for.
Cons: In the free version it is hard to see what reporting would look like which is critical for a recruiter. From what I could see, it does not seem like there would be issues with reporting. The information seems to pull through live, which is great.

From the first use, it was like we use it alwayws. Even the juniors in the team, adopted it with the ease.
Pros: This product is easy to implement. The team was trained and supported by the vendor. Whenever needed, the vendor was at our disposal. With regards to the candidates tracking, it is of the tremenedous help. It is so intuitive, and we were able to identify each step of the process. It allows you to create a note about every stage of the process and to add the candidate interview data. It has secured environment and your information is well protected. This product is a great value for money!
Cons: That I did not use it before! I am looking forward to see the further development and potential upgrades.

It was a positive experience and I would recommend the product to founders as a product for hires. if anything it s agood launchpad towards managing the runway expense in the early stages of the business.
Pros: I would say value for money given the tools that you get with the current price tier. Moreover, it gives you more visibily with the onboarding journey than I I thought that it would.
Cons: I thought at times the page loaded slowly, apart from that it was perfect and responded quickly. Once I have bookmarked the pages that I needed in favourites

Pros: Best in terms of UI and Customer and onbarding support by the team and have easy to access and AI tracking is a best one and we can schedule the call directly from the portal and review and give feedback. We can scedule the candidate interviews directly from portal.
Cons: Only challenge is for some niche role to find a candidate but that can also get tackled after sometime I believe as they have a great database.

Excellent! You could truly streamline all phases of the recruitment process, including job offers management, resume selection, interview set up, communication with other members of your team. Very intuitive to use!

It's a smooth, clean, easy and convenient ATS, best for start ups, small teams, fast hiring process.
Pros: One thing I like is the filtering system. Being able to filter candidates by job, stage, tags, or application date.
Cons: The system can feel basic in advanced recruiting use cases. It usually works well as a simple, all-in-one ATS for small teams.

Good fit if you want something simple and reliable without spending too much time setting it up. If you need deep analytics or complex workflows, you might want something more advanced.
Pros: The main thing is how clean everything feels. You log in and immediately know where everything is. Moving candidates through stages is super easy, and I like that all notes and communication are in one place. It just makes hiring less stressful and more organized.
Cons: reporting isn’t very detailed, and you can’t really customize things as much as you might want if your process is more specific.

Pros: The platform helps centralize the recruiting process, approval flow, candidates, AI filtering and review, approvers' evaluation, reporting. It is customizable tool which can be easily integrated with other internal systems in the company. Security and GDPR are also applicable.
Cons: The interface needs a bit more work. Some tabs can be completely removed. Candidate/process tracking can be easily simplified.

Absolute easy experience. Someone who has already worked on an ATS will find it to be cake walk. For a newbee, it won't take more than 30 mins to get hold of the whol software. The dashboard is clear and easy to understand.
Pros: Easy to use. User-friendly. The team has given a lot of thought on the process. Deep down analysis of what the process should really be like. Saves a lot of time and energy.
Cons: UI/ UX could be made a little more attractive with colours. Tasks should be able to assign to others as well.

Pros: Posting jobs, moving candidates through stages, leaving notes – everything feels quick and straightforward. It helped us get more organized and stop losing track of candidates in emails and spreadsheets.
