iCIMS Hire

Pros: I have used iCIMS for nearly 7 years and I find it to be user friendly when it comes to reporting and scheduling reports.

Cons: As an administrator, I think you can accomplish most of your goals in iCIMS however it’s not always easy to modify existing integrations to other HRIS platforms. That does require support from iCIMS and testing on your own.

Pros: iCIMS Hire has been a strong recruitment platform for managing our hiring process end-to-end. It provides good visibility into candidate pipelines, supports collaboration across hiring teams, and helps streamline communication with candidates. Overall, it has improved efficiency and organization in our recruiting efforts, especially the interview process.

Cons: While some workflow steps can feel more detailed than necessary, it continues to be a helpful tool for managing recruitment.

Pros: Me gusta mucho que los flujos de reclutamiento estén automatizados, lo que me ayuda a ahorrar tiempo en tareas repetitivas y reduce errores. También valoro que toda la información de los candidatos esté centralizada, así puedo hacer un seguimiento completo y rápido de cada proceso.

Pros: ICIMS has great ways to filter potential candidates based on screen filters applied. You can also adjust them through the different steps to help filter out the candidates that did not meet the criteria.

Cons: The most challenging feature of iCIMS is sending out the emails to candidates not selected. It doesn’t filter the categories well even if “rejection” is selected. Instead I have to spend more time scrolling the list to find what is needed.

Pros: ICims is extremely user friendly for a new user. I have trained managers on the product and they were able to pick it up very quickly.

Cons: I didn't have any cons with it, I liked that you can move applicants through a cycle, take notes, set reminders and I found it to be one of the best sources I have used.

Pros: It was good for the time that I was at Walden Security. It helped organize the company for hiring and helped the communication experience with regular communication from one source.

Cons: Nothing at the time. Now I would hope they have evolved into a better suited for the Human Resources function.

Pros: I use iCIMS when filling out some job applications online. I find it useful in that regard. It’s a good application

Cons: The iCIMS may have too much steps to fill out when applying for an application online. Too many questions.

Pros: The app is pretty intuitive for most needs. It is easy to clean up candidates and keep up with applications.

Cons: The resume PDF reader is a little quirky. The website is not optimized for cell use; however, I was using a browser on my phone. If there is an app, I have not used it. There isn't a spot for notes between the hiring manager and the recruiter. I wish I could send messages to the recruiter asking for specific questions to be asked in the screening or to clarify anything. We have to email instead.

Pros: ICIMS kept requisitions very organized. We were able to move candidates into different statuses as they progressed through the hiring process which helped keep the HR staff and hiring managers on track.

Cons: At the time, report running was pretty limited as far as "time to fill" reports go. It certainly may have evolved since I have used it.

Pros: It’s definitely not as clunky as our previous tracking system and it’s much more responsive after initial login

Cons: It could just be the version we have, but having a few more options for search for internal candidates (ex. Exclude reqs that have already been applied to)

Pros: Ease of use and comprehensive information and reporting

Cons: Cost was very high compared sot similar products. May be better for a larger company (over 200 employees).

Pros: I like that I can track and profile any new hires that I want to hire I love this app as well. It is very user friendly some of the items are easy and new to navigate. and the features are very nice as well.

Cons: I havent had any bad experiences with so farr. it jsu lags sometimes that is really all.

Pros: GUI and functionality seems good for full time

Cons: not suitable for contract staffing and temp staffing firms

Pros: 1. Job dashboard is well designed 2. Widely functional and you can integrate other tools into it 3. Effective reporting

Cons: 1. Resume search is not great 2. Mobile site is not very user friendly

Pros: iCIMS integrates with many other recruitment tools (at a cost so watch out for that). Additionally, the look of your posting can be quite customized and you can also add images so the flexibility in this area is appreciated.

Cons: When comparing iCIMS to other ATS they seem behind the ball when it comes to industry standard features. If you want anything above the basic set up, there is a cost to implement it and that could easily add up, whereas other ATS have those features built right in. You also don't have much control over the settings, you need to fill out a ticket for every little change which can get tedious and sometimes a nuisance for smaller changes.

Pros: Easy access and user interface. User friendly.

Cons: I don't like that "Old iCIMS" is going away.

Pros: It was easy to be able to create your profile to save your information and show you your application in the review process a lot of times

Cons: Didn’t take advantage of all the perks..

Pros: Liked its searchable options it was easy to use

Cons: I don't think our feature supported video recording for interviews.

Pros: It is my pleasure to talk about this software. It has kept everything on the reach from anywhere, anytime. It's management skills is satisfying and commendable. It is very easy to use and passionately designed to give control and power. Try it.

Cons: Really cool and responsible. iCIMS Talent Cloud is perfect. It delivers excellently well. Very flexible and versatile. Am glad.

Pros: The vast database of candidates for hire!

Cons: Alot of data usage mobile wise if using your phone!

Pros: Search features, email and text message integration, pipeline movement management (moving candidates from applicant through offer/reject)

Cons: Limited attachments for candidate application/profile (couldn't add more than 3 documents); on the candidate status part, there's no confirmation, so once you click on a status (like phone screen or interview), it automatically changes. Clunky interface

Additionally, the reporting and analytics features could have been more advanced, providing deeper insights into recruitment metrics and trends.
