iCIMS Hire could do everything that our team thought of to simplify the process of finding candidates and hiring a large number of employees in a short period for a BPO customer service call center. We found the CRM piece robust and were able to set up our system and dashboards for ultimate efficiency, but there was a definite learning curve, and your team will need to go the extra mile with setup to utilize it to its full potential.
Pros: In all my experience with different Applicant Tracking software I found iCIMS to be the most customizable. There were many areas where customizable fields could be added to track anything needed.
Cons: While iCIMS was a very powerful tool, it was not super user-friendly. As a manager in Talent Acquisition, our team learned all the ins and outs of the system and had it set up to be as close to effortless as we could imagine, but our HR Dept found the UKG piece to be cumbersome and never really learned to utilize it efficiently. It was their lack of proficiency with the UKG tie-in that ultimately drove us to choose a different software for our company.

Its a great tool for recruitment process and documentation of employees records... and great in providing security to employee documents

Very good. I can always find the candidates I want and the navigation is user friendly. Integrations can be setup to other vendors and you can proxy in as users.
Pros: I have used iCIMS for nearly 7 years and I find it to be user friendly when it comes to reporting and scheduling reports.
Cons: As an administrator, I think you can accomplish most of your goals in iCIMS however it’s not always easy to modify existing integrations to other HRIS platforms. That does require support from iCIMS and testing on your own.

It was an overall positive experience. iCIMS Hire enabled a more structured and efficient recruiting process, with strong pipeline visibility and collaboration capabilities.
Pros: iCIMS Hire has been a strong recruitment platform for managing our hiring process end-to-end. It provides good visibility into candidate pipelines, supports collaboration across hiring teams, and helps streamline communication with candidates. Mi experiencia con iCIMS Hire ha sido muy positiva en general. La plataforma me ha permitido organizar y automatizar gran parte del proceso de reclutamiento, lo que me ahorra tiempo y me ayuda a mantener un seguimiento claro de cada candidato. Valoro mucho que toda la información esté centralizada y que los dashboards y reportes me permitan tomar decisiones basadas en datos reales.
Pros: Me gusta mucho que los flujos de reclutamiento estén automatizados, lo que me ayuda a ahorrar tiempo en tareas repetitivas y reduce errores. También valoro que toda la información de los candidatos esté centralizada, así puedo hacer un seguimiento completo y rápido de cada proceso.
Cons: Algunas funciones avanzadas o módulos adicionales requieren licencias separadas, lo que puede incrementar el costo total si se quieren usar todas las capacidades de la plataforma.

Overall iCIMS makes a lot of my job easier on a daily basis. I have been using this product for over a year on a daily basis and I love the ease of the interface overall.
Pros: ICIMS has great ways to filter potential candidates based on screen filters applied. You can also adjust them through the different steps to help filter out the candidates that did not meet the criteria.
Cons: The most challenging feature of iCIMS is sending out the emails to candidates not selected. It doesn’t filter the categories well even if “rejection” is selected. Instead I have to spend more time scrolling the list to find what is needed.

I would recommend ICIMS to other businesses and individuals. I think the pricepoint matches the services and I would rate it a 10.
Pros: ICims is extremely user friendly for a new user. I have trained managers on the product and they were able to pick it up very quickly.
Cons: I didn't have any cons with it, I liked that you can move applicants through a cycle, take notes, set reminders and I found it to be one of the best sources I have used.

It was perfect for my situation and it integrated with my HCM system so that allowed us to lower cost by a person not having to do it and lowered the human error
Pros: It was good for the time that I was at Walden Security. It helped organize the company for hiring and helped the communication experience with regular communication from one source.
Cons: Nothing at the time. Now I would hope they have evolved into a better suited for the Human Resources function.

Overall, it fits our needs and is helping us keep track of the open positions and candidates. It is robust enough for our needs and I don't think it would be worth switching to another platform with any of the minimal complaints we have.
Pros: The app is pretty intuitive for most needs. It is easy to clean up candidates and keep up with applications.
Cons: The resume PDF reader is a little quirky. The website is not optimized for cell use; however, I was using a browser on my phone. If there is an app, I have not used it. There isn't a spot for notes between the hiring manager and the recruiter. I wish I could send messages to the recruiter asking for specific questions to be asked in the screening or to clarify anything. We have to email instead.

Pros: ICIMS kept requisitions very organized. We were able to move candidates into different statuses as they progressed through the hiring process which helped keep the HR staff and hiring managers on track.
Cons: At the time, report running was pretty limited as far as "time to fill" reports go. It certainly may have evolved since I have used it.

I definitely love how fast searches are and the interface is less convoluted than our previous software.
Pros: It’s definitely not as clunky as our previous tracking system and it’s much more responsive after initial login
Cons: It could just be the version we have, but having a few more options for search for internal candidates (ex. Exclude reqs that have already been applied to)

So far I have the greatest experience using the Talent cloud. I have helped look for new potential hires. I think this is the best to use for future hires as well
Pros: I like that I can track and profile any new hires that I want to hire I love this app as well. It is very user friendly some of the items are easy and new to navigate. and the features are very nice as well.
Cons: I havent had any bad experiences with so farr. it jsu lags sometimes that is really all.

My team and I used iCIMS for 8+ years and ended up switching to another ATS that suited our needs better and was feature rich (without an extra cost). I think iCIMS is an average ATS but if you are looking for a feature rich ATS with automation and easier integrations, look elsewhere.
Pros: iCIMS integrates with many other recruitment tools (at a cost so watch out for that). Additionally, the look of your posting can be quite customized and you can also add images so the flexibility in this area is appreciated.
Cons: When comparing iCIMS to other ATS they seem behind the ball when it comes to industry standard features. If you want anything above the basic set up, there is a cost to implement it and that could easily add up, whereas other ATS have those features built right in. You also don't have much control over the settings, you need to fill out a ticket for every little change which can get tedious and sometimes a nuisance for smaller changes.

Cons: Limited attachments for candidate application/profile (couldn't add more than 3 documents); on the candidate status part, there's no confirmation, so once you click on a status (like phone screen or interview), it automatically changes. Clunky interface
