My overall experience is fine. Jazz does what I need it for. I wish it spoke to the platform we're using as for employee profiles, pay, etc.
Pros: I like how Jazz is easy to use, navigate, etc. It has all the functions I need as a human resources recruiter.
Cons: What I like least about Jazz is the reporting function. The report function is not as easy to use, find, etc.

It was a good experience, it was user friendly and easy to use and adapt to, easy to use as an admin as well and add templates.
Pros: I like that you can add as many templates as you want so the candidate emails are quicker to send for recruiting. I love that we can have different teams taking care of different jobs, so as a recruiter you only see the jobs you’re handling.
Cons: I likes the reporting feature the least. I felt like there was always something missing, especially when I needed the report a certain way.

For a modern SaaS platform, this is not a customer-friendly experience. A simple in-app “cancel at end of current term” button, with clear messaging about data retention, would be far more transparent and respectful of customers’ time.
Pros: Decent product, but the cancellation process is exhausting and dated. There is also redundancy of services and many international applicants one must weed through.

With the exception of not having the ability to put a job on hold and still view the candidates internally without looking each candidate up individually, the program is easy to follow and keeps everyone on track.
Pros: I appreciate the candidate tracking, user interface and the ability to collaborate with both our HR Team along with the hiring managers. Everyone can see where a candidate is in the process.
Cons: The only thing I have run across is that it does not have the ability to put a job on hold and still view the candidates internally without looking each candidate up individually.

Overall, I had a great experience. When I tried to cancel, they said I didn't give enough notice (which I did).
Pros: Great results with minimal effort. Very user-friendly, which made using it even better. Just sit down and type.
Cons: Lots of down maintenance days and lots of price increases and extra fees. In talking with JazzHR customer service reps, they don't listen to what I have to say.

Horrible, made multiple attempts to sort out my issues of overbilling to JazzHR and I have received no communication from their end for weeks. I am about to be billed once again for their services even though I have no access to anything on my account.
Pros: Not impressed with their service. They were easy to work with when I made a company account, impossible to deal with when I want to cancel my subscription or to deal with issues with billing.
Cons: You need to alert staff 30 days prior to cancellation of your plan. I cancelled my billing cycle, however I'm still being billed. I don't have access to any of their services and I'm still being charged. They have yet to deal with this and it's been nearly 3 weeks. My emails have been screened and my customer service rep who originally assisted me with my account has since gone MIA when I filed a complaint.

Jass HR isn’t flashy, but that’s what I liked about it. It quietly handled the everyday stuff without making me click a million times or lose my mind over tiny details. Simple, reliable, and it made my life easier. Can’t ask for much more.
Pros: Honestly, Jass HR surprised me—in a good way. It’s super simple to use, and I never felt lost while navigating it. Whether I was applying for leave or updating employee info, it didn’t feel like a task. Everything was where I expected it to be, and it just worked. No overthinking needed.
Cons: There were moments when it slowed down a bit, usually when a lot was happening at once. Also, I did find the payroll side of things a little clunky. It works, but it could be smoother.

Have used in recruiting new talent and managing the pool of applicants. Have used with multiple users.
Pros: Pretty inexpensive compared to others available currently. Not bad for a basic system but not robust.
Cons: Takes a bit to learn the system, not readily intuitive. Seems to be a number of steps to take to use the system.

I spent 5 years using their service. The service didn't improve, and the pricing more than doubled. And then they hit you in the face with extra fees to cancel and fees to keep your data. It's impossible to cancel online without going through someone.
Pros: When I started in 2020, it was a great price. It was relatively easy to use and we were able to consolidate our applications in one place.
Cons: Over time, the product got worse and the price went up. And no additional features were added. I think the PE company that bought them is essentially milking it.

Pros: Intuitive, ease of use, online tutorials and their very responsive user support.
Cons: I would appreciate a way to download contact info./resumes after a position closes. Without having to pay the monthly “archive/retention” fee

Horrible. No more account managers for your account. Took over one month to get a response about our hacking. Would recommend looking elsewhere for ATS needs
Pros: Userfriendly when posting positions. Best just for keeping resumes in a database, that is it.
Cons: We got hacked and got charged $5,000 in fake job posting. JazzHR said it was our fault their security wasn't strong enough for the hacking. Another HUGE red flag is that when you close a job on Jazz, it will not close the position on other websites it sends it to so we continue to get random calls for positions that were closed a long time ago.

JazzHR has been a great tool for recruiting and hiring. I have been able to find candidates through job boards that integrate with the system and have been able to track all of the necessary information one place all the way through the hiring process.
Pros: JazzHR puts all of our recruiting and hiring information in one place. The dashboard is user-friendly and easy for a novice to navigate.
Cons: The only issues that I have had have been with 3rd party integrations. I had trouble getting the LinkedIn platform to integrate.

Each company that I've used JAZZHR with was great and they were very open to suggestions. They took user experience seriously and would add new items to our wishlist. Several months later, a new feature was rolled out to enhanse the experience. Very intuitive and the team is responsive.
Pros: JAZZ is so well planned that it's almost seamless
Cons: That's a tough one, I've used JAZZ HR at three different companies and each time it was great.

Overall, JazzHR has been a nice program for us. It makes it easy for multiple people to monitor and play a part in the hiring process.
Pros: User friendly and efficient. The software is easy to learn.
Cons: There are not a lot of options to integrate with other software.

Pros: It is simple, It works great for those with small businesses or small Recruitment teams. If you need a quick way to manage all your resumes, this would be it.
Cons: The prices compared to other platforms is a little steep.

The ATS is great to start with for any start up company. It did the job for a period of time, however as we started to scale up, we were looking for smth more robust.
Pros: There was a high level of customization in place, which was great.
Cons: There was no possibility to advertise in multiple locations. It was creating a lot of admin work for my team.

JazzHR was the first ATS system I used. It's simple yet so effective. Great layout, great at tracking communications. Overall a pleasure to use.
Pros: I love JazzHR!! It's so easy to use, posting a role is so quick, I love that your remail communications are tracked.
Cons: Nothing! I think JazzHR is awesome! It's very user friendly.

I have been beyond overwhelmed! I am trying to hire for my business and pay a price then get blocked on all the boards and they refuse to help, refuse to give me my money back and even though I am on month to month contract they took my money AGAIN! So I am supposed to pay for NO HIRES?
Pros: The initial customer service was good but after that it was all bad.
Cons: They gave me one price then they blocked my jobs and I didn't get anymore candidates. I reached out for help and was told to watch videos. I told them I was done with their service and I wanted a refund. They refused to do it then they took my money AGAIN!!

It's been a great experience. The tool has free'd up a lot of time in our team we were not utilizing. It is definitely a tool worth investigating if you are on the market for something new and modern!
Pros: Their pricing is transparent and every plan (including the basic hero plan) has unlimited users. They also have one click posting to dozens of different free and paid job boards. They also have plenty of integrations with different tools like Monster and Zenefits that automate workflows and reduce the amount of heavy lifting required
Cons: The learning curve can be steep at first considering the amount of features, but with tutorials and time it gets easier.
