Pros: Go hire is extremely easy to use. makes organising all my jobs and candidates so easily.

Cons: The website is often slow to load, causing delays in accessing content. At times, it becomes unresponsive, resulting in crashes that disrupt the user experience. This issue can lead to frustration, especially when trying to navigate between pages.

Pros: Ease of use, price is extremely competitive and the ats is simple and customisable.

Cons: Would be great if total jobs was on the list.

Pros: It is easy to use and stay on top of new candidates.

Cons: The cost of the feature could be lowered.

Pros: Ease of use, flexibility. Quick to integrate with external platforms Help support is very responsive

Cons: Coding (for reports) is not as flexible as it could be. No integration with external recruiters (agencies)

Pros: The ability to reach multiple job boards and a nice UI.

Cons: I wish you could see at a quick glance certain criteria on the candidate lists, like if they were referred by someone for example

Pros: It’s easy to use, easy to setup, and quite simple understand.

Cons: Because it’s so simple, there are some advanced features I wish it had that aren’t simply there… Also, support is only in EMEA (not NAM or LATAM) so time overlap is limited.

Pros: Easy to Create new listings and connect with Candidates. The website design is great to use and functions great!

Cons: The only con is Occasionally I have been experiencing slight glitches with the system not updating fast enough.

Pros: Ease of candidate tracking and maintaining the different stages of application.

Cons: So far so good, so I would recommend to keep adding other features.

Pros: The ease of job postings and candidate management takes a huge load off our already full plates. It is great that we can automate workflows and the automation is a highly useful and effective feature.

Cons: We can't add application forms into our adverts but this isn't a fault of GoHire but is restricted by job boards.

Pros: I liked the fact that it was so easy to manage and start. You can also add your talent pool and populate all your recruitment on GoHire rather than using spreadsheets and manually doing it all yourself.I also like the email management system whereby you can literally use the entire platform for recruitment - whether that's adding the job adverts, contacting potential candidates or screening CV's.

Cons: I had a few issues with populating job ads at Indeed, but the customer service team were great and helped me resolve that problem.I would like the option to have more of an onboarding programme set up there for after a candidate is hired.

Pros: Tengo muy pocos comentarios positivos. En todo caso, la visual del ATS es intuitiva y amigable.

Cons: El sistema es lento y presenta muchos "bugs". La funcion de correo electrónico afectó de manera negativa la percepción de la empresa ante nuestros aplicantes, sin mencionar que es bastante ineficiente para el envío de mensajes y seguimiento de comunicaciones. El buscador interno pocas veces sirve.

Pros: It’s easy to use and the value for what you receive is great. When I have a question, the chat box is easy and the response time is super quick

Cons: Would like an auto reject for non-negotiable requirements, such as residency requirement. It may have that capability, but haven’t figured that out.

Pros: We have used this product for many years and it is simple to use and administer to this on the hiring field.

Cons: As with any program there are a few things we would tweak or change but overall this program works well for what we need.
