Pros: The workstation feature is my favorite part. We’ve got tablets set up across the shop, and now everyone knows exactly what job they’re working on, what’s next, and where each part is in the process.

Cons: I can't say I have any cons for now, at least with what I am working as in for now. Workstation stuff is great, saves so much time.

Pros: Easy job tracking, helpful customer support & clean and simple interface, costing tool is also great.

Cons: The costing tool took a bit to set up, that's my only con i would point out but now quoting is fast and reliable.

Pros: Allows your suppliers to sign up and submit bids though the app eliminating endless paperwork.

Cons: I would like this product to work faster

Pros: Everything that this ERP software offers is a game-changers for whatever industry you are in. I like that you can pick and choose the modules you would need for your ERP. Basically you pay for exactly what you need. Nothing more, unlike other software that offers you the full package with no pricing differences.

Cons: Even though this software is flawless, some modules have room for minimal improvements.

Pros: The variety and the modularity of the features. You can basically customize the way you want the app to work for your company's needs

Cons: There are small slownesses or downtimes when the app looks like it's updating or something like this. Being a web application, it's understandable.

Pros: ShopXpert.com is a platform I use to better understand how I can optimize processes in a company.

Cons: What I find very useful is the Manufacturing ERP integration, which helps to organize and streamline production

Pros: Being able to track everything at a glance. Makes everything so much easier from start to finish.

Cons: I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like. It’s very practical and easy to use.

Pros: Our team was quickly accustomed to using the software capabilities, due to the software's user-friendly design.

Cons: New users can experience a steep learning curve when first using the software, but it is easy to contact customer service and ask for guidance.

Pros: Easy to shop. Overal great experience. Was able to get all my supplying done in one place. Managing it for me was the cherry on top.

Cons: Overall I had a great experience don’t have any cons to say.

Cons: Just the initial learning process. However after about a week of using the software I got totally used to it.

Pros: What I like most about ShopXpert is how user-friendly it is, making it easy to navigate with minimal training required.

Cons: What I like least about ShopXpert is that sometimes it takes a while for the page you're trying to access to load.

Pros: It is user friendly with personalized features and easy navigation.

Cons: Nothing negative to say. The platform meets all the requirements to run smoothly.

Pros: All information is easy to access. The "Logs" tab. This feature helps with traceability/visibility by showing which rep made the change, date and time it was changed, and the differences in detail. The "Documents" tab is another feature that I like. Documents are categorized in their designated job. This makes it easy to organize and pull any documents we may need.

Cons: There's no sound/banner notifications when receiving a message or a new task. When I am using the task feature it makes it difficult to know when someone has posted a new task. I need to check back every hour to make sure I didn't miss a new job or message.

Pros: What I like most about ShopXpert is the filters for searches because it is helpful to narrow down information.

Cons: What I like least about ShopXpert is the random freezes when navigating through modules.

Pros: The software boasts a clean, intuitive interface that makes navigation easy, even for those who may not be tech-savvy

Cons: It should be added more types of Reports

Pros: ShopXpert offers a user-friendly shopping experience with an intuitive interface that makes product browsing and purchasing seamless. Its advanced search and filtering options make it easy to find items quickly.

Cons: One downside of ShopXpert is its occasional slow loading times.

Pros: We really enjoy how easy ShopXpert is to navigate. It doesn't take long to learn how to use the site; it's simple, organized, and easy to keep track of things.

Cons: When I first started using ShopXpert, I did not realize that I could flip through different parts on a PO. I think this function should be a little bolder, or maybe highlighted somehow so it's clear.

Pros: Interface is simple and functional. Hard to beat that.

Cons: Sometimes I would not get email notifications for messages, but it could be a mistake on my end.

Pros: very easy to use and the way to control the job

Cons: easy to keep track job go in and go out.
