Pros: Easy-to-use interface, helpful tool for managing projects

Cons: There was a learning curve and not everything was straightforward. It was hard to add some team members and get them to pop up in pulldown menus

Pros: Being able to seperate all the different tasks and crews to really show exactly what work is in front of us

Cons: Some things don't transfer from the job view to the resource view and that can get confusing

Pros: I like the ability to see at a glance my resource scheduling and what is in the pipeline in a simple and easy to use interface.

Cons: Reordering resources is annoying but there is probably an easier way.

Pros: easy to see where vehicles are going. Like the color coding system

Cons: A little difficult to navigate IE: how to enter new vehicles etc.

Pros: You get a good overview over the projects. It is easy to create users, resources and tasks.

Cons: It is difficult to find the solution of a problem.

Pros: Ganttic is a sophisticated tool which allows me to automate the entire process of PPM.

Cons: I face zero issues even though I upgraded to premium version this year.

Pros: Sencillo y exactamente lo que buscaba. Una herramienta de planificación para asignar personas a proyectos. la parte de crear views está muy bien. Tienen un API que permite hacer cálculos de manera sencilla. Su customer service es excelente. Han implementado algunas features que yo había pedido.

Cons: La UX podría ser un poco mejor y las cosas se podrían conseguir con menos clics. algun report no funciona como debería.

Pros: Visibility. I like how easy it is to see at a glance what's up and coming.

Cons: The timespan of my default view is the current week to the end of the following month. I don't like that on the first day of each mew month I am unable to feel the following month's data until Midday.

Pros: Ganttic proved to be the best tool for our needs, it's very user friendly and didn't require much training. Support was great to help with the first steps and setup.

Cons: The inability to limit users view to specific projects only.

Pros: It works different than other Gantt Chart Solutions as it focuses on Resources instead of tasks. This helps the scheduling process much easier and helps a lot in keeping an eye on upcoming projects. The reporting tool works great to manipulate the information you need.

Cons: The API still needs a lot of work. The notification system also needs attention since you have to set them up for every project instead of having some sort of general rules applied to all systems. Integrations with other software such as Slack or Teams would also be nice.

Pros: Ganttic has saved me the problem of double bookings especially on projects. Generally, I got a insight towards prioritizing workflow. The tool is easy to use and implement. I have eventually realized what I have been missing when it comes to resources management.

Cons: None. Ganttic has proven to be the best option. No complaints so far.

Pros: If you are searching for easy&fancy tool for resource/project schedule, then Ganttic is the best. We are using this tool 4+ years and developers added so many features. Support is very fast and they always know answer.

Cons: In past it was some gaps in users settings, but Ganttic add possibility to admin part and it works !!! For now i dont know about any cons.

Pros: It's easy to create and modify tasks with a duration and assign it to a team member and a project. The resource utilization markes by color are very helpful in identifying time slots where a team member is over-scheduled.

Cons: It has no integration with Jira or Outlook, which would be really useful, as we are currently planning tasks in multiple places. I know that it offers a generic interface for establishing such an integration, but we haven't had the time to write it ourselves.

Pros: It is easy to use and with the different colors you get a overall good view and structure.

Cons: There is not something that is bad or I can't think of things that could be better.

Pros: Management of a lot of short-term tasks across a large team. Easy to view gantt chart, with easy accss to critical project information.

Cons: It is currently separate from our other systems, so in some ways is a duplication of work to keep up with key information in Ganttic as well.

Pros: Shared planning online with realtime modification

Cons: Mobile access isn't allowerd by my company (app is bloked)

Pros: See all people in the organisation and find the best spot for their tasks

Cons: ease of use is a bit low for beginners. Need a routine or some time to understand things

Pros: I love Ganttic, I have been using it for several years now, I have weekly meetings with the project managers in my company and am able to plan in work as we speak. I have told other about this system and have urged them to try it.

Cons: The lack of search tooling, I like to find completed jobs quick.

Pros: Ganttic is easy to use, even for non-technical users. The interface is intuitive and offers a wide range of functionality.

Cons: Ganttic is a versatile and easy-to-use project planning software. I have not encountered any problems or negative aspects that would adversely affect my user experience.
