Powtoon

Pros: Powtoon is a great for creating educational video explainers that can be used across diverse learners. I love the templates, and easy to use functionality, and now with all the AI tools coming on board it is helping decrease time in development and improve the quality of my videos.

Cons: There is nothing that I don't like. Powtoon has all the features I was looking for. The only thing I would offer in terms of feedback, is keep improving your offer and adding to your templates. Using great templates helps users to learn and have the confidence to create their own. It also inly has basic audio editing and I would loveto see a separate audio editor dashboard.

Pros: GReat value for money very nice project creativity I already fell in love with all its serveices and benifits.

Cons: I did not appreciate how little credits they give for free i know they have to make money but still not fun.

Pros: It is very easy to use and have great features. It is FUN to create videos to share with our membership. It is a great value for your investment, and I love the fact that I can import snippets from other videos into it.

Cons: That I don't have enough time to spend on it to learn all the features. I am sure that I could use it more with additional training.

Pros: Ease of use for someone who is not accustomed to working with online systems for creating videos that make impact!

Cons: Finding a template that is appropriate? There are many templates but they all appear to specific and not generic enough.

Pros: The great software is amazing and all of my students would recommend it. They have created many great ai video clips which have the expanded them to making their own movies, The value for money was also just amazing it is priced just right i love the way the subscriptions are lay out it makes complete sense!!!!

Cons: The credits system was not as good as I thought it was going to be other wise powtoon would have been the best ai creator system i have very used and I would also like the videos to be able to be created a bit longer than 12 secs.

Pros: Ease of Use. You don't have to have experience. Anyone can get started making videos with just basic computer skills.

Cons: Enter/Exit effects are not up to speed. There's not enough flexibility with animations. And that's fine! Powtoon isn't about sophistication. It does what it's intended to do.

Pros: From what I’ve seen, the platform looks incredibly fun and creative. The animation styles and templates seem perfect for making engaging videos without needing to be a pro animator. It definitely has a "cool factor" that makes me want to dive in.

Cons: The biggest hurdle has been technical. I’ve had a lot of trouble getting the editor to actually load on my end, which has been frustrating since I’m eager to start creating. It seems a bit heavy on system resources or sensitive to connection speeds.

Pros: I liked the variety of pre-programmed character animations. I liked that I could bring in my own photos, graphics, and jpg

Cons: It took several days and a lot of trial and error to learn to manipulate the timeline. No branching scenario capability

Pros: Powtoon is a very intuitive and versatile tool for creating professional and engaging videos. It offers a wide variety of templates, characters, and visual elements that make content creation efficient, even for users without advanced design skills. The platform is especially useful for corporate training and internal communications, as it allows you to produce clear and visually appealing materials in a relatively short time. Additionally, the user interface is easy to navigate, and the overall experience is smooth.

Cons: The main area for improvement is the video editing experience, specifically the timeline and layer management. It would be very helpful to have a more advanced view of video layers (audio, music, and visual elements), similar to other video editing tools where you can manage multiple tracks or layers more precisely. This would significantly improve control and efficiency when working on more complex projects.

Pros: easy to remember where things are and the video making and the ai I like too

Cons: couldn't upload Canva slide and turn it into a video and the music options were not good at all maybe you guys should use youtube music as your music provider

Pros: Ease of use. Wasn’t hard to figure out with the tutorials. I’ve never created animation before and it made me the expert in the room at my organization.

Cons: The PPTX function. My slide format didn’t convert well. I use PowerPoint often so I need and I would like to add animation clips.

Pros: Tutorials are available for me to learn about the different features. The AI feature is very useful to create videos fast. The videos are also professional looking.

Cons: Not very easy platform to use if you are new to video editing. Some time required if you are starting from scratch. A bit pricey as well for paid version.

Pros: The videos that I make have great quality and have great avatars for me to use, and I use PowToon most of the time for school project creations, which helps me get great grades in my classes, so thank you, PowToon.

Cons: Powtoon can make my computer lag or heat up a lot of the time. When I try to download some of the videos, it can take a long time for me.

Pros: The free features are a nice bonus for those of us using the lite version. With all of the templates and options I see on Powtoon, I can tell project creation is unlimited!

Cons: i don't understand the AI credits... what features use credits, and how many credits does each feature use take?

Pros: I like that it is easy to use with professional quality videos. It also has loads of templates which can be quite useful.

Cons: I didn't really appreciate how you have to pay for almost everything from ai voice overs to the good templates.

Custo Elevado: Para acessar recursos avançados e remover marcas d'água, é necessário assinar um plano premium, que pode ser caro para usuários individuais, freelancers ou estudantes. Curva de Aprendizado: Apesar de ser uma ferramenta "arrastar e soltar", alguns usuários consideram a interface complexa devido à grande quantidade de recursos disponíveis, o que pode tornar a criação inicial demorada.

Pros: What I like about Powtoon is its accessibility. The interface is intuitive, with a clear drag and drop timeline that makes managing assets, timing, and transitions straightforward, even for those with little design experience. There are also tons of templates available.

Cons: Professional features like high quality MP4 downloads or removing branding are gated behind the higher tier plans. The paid subscriptions can become expensive for individual users or small budgets.

Pros: I like all the new features. It is still the easiest video editor I have found! Their customer support is at the gold level, and it is a fabulous value for the money!

Cons: I wish we could upload a pdf and have it make a video! The adkar lab throws in too much AI. It is all editable so it isn't hat big of a deal!

Pros: Some good templates. Reasonably intuitive to use. Was able to adapt the powerpoint templates easily and convert into videos easily. Best working feature of Powtoon.

Cons: The AI generated videos were poor and inconsistent from slide to slide. Didn't move logically and consistently from slide to slide based on the narrative given eg started in a car in daytime in urban surroundings but next slide would be a different car at night in the countryside! AI needs improving.
