Pros: Good rates, customer service is great if you connect with the right person I'd say. Initially faced a few hiccups but as soon as Sruthi took over my case it was handled all smoothly. Couriers were over charging me for no reason and she helped me get the cases escalated and they finally refunded the fee.
Cons: Possibly faster resolutions would be better. I understand they don't operate couriers themselves but still would just be easier if faster.

Pros: The support at easy ship is outstanding!! [sensitive content hidden] walked us through everything step by step and was very thorough and communicative during the entire process.
Cons: Process implementation. But still was not bad at all. It took a few days to go through the whole process, but in the end it was all worth it.

Overall my experience has been great. I love that they have set up a customer services specialist to help me out with my random questions and support me.
Pros: Easy to use, I like the verity of carriers they use. Good automation connecting to my small business website as well.
Cons: Doesn't automatically have you print out commercial invoices or give instructions on international shipments. Also, I wish they allowed services other than credit cards like Paypal or other payment forms.

Pros: Easy to buy shipping label and competitive prices. Easy to connect different platforms on one account. They also helped me and followed up when I had problems with USPS
Cons: No many options for Europe. It would be interesting to add a cheap option for long distance shipping to Europe or Australia even if longer shipping time

Customer service person, [sensitive content hidden], was terrific. He stayed through many emails, replying and trying to help from his end. He went above and beyond the normal customer service and I can't express my appreciation enough. The insurance claim, in my situation, was difficult to navigate.
Pros: I thought the initial process was relatively easy, however, as I tracked the package, and was given promising dates, the package never arrived. Claiming insurance has been very difficult, and I am still hoping to receive the funds owed me.
Cons: filing a claim when my package was disappointedly not delivered has been a nightmare, I have had to reach out several times for help. Thankfully [sensitive content hidden] was more than helpful through the ongoing process. I am hopeful that I will be reimbursed for the package that was never delivered. (I would have been much happier had it reached the person intended)

Overall, our experience has been very positive. Easyship provides strong operational support across onboarding, customer service, and warehousing. While the contract structure could be more flexible for small businesses, the service quality itself has been reliable and supportive.
Pros: The onboarding experience has been very smooth, and the customer support team has been excellent — always responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. The warehouse team has also been able to accommodate our relatively complex packing and fulfillment needs, which we really appreciate.
Cons: The longer contract commitment feels a bit rigid for a small business. More flexible or shorter-term options would make it much easier for smaller brands in early growth stages.

Cons: Tracking status is no longer on the dashboard, we now have to click several links to verify delivery status. For my first international shipment I was not aware of, or alerted to, the need for customs documentation. It would be helpful to have a pop up or something alert or remind people of the need for such documents.

I had been using this platform for a number of years, trusted it and it was my "go to" platform for deliveries/shipments which are mostly domestic (Singapore). But now I have closed my account.
Pros: 1)Customer Support Team : efficient, patient, understanding, responds promptly with required assistance rendered. Especially excellent support from Sunanda and even Abhijith. 2) Easy navigation and booking of shipments. 3) Good selection of couriers.
Cons: I feel it was not secured enough that attempted fraud deliveries/shipments were generated without my knowledge when I did not sign in. As I'm the only one using the account, I'm quite appalled that someone else can book and generate labels using their fake names as Senders, and were not stopped in time, rather not monitored or flagged even though the phone numbers for the shipments were just "xxxxxx" or "oooo". I had been using only my name as Sender to book and generate labels all these years. So there is this loophole that fraud cases can easily happen.

Excellent customer service that is well above average, and easy interface and a stable of lower cost prices for couriers compared to other 3rd party platforms..
Pros: EasyShip's custmer service is top notch. Their customer service far surpasses countless platforms across many different spectrums. And their interface is very easy to learn. I was fortunate to have [sensitive content hidden] for support and [sensitive content hidden] is top shelf. Really helps and is extremely knowledgeable. I've had nothing but positive experiences with other reps I've worked with as well.
Cons: I wish they had my HTS code because I have to use a specific HTS code. They're HTS code doesn't pull up enough.

Overall we a had a great experience with Easyship. The team were super helpful and responsive and took the stress away from our fulfilment task.
Pros: The ease of use and the expertise that they provided on a short timescale. They made it easy for us to complete a complex shipping task as a start up.
Cons: There was nothing I disliked in particular about the service we were offered. There were some issues we experienced with delivery but these were down to the couriers.

Pros: The customer service team at Easyship is highly responsive and quick to resolve issues. They keep me well-informed of my problem's status. All my inquiries to date have been successfully resolved, and the staff is friendly and cooperative.
Cons: So far, I have no complaints about Easyship customer service. Their website structure is simple and easy to use. They also provide a guided tour to show you how to use it whenever they update the website.

For now I am using the test period so until now it looks promising, but we still have bugs. Still a few glitches on the french version to be corrected
Pros: Simplicity of use and aggregated shipment of my company. The fact that I can have more than one carrier and choose from them.

Cons: I didn't have any bad experience except that i didn't know or forgot I had to print and send the commercial invoice along with the parcel when sending from France to the UK with Chronopost. The parcel was returned to me. as with UPS it wasn't

It is good, I noticed that Easyship tried to improve the overall appearance of the client's dashboard, the features, and the shipping options offered at checkout.
Pros: In most cases, it offers good price options compared to Shopify, Walmart, and occasionally Amazon. Label printing is easy, as is the payment for the labels. Customer support is relatively prompt; unfortunately, the time zone difference sometimes presents an issue. In my case, thanks to [sensitive content hidden] , who handled one of the (many) cases when the carrier (FedEx) charged additional amounts for imaginary/untrue product weight and dimensions.
Cons: It has little negotiation power with carriers like FedEx, which, in several cases, "invented" product weights and dimensions and charged significant amounts retroactively. Unlike Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay, which have never faced the negative issues artificially created by FedEx, it seems that Easyship can't do much to prove the client is right.

Pros: Really helpful support team! From the moment I expressed an interest, I could talk to. a person who answered my questions and help with the set-up process.When I had a query regarding a shipment, [sensitive content hidden] helped me quickly and sorted out the problem, reverting to me when it was all done. I have not experienced such great customer care in a long time!
Cons: I guess that the part I like least is that my PRO trial expires in a few days and then I have t pay the subscription, but it will be worth it

Easy and secure to ship a parcel internationally at reasonable price. i had the option to choose from many carriers, based on their star rating, tracking ability, and price.

My overall experience with Easyship was very positive, largely due to their outstanding technical support. The support team was both patient and knowledgeable, consistently ensuring that any issues I encountered were fully resolved.
Pros: I especially appreciated Easyship’s strong integration capabilities, with comprehensive APIs available even to Free membership users—an essential feature for developers. Additionally, their system design is intuitive and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and implement solutions efficiently.
Cons: However, one aspect I liked least about Easyship was the lack of a fully functioning Sandbox environment. Although it appears that the feature has been considered, it is not yet operational. I would appreciate having a Sandbox integration similar to Stripe, where you can easily switch between Live and Sandbox modes with a simple toggle.
