I can't say enough good about using ReservationKey. The customer service is responsive and its easy to communicate with their team.
Pros: I've been using this product since 2019. It is a great value and gives me ample reporting features for various levels of staffing that need it. And any minor problems I've had or when I needed to train someone new on the programming, the ReservationKey team has been very good!
Cons: I really have no "cons" to report with this company. I think the service is excellent. And I have had no trouble using it.

We use this software for golf cart rentals. We enjoy that we can access Reservation Key from our phone and be able to place a reservation anywhere.
Pros: Simple to use. Simple 5 minute training for new staff to be familiar with use and able to make adjustments to a reservation
Cons: Wish there was a texting option. to communicate with guests. Not everyone checks the email while on vacation.

We had looked at a few other online booking programs before making a decision to use Reservation Key as our online booking tool. Be mindful that we never used any other online booking system before. The reason why we chose Reservation Key was the ease of learning how to set up our online booking program with the helpful and patient guidance from [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden]. We had a very successful camping season and we wish we did the online booking sooner. Reservation Key is a perfect tool for our small seasonal business.
Pros: The pros of Reservation Key have been convenience and efficiency after transitioning from our old way of booking through numerous phone calls, e-mails and postal service. As a small campground, Reservation Key is a right fit for us and cost effective.
Cons: As for cons, we can’t provide any experience in that department because glitches were too few and customer support was always responsive and helpful.

Wonderful, lots of pros and barely a con.
Pros: Simple system without bells and whistles that I had no need for - and the price was reasonable because of that. I moved from another, larger, reservation software system because their prices went up, they provided more bells and whistles that a small business like mine just didn't need/use. Customer service, particularly [sensitive content hidden], was always prompt and efficient, every single year, not just in the first year.
Cons: I found the Forum a bit clunky to use, that could use a lot of updating to make it a bit more user friendly. Overall, I had to think hard to find a "Con". Loved Reservation Key for many years I've been with them.

Reservation Key has been the backbone of our B&B business for three years now. The system software it's self is practical, reliable and user friendly from both the back end as an administrator and the front end for guests. And, while the platform has been wonderful, it is the customer service that really keeps us on point! Our account manager, [sensitive content hidden], is always professional incredibly efficient with response time, and there has never been a hiccup [sensitive content hidden] hasn't been able to get to the bottom of. We are so grateful for Res Key from software to customer care!
Pros: customer service, user friendly, price point.
Cons: Like any new platform, there is a learning curve. This is no fault of Res Key, but just learning a new system.

I love it!
Pros: I have been working with Reservationkey for 19+ years. I am in awe of how the software has been so receptive to my needs and have been able to create and integrate the software to grow with my business!
Cons: Flexing rates through the channel manager can be challenging although I chose to work with a more affordable channel manager. Reservationkey is compatible with more robust channel managers that cost a lot more. With channel management you get what you pay for but with Reservationkey, I get what I pay more and SO much more!

Pros: We at Springer Creek RV Park & Campground are totally impressed with Reservation Key as a company. The site is user friendly. Even the senior's have commented on how easy it is to use. If there are any glitches at all (which is rare) the folks at ResKey are on it! The staff is also very friendly and respond quickly if you have an issue. Thanks ResKey!!

The software is convenient, robust, and reliable. It does precisely what you want it to do, when you need it.
Pros: Ridiculously easy to use, intuitive to learn. And so many options that each individual business can be fully served.
Cons: So Few! And, If I encountered something I didn't particularly like, I mentioned it to the folks at Reservation Key and they found a way to tailor it to my needs. That's pretty profound. So I don't have any 'cons' to offer.

Using Reservation Key has made my booking process so much easier. I no longer have to worry about keeping track of everything, it does it for me. I wish I would have done it sooner.
Pros: For the most part easy to set up and change things once you have everything in place. The customer service is outstanding. I have a friend who uses a different company for bookings and that is his biggest complaint. I usually have an answer within an hour to any questions I have with details and pictures showing me how to do it. I also communicate with the same person each time which makes it more personable and she knows my properties.
Cons: I wish it would sink with other VRBO/Airbnb as far as changing prices, pictures, etc. I know some of the other reservation platforms have this feature. Also it's hard to change just a daily price on the calendar if you just want to decrease a price or switch the minimum days required to book. If it's last minute I like to make adjustments to try to get a booking.

Thank you both for providing such excellent customer service! The ReservationKey program was the perfect solution for managing and booking reservations at our small 20-room motel. Overall the system is very stable with only very seldom outages and when that happens, it's usually fixed within minutes. It is an online system and it gives access from anywhere in the world to make, change or cancel reservations and it's always up to date! We are very happy with this solution.
Pros: We are using this system since 2012 and it's a perfect and very affordable solution for small motels like ours. We would highly recommend this system to anyone in this segment of business as we have brought several new customers to ReservationKey in the past.
Cons: Are there features that we would like to see? Sure, there is always something missing but overall for the price, this system is perfect. I have not seen anything in this price range that can do what ReservationKey does. Our only request as a feature would be, that rooms can be individually set up with minimum nights stays or different prices without using the Adjustment Rate feature. This would be helpful when there are rooms requiring two nights and some do not because two nights can not be offered.

Experience is mostly positive. Just some issues when I cannot figure out how to add or change something. As stated above would like a live chat or phone assistance.
Pros: Very reasonable price for a small lodging facility. Never have problems overbooking. Easy to input reservations for our end and the customers end.
Cons: Sometime I have problems adding features on our end. Not able to talk to someone about this. I can send a message but they want you to check their list of problems/concerns that another user had to see how it was solved. This can be frustrating it would be easier to have a live chat or talk to someone for problems

Great value for the money. Easy to understand demonstrations and tutorials for initial set up. I created a new and updated website for my business and the original Reservation Key application looked old and outdated; didn't flow well with the updated site. I reached out to Reservation Key for advice. Not only did the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], reach out to me via email in a timely manner, one of his assistants called me on the phone and we (she) reformed the reservation application to totally meld with the website.

Since using Reservation Key our business has increased and customers say it is easy to book.
Pros: Our RV parking, tent camping, bus glamping, and lodging rooms all have different pricing, cleaning fees, and check-in info and Reservation Key handles it all. The auto-responders are awesome and can be modified to fit each rental. Customers can easily pay through the links and emails provided. I LOVE how the software looks on our website and it is easy for customers to book. It is a robust system and has more features than we currently know how to use. We look forward to making time to learn more.
Cons: Learning the system did not feel very intuitive. However, between the amazing customer service and training videos available it was just a matter of time.

After my "learning curve" with trying a new software platform, I have settled into a very comfortable relationship with not only the software, but the people behind it. Can't say enough good about their solid product, their customer service, and their willingness to continually strive to make the best product they can offer. I'm sold.
Pros: I love the fact that the front-end is very user-friendly for our potential guests, while the back end administration is straightforward and easy to use.
Cons: Honestly? For me, there hasn't been much of a downside.

Pros: Great Customer Service -- really responsive, and personable. The Built In Website, and Payments. Auto Scheduled Emails. No Contracts; No Set Up Fees. A great price -- well worth the fee even just for someone with one unit, or a small inn. Ease of use. Having Multiple Users. The Mobile Version -- I have easily been taking reservations from a hammock at the beach just on my Smart Phone.
Cons: Because the software is made for a myriad of Hospitality Services Providers (Hotels, Campgrounds, BnBs, Vacation Rentals), it's hard to provide the right thing to a diverse group of users. That being said, the User Forum was amazing! If we encountered a quirk that worked well for a Hotel User, but not-quite-right for our needs, there would always be another helpful User who knew how to accomplish what we needed with just a few little User Tweaks. The entire User Forum was full of happy, generous users who were keen to share their ideas and help others.

RezervationKey is making a great job for us by unifying the management of all sales channels at one place, that would be pretty good if they were adding local sales channels day by day and helps us to expand our marketing channels with more local online channels that are specific to each country.
Pros: ReservationKey is compatible with website builders such as Wix and Squarespace -which is a great aspect from my view point- so that enables to create commision-free sales channels as well as unifying all online booking platforms that we are present in one single and lean management panel where we can update anything such as availability, change features, add new room types etc and ReservationKey reflects any update to all booking channels that we are integrated to.
Cons: Although ReservationKey is great in covering the global reservation platforms it is weak to have integrations to the online booking platforms that are specific to each country. It would be the most powerful solution for us if it was helping us increasing our sales in local markets through local sales channels.

I have had a great experience from the very first phone call. The service provided has been top notch! I am so thankful that I found Reservation Key, I'm sad that it took me so long to find them!!
Pros: I love that Reservation Key was so easy to set up and put into working order on my website right away. The ease of use for my customers was my main priority. The next thing that I found so wonderful is that it is so easy on the back end. I am not your traditional cookie-cutter hotel/motel. I am very flexible and have 12 units with 5 different types (sizes) of cabins. I had looked for a system for about 5 years. I did many trials and spent a lot of time on set up with all of them being very cumbersome to set up and didn't fit my needs or my customer needs due to not being able to customize as much as I needed. The price is on point for this product for me. All others were way over priced and for a small business that is only open seasonally, I couldn't afford a "big" product. The customer service [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been absolutely amazing. There hasn't been one time that I haven't been able to get an answer and quickly.
Cons: There has been NO Cons to this service for me!

Resevationkey is pro-active in solving issues, has forum, can email the owner and he will respond by picking up the phone or shoot you an email to let you know he's working on the problem. I would recommend this software to a friend.
Pros: Well written instructions about the software, "how to set up", features, and videos to assist further with the education of the software
Cons: A short learning curve, but worth the effort !
