Divi offers a convenient all-in-one solution and great customer support. They are my go-to for building a custom look without the custom code.
Pros: I've used them for many years, especially with content-rich sites where templating and information architecture are crucial. Divi lets me get things how I want them to look (including optimizing for responsiveness across different device sizes), and all without having to install a bunch of plugins or add custom code.
Cons: I'm more familiar with Divi 4; Divi 5 is taking some getting used to. But that's where support has been really helpful

Cons: Reliable and consistent. No issues to report because the service works very well. Highly recommend..

Pros: The simplicity and the premium support. Divi is a verry good tool for web workers. Simple and accesible
Cons: SEO optimization, and especially page load speed, is difficult to achieve despite caching plugins or other minification tools. It's challenging to obtain good scores on the Largest Contentful Paint Index.

Been using Divi for 4 years. I come from a graphic design background. Divi has allowed me to develop sites for my clients in-house.
Pros: The evolution from Divi4 to Divi5 is a considerable change but has been well-conceived. It has added a lot of nice capabilities. I have enjoyed the regular notifications and videos on the different capabilities.
Cons: There appears to be more upfront prep (set up) work needed before starting a website. Some of this seems like it could be overlapping requirements... but it could be my limited experience with Divi5.

Whether you are a seasoned developer looking to speed up your workflow or a complete beginner wanting a site that doesn't look "DIY," Divi 5 hits the sweet spot. It balances power and simplicity better than any other builder on the market.
Pros: Insane Performance: The transition to a new core means the interface is lightning-fast. No more "loading lag"—the builder responds instantly to every click and drag. Their customer support is impressively fast and genuinely helpful. If you ever hit a snag, you aren't left digging through forums—their team is there to get you back on track immediately. Professional Results in Minutes: Between the massive library of pre-made layouts and the intuitive global styles, you can go from a blank page to a high-end corporate site in a fraction of the time it used to take.
Cons: After a very short adjustment period, you’ll find yourself navigating the interface like a pro and launching pages in record time.

I've used Divi on two of our family business websites so far and can only describe the experience as positive.
Pros: Divi is easy to use for a beginner like myself. If I don't know something I can usually get the answer from their FB group or through YouTube. I'm really impressed with their customer support! I had a problem on a couple of my recently built pages which I just couldn't figure out. The support team had access to my website remotely and swiftly fixed the problem which was accidently created by me in the code. I would never have found this without their help. I highly recommend Divi!
Cons: There's nothing I've come across that I don't like about Divi. There's so many tutorials available through their YouTube channel and many others to make website building with them an easy process

I LOVE Divi! The support is great and so are the websites we all create together!!! Thank you Divi!!!
Pros: Best support!!! Anytime I need help Divi is there for me to help me design the best websites for my clients!
Cons: It can be a little confusing with all the different products and addons to let my clients know the options. Maybe making a easy to read menu of all the options would be rad.

Overall, Divi has been a strong platform for building and managing WordPress sites. It lets me move fast, keep designs consistent, and adjust layouts without rework. When I do hit an issue, VIP Support has been top notch, which turns problems into quick fixes instead of long delays.
Pros: I use Divi for WordPress sites where I need speed, flexibility, and full control over layout. The visual builder is easy to work with and really speeds things up. The biggest standout is VIP Support. The support team responds fast, reads the details, and stays on the issue until it is actually resolved. They do not waste your time with generic replies. When something is urgent, they treat it like it matters. That alone makes Divi a strong long-term choice for client work.
Cons: Some updates can introduce small quirks, especially when you have custom CSS or third party plugins in the mix. It is rarely a deal breaker, but I always test changes before pushing to production.

Over time, you grow more and more with the possibilities offered by Divi itself. Not only the developers, but also the entire Divi support team do incredibly good work.
Pros: Divi Theme offers a fantastic template with Divi 5. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, especially with a lifetime partnership. Support is available 24/7, providing the best possible service and always ready to help.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. I was already a member back in the Divi 4 days and was pleasantly surprised by the possibilities compared to other providers. Divi 5 is a whole different Galaxy compared to Divi 4. There was and is nothing to complain about.

Fantastic. I build all my sites with Divi. I've only used Divi 4, but I'm considering moving to Divi 5.
Pros: I've been using Divi to build websites for my clients for over 10 years. It's simple to create any design you can think of. And when you get stuck, Elegant Theme's technical support is THE BEST! They are friendly, helpful and always have a solution. Can't say enough good things about them -- All of them!
Cons: I don't really have any complaints with Divi. It's simple to use and once you get the hang of it, you can do almost anything.

It is easy to work with. Stable. It's fully and easy customizable with custom css. Perfectly Responsive.
Pros: It is a stable and versatile WordPress theme with a wide range of functionalities and possibilities.
Cons: Perhaps the speed. Sometimes a page can take some time to load, but that seems to be improved in the coming version (Divi 5)
Rogier B. · Creative Director · Design · December 23, 2025
It's been a great journey so far. I've bought a lifetime license years ago and since then I've used it to build website for a lot of clients.
Pros: With Divi 5, Elegant Themes is back in the game. After some slow years Divi 5 is adding new features, increased speed and even better to bring ideas to life. In addition, the level of support is fantastic. Problems from small to big are solved within a day through the chat with real humans (specifically heroes [sensitive content hidden]).
Cons: Modules could be expanded on a bit, so less CSS is needed. It feels some modules are missing settings.

My experience was great until I discovered Elementor and made the switch to a faster, and smoother front end builder.
Pros: Divi was a great introduction to front-end drag and drop web builders for someone who is new to WordPress. Customer support was not great, their templates are solid though.
Cons: Divi is not great for page speed or page load times. It comes with a lot of bloat. If you try another front end builder like Elementor, it's obvious that Divi requires a lot more clicks and navigation when making edits on the front end.
David V. · Lead Developer · Information Technology and Services · November 4, 2025
Fabulous. I have been a user since 2019 and subscribed to the VIP support service, which, even though I don't use it regularly, has more than paid for itself because when I have got into trouble by changing something I shouldn't have, they've been there to put it right for me very quickly.
Pros: This theme builder just keeps on improving. I suppose learning the new v5 will be a bit of a steep learning curve and I am a bit nervous about moving my established site, so I might get to use Divi VIP Support a bit more :)
Cons: I'm not a web developer, so sometimes navigation can be tricky, but on the whole, there's not a lot to dislike.
David C. · Director · Information Technology and Services · October 31, 2025
All experiences with Divi have been incredibly positive. I wish everything was this easy. From the learning curve to the creative possibilities to their unparalled support, I can honestly say I'm very happy.
Pros: Ease of use, unlimited creativity, amazing support. From the very first time of using and learning Divi, it's been absolutely fun to create on this platform.
Cons: No cons so far. There really hasn't been anything I've encountered so far that I would say I had a negative reaction to.

I’ve used Divi to build websites for years. It’s simple, it has far fewer bugs, and it doesn't suffer from the security vulnerabilities that plague Elementor.
Pros: Divi is a great web builder—a truly fantastic one—but their customer support is what truly sets them apart. They are the only ones who actually take the time to log into your website and find solutions for you.
Cons: Seriously, I love Divi. I’ve been using it for years, and every version is better than the last. I've recently been working with version 5 (first the alpha and now the beta) and I couldn't be happier. A lot of people joining the web design team come from Elementor, and once they work with Divi, they never want to touch Elementor again.

My experience with Divi has been nothing short of fantastic. From its intuitive design tools to the incredible customer support, Divi has helped me create beautiful, responsive websites with ease. The team’s willingness to go above and beyond, especially when I had specific technical questions, made all the difference. They truly are the best in the business!
Pros: Divi’s flexibility and user-friendly interface make it incredibly easy to design stunning websites. The customization options are endless, and the visual builder is a game-changer, allowing me to see the changes in real-time. But what really stands out is the exceptional support team. They are always available, friendly, and ready to assist, making Divi an absolute pleasure to work with!
Cons: Honestly, there’s very little I can fault with Divi. The learning curve for advanced features can be a bit steep at first, but the community and support team are so helpful that any challenges quickly become manageable.

I've worked extensively with Divi the last 6 months and it is so much fun now! You can do so many cool effects and much more!
Pros: Divi is getting better and better! I have been using Divi now for 5 years and the more I learn, the more I love it! The possibilities with Divi are endless!
Cons: Understanding how everything interacts can be duanting but I did roll up my sleeves and finding it much easier now to get everything working.

Great! Coming from Elementor, you can see that there are companies that do care about customer service.
Pros: I used Elementor in the past, was happy with it. But their support wasnt good, mainly telling you that you have to purcahse plugins. DIVI support is from a different world. Great support, to the point, and a great willingness to make a better website.
Cons: Since I have to answer, maybe it's the additional plugins that are relatively expensive. But with their support, luckily not needed.
Arjan S. · Owner. · Information Technology and Services · August 4, 2025
Pros: The support is absolutely great. Even when there's a problem that's been caused by a bought plugin. You can do very much with the on board tools and create a nice looking website.
Cons: For special design purposes there is often custom code necessary. But it's provides by the support team. They even send videos with guidance on how to change your custom DiVi builder blocks. We are looking forward to use DiVi5 in the near future.

I find Divi very intuitive and you can design lovely sights with it. Also, the few times I got stuck the support was excellent.
Pros: Great theme also in general for design. Furthermore, Fantastic support such as with [sensitive content hidden] and colleagues.
Cons: I am very happy with it so I can't write something I don't like as the price I am happy with, the support is great, and the features are great.
Paul S. · Owner · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · June 15, 2025
I'm looking forward to the official release of Divi 5 coming up soon. It's smoking fast and I love the whole idea of the option group presets.
Pros: Excellent support! They give clear instructions and show video walkthroughs, which helps me learn faster and fix problems more easily.
Cons: I've had issues with bugs from the very beginning with earlier iterations of Divi, though, this was partly due to my lack of coding experience. The new Divi 5 Alpha, while buggy, is a game changer for me. When it's working, it works beautifully!
Cheri D. · Graphic Designer, Publishing · Design · June 6, 2025
Pros: Great product, gorgeous assistance! Divi changed the way I designed my website opening wide opportunities
Cons: Nothing, it's great!
Luca G. · CEO · Marketing and Advertising · June 4, 2025
VIP support is fantastic and help me out when I get a little stuck with projects to help me find solutions within the builder or they will even provide some css resources to help out.
Pros: Divi is easy to use for beginners and also powerful enough for more complex sites. Powerful features!
Cons: There are a few things in Divi 4 I dislike with the UX and some features missing compared to other builders but Divi 5 will solve this
Rhian W. · Founder Designer · Design · June 4, 2025
Pros: Quick and efficient help, as usual :) Support answers are very fast ! I am always very satisfied with Divi support and the quality of the responses provided.
