Overall, GorillaDesk has made running the business noticeably smoother. It replaced a patchwork of different tools and brought everything under one roof without adding complexity. Onboarding was straightforward, and the day-to-day experience has been consistently reliable. It's one of those platforms that just works — you're not fighting the software, you're using it. For a growing pest control company, it's been a solid foundation to build operations on.
Pros: Everything you need runs in one place — scheduling, invoicing, routing, customer communication, and digital agreements — without feeling overwhelming. The interface is clean and simple enough that there's minimal learning curve, even for people who aren't tech-savvy. The mobile app is genuinely reliable in the field, which not every platform gets right. Compared to other service software we've tried, GorillaDesk is more intuitive, less bloated, and actually built around how pest control businesses operate day to day. Automated reminders alone have cut down on no-shows noticeably. It's the first platform that felt like it was designed for us, not adapted from something else.
Cons: Not a whole lot, maybe some better sales data things but its pretty minor and regardless they constantly adding great new features in improvement and their customer service is top tier. They will even implement new features if you request it

Every day that I'm using this, I'm thinking my lucky stars that I found them. Again, we're all human and they will come a day or issues arise. That's where gorilla desk separates themselves from others and how they deal with the issues that arise. Again, I'll say it again second to none.

Pros: First of all, the customer service is second to none. I've been with a couple different platforms and gorilla desk is very responsive.
Cons: There's not much to talk about in this category and the fact that if you have an issue, you contact customer service and bam next to you know it's being handled.

Pros: The ease of use and how everything is built specifically for service businesses. Scheduling, routing, invoicing, and customer management are all in one place and actually work the way you’d expect. The mobile app is a big plus—our techs can handle jobs, notes, and payments in the field without slowing down. The AI Agents are a huge upgrade. Being able to handle calls, texts, and web inquiries automatically 24/7—while still capturing leads and booking jobs—has taken a lot of pressure off our office and helped us close more work without adding staff. What really stands out is how everything is fully integrated inside the platform. You’re not bouncing between different tools—the data, reporting, and customer history are all in one place, which makes it easy to track performance and make informed business decisions.
Cons: There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning just because of how much the platform can do, but once it’s set up, it runs smoothly.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with GorillaDesk. If there’s ever a problem, they are very attentive and aggressive in handling any problems.
Pros: GorillaDesk continues to be a leader in tech technological advancements. They have even been great at teaching me how to increase my business.
Cons: I don’t have anything negative to say. There are seldom any problems with GorillaDesk and when there are, they’re very quick and hard-working to resolve them

Pros: We’ve had a great experience using this software. It is user-friendly, easy to learn, and has significantly improved our day-to-day efficiency. The features are well-designed and intuitive, making it a valuable tool for our operations.
Cons: Our only suggestion would be to enhance the scheduling options by allowing for 2-hour service windows. This would give us more flexibility to group and stack jobs more effectively, improving route efficiency.

terrible customer service, always running into problems with the system
Pros: sets up routes and invoices. i would give the company no stars if possible
Cons: customer services is terrible. When something happens or is down they dont notify you. You have to wait for yourself to run into the problem and bring it up to them to let you know, they already knew.

Pros: We’ve been in this business for over 15 years and we have used Pest pack and brio stack and neither compare to the ease and functionality of gorilla desk. One of my favorite features is how you can send your own contracts and they upload them into the software to fill out for you and Premade contracts are great
Cons: Well, we’re a small company so I have to pay $99 instead of $50 and the only thing I use that upgrade it is documents

Best business decision thus far. It will allow expanding a company and organizing tech scheduling like butter. Even a great product for solo operators. Saved me at least 30 minutes a day chasing clients and confirming jobs
Pros: It has made managing my business extremely easy, professional, time saving, clients love it.
Cons: There’s nothing specifically to dislike, but if I had to choose I would add a few more ease of life features like hybrid colour coding instead of only being able to choose confirmed status or job type colour coding at a time.

love it because makes my work life simple without the gorilla desk I would not be able to accomplish as much as I do now. I enjoy using it.
Pros: User-friendly and constant updates are just a will-made app for the phone and great software for the desktop.
Cons: limitation on the phone app. Need more administrative permission on the phone app.

Once a great product, now a pain. Customer service used to solve issues quickly. Now they tell me that the problems can not be reproduced on their end. I think they may have grown too fast and forgotten the user. They are adding new features but never solving problems on the core function of the software. It's been over a year that they pushed out V3. I like what it could be but it's more troublesome and buggy.
Pros: GD was a good company that seemed to to understand the needs of a small owner/operator and small pest company. Used to be easy to use and the simple interface was solid. Customer Service used to be fantastic.
Cons: The new version has been a huge letdown. New bugs are still showing up and old bugs are never resolved. I have to switch between V3 and "Classic" to do things like send statements and try to make a note recur. Recently, Ive noticed that many notes are not recurring. So, I have to go back to old notes to copy any past over and over. There are several small issues that on their own are not a big deal but they are never solved, so they have stacked up. Death by a thousand cuts.

Pros: Everything about this system is perfect. There isn't a single aspect of the business we do not use GorillaDesk with.

We can control our designs, social media content and general business. We can easily make post-sales invoicing.
Pros: Thanks to the Gorilla desk, we were able to gather all our work in one place and manage it from there. We are no longer afraid to open up to all markets.
Cons: It provides us convenience in solving problems such as planning, invoicing and management of our work while working together. We have not yet encountered a bad or weak point.

The customer service was responsive and very helpful, they took a lot of time to go over everything with me until I was comfortable enough to use it on my own. It is now a vital piece of technology that I use daily to make my work easier and more organized.
Pros: I really enjoy the control it gives me over the workflow. I find myself going on less jobs as I am able to dictate more work to my employees which gives me the flexibility and responsiveness that a small pest control company needs to beat out the bigger providers.
Cons: The only negative I've found so far is that I am paying for a few services that I may never use, such as GPS tracking and routing as we are a smaller company and construct routes based off of our experience and knowledge of our service areas. I still think that Gorilla Desk is a useful tool to have despite having a few functions that I probably won't use.

Great
Pros: Gorilla Desk is a great all round software package making scheduling techs, invoicing, receiving payment for services rendered and storing critical customer info easy to use. My techs can use their cell phones in the field to navigate to each location in need of service, make notes and complete reports for invoicing all at the touch of the cell app. And if we ever need customer support, Gorilla Desk is great to respond to our needs.
Cons: Nothing...Love it all. Gorilla Desk has thought it all through and I can't think of any changes I would make.
