Pros: Very complete product that will allow you to manage your firms, your clients, the time entries, your tasks.
Cons: Sometimes can be a little bit complex to use - for some features. For instance there is an agenda while you can create to do list, it will be good to tick just a box once done without having to go and open the task

Good, reliable, easy to use. Makes time-tracking less time consuming. I don't use the invoicing module though, because it is overcomplicated.
Pros: It's easy to use, does not require time consuming training to track time and activities. Easy linking the actions to the specific mandates and/or cases. Does not require creating unnecessary artificial "case folders" or "activity types", to store time-tracking information. Linking information with the subject is easy as never before.
Cons: Complicated setting-up remuneration rates. Time and remuneration calculations often wrong due to mathematical rounding of minutes to hourly rates.

Pros: What I like most about Amberlo is its intuitive case workflow management—being able to track each matter from intake through resolution, assign tasks to team members, and monitor deadlines all in one centralized dashboard makes our processes much smoother.
Cons: When handling a very large volume of documents, Amberlo can sometimes freeze, causing delays and interruptions in workflow.

La experiencia que he tenido con Amberlo, durante todo el tiempo que la he estado utilizando, ha sido muy satisfactoria, sobre todo, debido a que me permite mejorar la eficiencia administrativa de mi despacho y llevar un correcto seguimiento y control sobre Clientes y expedientes. Máxime que para llegar a utilizar a Amberlo tuve que testear más de 10 aplicaciones similares, pero ninguna me entregaba lo que yo necesitaba para mi despacho.
Pros: Su facilidad de uso, que tiene toda la parte administrativa del despacho integrada, puedo saber en cualquier momento el estatus, de algún caso, así como el estatus financiero del cliente o del expediente.
Cons: lo único que no me ha gustado, es que no me permite crear mis propias plantillas de recibos por ejemplo y también la aplicación Movil no es muy versátil y no contiene toda la información que si puedes visualizar en el sitio en internet.

Pros: Amberlo is a very practical and intuitive software for running and organising work in our legal office. We have been using it for 3 years and really appreciate how it has automated and simplified our work. Particularly useful is the ability to store documentation, record correspondence with synchronisation with the calendar, which improves planning and monitoring of litigation deadlines. The programme is easy to use at the same time as the extensive functionality it offers. Using Amberlo, we can be sure that our data is safe and technical support is always at our disposal. We sincerely recommend Amberlo for any law firm or company.
Cons: It could be cheaper. Occasionally, there are some odd bugs – for example, with invoice numbering or certain filters not working correctly.

Pros: The program is easy to use, even for less technologically advanced people. Great time tracking system Ability to track time manually or with a built-in timer. Automatically generate time sheets for invoicing.
Cons: Costs with more users. For small teams, the prices are acceptable, but for large law firms, the monthly costs can be significant (subscription billed per user).

Amberlo is what I really needed in my work. It was a good cooperation from the beginning. The team supporting the system listened to the customers' comments and introduced new functionalities. I sincerely recommend/
Pros: Great, clear interface and in addition, the collection of correspondence from all courts operating in the country in one place.
Cons: I would probably suggest introducing the option of downloading the contract concluded between Amberllo and the client from the system.

Overall experience is good, the system is easy to navigate and very intuitive, it allows a small business owner to manage the law firm easily
Pros: The system combines case management, client management, and billing functions in one place, offering an intuitive interface, easy time tracking, automatic invoicing, and secure data storage compliant with GDPR. It is intuitive and easy to navigate. I like the automatic notifications that is sent to the clients when they are late with payments.
Cons: What I miss is an integration with a booking system for the clients with a calendar. Further, sometimes the system does not allow to register time spend at the court hearing when the entry in the calendar is automatic from the court system. What is more, I would love to see the system (colours, etc.) for prioritising of tasks - that would make it easier to indicate to my team what I like them to do first.

Cons: What I think could be improved: The graphic interface could use a refresh — it feels a bit dated and could benefit from a cleaner, more modern look. The overall UX isn’t always as intuitive as it could be. Some menus and functions require a bit too much clicking around to access. Mobile access feels behind the curve compared to the desktop experience. A more responsive, feature-rich mobile app would make managing things on the go much smoother. Notifications and alerts could be smarter and more customizable, especially for time-sensitive tasks.

Overall positive. I can find pretty much all the features I currently need. That might change if the scale were to grow significantly.
Pros: From the perspective of a small law firm with just a few people, I find the program and its "business logic" suitable. It's not overloaded with features. Breakdowns are quite rare, and customer service usually responds within a few minutes. The program runs fairly smoothly.
Cons: It could be cheaper :) Occasionally, there are some odd bugs – for example, with invoice numbering or certain filters not working correctly. Collaboration features between team members within a single task could be more developed.

I have only positive impressions when it comes to the Amberlo program. It is very good to work on him.
Pros: What we like the most is the simplicity of using this program. It makes it very easy to conduct court cases. We also used the option of recording and settling working hours. With Amberlo, we keep things in order. All documents related to the case are organized. We also use it to register the register of incoming and outgoing mail. The system also facilitates group work. You can organize the dates of meetings in the calendar, mark the data of the people participating in it.With Amberlo, you can save the dates of hearings and events. The program is very secure. Access documents and files from anywhere.
Cons: For some people, it bothers them to log in every time with a security code. We understand that this is a safety issue.

I consider the application to be very successful and useful in managing a company. The number of features and the ability to customise them to your needs are the application's strong points. I recommend it to everyone who needs a good tool for organising their work.
Pros: The most valuable feature of Amberlo is its flexibility. I also like the way Tasks are managed and the easy navigation of the app.
Cons: With a large number of Cases, the Customer Portal is difficult to navigate. To avoid this problem, it is necessary to create an appropriate account for the customer (read-only).

We're using Amberlo for almost three years. This App has made our law office's organisation much more practical. You have everything you need in one place.
Pros: It's easy to find clients and files that you need. Also, it's easy to track your daily tasks and to make invoices.
Cons: Limited use of App on mobile phone. Also, you must fill in password every time you want to log in, even when password has been saved.

A good piece of software if you want several functions across full matter management to client delivery, but it is let down by slightly less advanced interfaces.
Pros: The calendar function works well for matter management.

Amberlo is easy to use and intuitive and has a mobile app for when we are out of office

Pros: An extremely simple and reliable way to track the number of hours spent. Keeping records of clients and specific cases for each client is clear and sufficiently accurate. The entire system greatly simplifies client management.
Cons: Just a few minor issues. Searching for matters is not intuitive, and the search function is overly complicated. It’s not possible to sort matters by number or client, only to narrow the search by parameters. Additionally, it’s not possible to include a fixed price on the invoice without specifying the number of hours, regardless of whether the actual hours exceed or fall short of the fixed price.
