My experience was 8AM Case peer has been absolutely the best and I enjoyed using it and making sure all files were good.
Pros: I loved it very much everything was organized, easy to use. All tabs were very self explainable, def enjoyed it
Cons: Having to input providers when they weren't found and having to add them one by one. But thats all pretty much.

Reviewing a file or looking up information has become so easy since there's so many databases available. I also love that there's a Settlement tab which puts all the financials into one place and makes it easy to view.
Pros: You can easily look up information on the file that you are working on. I love the search function since it goes through all the notes on the file and will highlight all notes with the specific phrase you type in.
Cons: Sometimes the click-down arrows in some tabs such as the Settlement tab are a bit difficult to click on.

Casepeer makes sending demands out so easy for me. It helps me keep track of medical records and provider information, along with sending out demands. Those are the three things I do the most while I'm working at my desk and Casepeer is an integral part of my workflow.
Pros: The email integration is a great tool and saves so much time and keeps from things from getting mixed up. I spend way less time searching for emails in my inbox. It's easy to use, no training needed. And once you have the templates set up documents are easy to manage.
Cons: The only con I can see is the subscription model is by each user account. So the more people who need to access the program the more money you will spend on each license. The two factor authentication keeps you from sharing accounts which is good for security and 8am for making some extra capital. I wish they would offer some discounts . Like a group rate discount as your firm grows over time.

The calendar deadline integration with tasks, make this software by far superior than other ones that I have tried.
Pros: Calendar Integration is amazing, easy to use and keeps you on top off all of your deadlines. This is a life safer and time saver
Cons: I would like to see the main screen have some litigation dates showing instead of notes. Once a case is in litigation, it should have in the main view of the case important dates and events coming up as reminders; Also there should be a way to organize the medical records section better. It would help if you can add a date and check of each date if you have the medical record and the bill and the amount. Having a medical summary of the bills that could be downloaded through excel would absolute make this program the best.

This program is seemily easy to understand and all around a good system. Logging in is secure and very seldom have issues.
Pros: CASEPeer is user friendly. Easy to navigate through the system with very little hiccups. Has more potential than other programs.
Cons: I wish the Cost file would allow you to identify what fees are being charges & paid and upload the invoice or paid invoice all in one file.

Overall, very good - responsive to inquiries, good training available online, easy to navigate screen to screen.
Pros: It compares well to the claim management system I utilized in my prior career as an insurance adjuster.
Cons: Document management could be better. Duplication with downloads and the storage size create impediments to sending demands with supporting documents.
Carla G. · Case Manager · Law Practice · April 14, 2026
Overall, my experience with CasePeer has been positive. It is a strong case management system that helps streamline the lifecycle of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. It improves organization, team collaboration, and visibility into case status. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in customization and pricing, it remains a reliable tool for managing a busy PI practice.
Pros: CasePeer’s document management is one of its strongest features. It keeps all records, bills, and correspondence organized in a way that is easy to navigate and access quickly. The ability to track case progress, attach documents directly to tasks, and maintain a clean file structure significantly improves efficiency, especially when managing a high volume of personal injury cases. It reduces time spent searching for documents and helps keep the entire team aligned.
Cons: The pricing can feel a bit high relative to some of the limitations within the platform. While CasePeer is powerful, certain features lack flexibility and customization, which can make workflows feel somewhat rigid. Additionally, there are occasional bugs or slowdowns that can interrupt productivity. For firms that rely heavily on streamlined operations, these inefficiencies can add up and impact overall value for money.

I am not sure how much my administrator is paying for this service but I firmly believe we are getting our money's worth. Our firm would simply not work as efficiently without CasePeer.
Pros: Definitely that the learning curve was not as steep as I once thought it was. At first I thought file management would be a headache considering how many documents and features there are in each one, but it never was. There is not "overengineering" involved because every feature is what it is supposed to be. Nothing too overcomplicated but simple and elegant document management to make all of our cases its own.
Cons: Probably a bug where I would be logged out of my account every once in a while for no apparent reason. That and the fact that there are certain features that, as a security measure, are only available to my administrator, which can make immediate problem solving difficult at times.

My overall experience with 8am CasePeer has been fantastic. It's made managing my caseload so much easier and more efficient. The platform is reliable, and I feel confident using it day-to-day. It's been a great asset to my practice, and I highly recommend it to others in the legal field looking for an all-in-one case management solution.
Pros: What I like most about 8am CasePeer is its user-friendly interface and the seamless integration of all the case management tools. It's incredibly easy to track case progress, communicate with clients, and manage documents. The system is intuitive, and I appreciate the time-saving features like automated updates and reminders. It truly streamlines my workflow, making managing multiple cases feel much more organized.
Cons: Honestly, I don't have any major issues with 8am CasePeer. Everything works as expected, and any small hiccups I've encountered were quickly resolved with customer support.

Overall Experience: The platform serves all of our needs effectively, from document uploads to comprehensive case management and assignment tracking. We have experienced little to no issues with app performance, security, or bugs. It has significantly improved management of employee assignments and file organization throughout the entire case lifecycle—from pre‑litigation and suit through discovery and settlement. The system allows us to easily track categories, key dates, statutes of limitation, case costs, contacts, case notes, case lists, and court notes. Client communications are well integrated, making collaboration seamless. Overall, the software is intuitive, easy to learn, cost‑effective, and an excellent tool for maintaining efficiency and organization.
Pros: serves all the needs, document upload, case management and assignment, we have had little to absolutely no issues with app issues, security or bugs. Helps management employee assignments and keep track of file management, from prelitigation, suit, discovery to settlement categories, dates and SOL time lines, case costs, contacts and case notes, case lists court notes. Client communications and so much more, it's easy to learn and use and great cost.
Cons: I would like have color option for the app. ( instead of green I would like to add additional options.
Yolanda D. · Litigation Paralegal · Law Practice · April 10, 2026
Overall it is good. We have not had any issues with security everything seems to be secure, I like the fact that if I or someone else put in a note that we all know what is going on if the client calls and that person is not there.
Pros: It keeps me organized with the tasks also the templates are time saving so long as they are in the most logical place, such as client-specific letter under the client tab and not under the defendant- adjuster envelope. Also that the chat feature is very prompt and if the AI cannot answer or gets stumped a person gets on and helps.
Cons: Templates don’t always pull information from other tabs, which creates gaps in the final document. Because of this, I have to insert certain client‑specific letters under the “def adjuster” section. These letters contain required keywords that the system won’t automatically include. Having to place them there can be confusing, especially when the information logically belongs in another part of the file. This workaround is necessary to ensure all required details appear where they need to be, but it does make the process less intuitive and increases the chance of errors.

As a former Needles and Litify user, this product is really effortless to use and find information quickly.
Pros: CasePeer is so user friendly. I can update my cases, locate critical information quickly, and run reports that are meaningful.
Cons: I wish the medical treatment tab was more user friendly. The providers seem to change order after they have been edited and having to constantly scroll when adding information is frustrating.
Kara P. · Case Manager · Law Practice · April 10, 2026
My overall experience with 8am CasePeer has been very positive. The platform is easy to navigate, which made it simple to learn and start using right away without a steep learning curve. I especially appreciated how everything is organized in one place, including case details, documents, and client information, which made managing tasks much more efficient. The system helped streamline daily workflows and improved communication within the team.
Pros: 8am CasePeer is pretty easy to use and works really well for personal injury law firms. Everything is in one place cases, documents, and client info. which makes staying organized a lot simpler.
Cons: One of the main drawbacks of 8am CasePeer is its limited customization options, which can make it difficult to tailor the system to specific workflows or preferences. At times, certain features felt somewhat rigid, especially when trying to adapt the platform to unique case needs. Additionally, there can be occasional integration challenges with other tools, which may slow down efficiency for teams that rely on multiple systems. While the platform is generally easy to use, some advanced features could be more flexible or robust.

Pros: What I like most about 8am CasePeerEverything is that it is so easy to navigate and document things.
Cons: What I least like least about 8am CasePeer is that sometimes it can become very slow or it goes down for no reason.
Mariana I. · Case Manager · Legal Services · April 9, 2026
My overall experience with 8am CasePeer has been very positive. It’s a reliable and efficient platform that helps streamline case management, keeps files organized, and supports daily workflows with minimal issues.
Pros: $80
Cons: I cannot erase documents or notes if needed, I dont have access to reports of my work and work of others.
Pablo C. · Case Manager · Legal Services · April 9, 2026
Overall experience 10/10 it has changed a lot through out our firm after switching from one system onto casepeer.
Pros: Everything on casepeer is very accessible and organized I hardly have an issues or complaint's using casepeer.
Cons: I would not say there is anything I dislike I believe it continues to grow and get better through out time. I believe if there is a demand tab that would be great.
Aixa L. · Legal Assistant · Legal Services · April 9, 2026
I really like it. It keeps the case organized. I like the tasks and notes portion. I really like that it gives you an update that you haven't touched the case in 30 days as a reminder.
Pros: The ability to text clients and it is copied into the file. I haven't had any bugs or issues. The learning curve is short because there are so many videos and articles to help you.
Cons: I don't like that the documents are not readily available to open as you have to download them to see them. The cases should also be more tailored to what is available for inputs to the type of case that it is. I also think that copying emails into the case should be it's own separate category and not copied into Notes. It's hard to read.
Tracy F. · Paralegal · Legal Services · March 25, 2026
Overall, my experience with CasePeer was very positive. The platform made case management and collaboration much more efficient, helping me stay organized and on top of tasks. While there were minor learning curves and occasional small delays, the intuitive design and helpful features outweighed these, making it a valuable tool in my daily workflow.
Pros: What I liked most about CasePeer was how it streamlined case management and made collaborations so efficient. The interface was intuitive, and it really helped me stay organized and on top of tasks, especially during busy days. I particularly appreciated how easy it was to manage notes and track daily tasks, which kept important information accessible and ensured nothing fell through the cracks.
Cons: One thing I liked least was that some features weren't immediately intuitive, so there was a slight learning curve. One familiar, thought, it became much easier to navigate. Additionally, customizing some settings took extra steps. Improving that could make the experience even smoother.

This software supports ease of workflow and keeps things organized. Essential for document management. The integration with communications tool Case Status works well.
Pros: I love the clean look and uncluttered experience of this software. This is truly a useful case management tool that greatly supports operational efficiency.
Cons: Occasionally, I experience lag time with this software when trying to utilize the search bar. Additionally, the search tool doesn't always work effectively. When searching for client names they don't always display.
Syretha B. · Firm Administrator · Legal Services · January 27, 2026
Pros: Very user friendly. I like that i have the intake information, the address, clients contact information in the same screen.
Cons: I wish it'd notify me directly when a client responds to my texts because when a client responds, it sends the message to the case manager and not to the person who texted the client.
Karen O. · Legal assistant · Law Practice · November 21, 2025
Overall, my experience with 8am CasePeer was positive. It’s a helpful case management tool that keeps files organized, helps track communication, and supports daily workflow. While it could be faster and offer more flexibility in certain features, it ultimately streamlines the case-handling process and makes tracking deadlines much easier.
Pros: I liked how intuitive the platform was. The dashboard, task management, and client communication tools made it easy to stay organized. I appreciated the clean layout and the ability to track cases step-by-step without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons: The platform can be slow at times, especially when switching between sections or uploading documents. It affects workflow when you're trying to move quickly.
Consuelo M. · Paralegal · Legal Services · November 17, 2025
Very satisfied with the system! Easy to use! I really don't have any complaints. When I was learning how to use the system and maximize it, I was able to look directly at the tutorial videos and they were very straightforward.
Pros: My favorite part about this system is the document management. You can easily connect your client folders on your computer directly to the client file on CasePeer. It makes it so you don't have to actually go back and forth or worry about having to upload documents immediately.
Cons: I con I would note is the ability to link RingCentral texting to CasePeer. The system will link the RingCentral fax but not texting.
Jasmine S. · Paralegal · Law Practice · November 12, 2025
Great, time-saving, and convenient. It's great that it can add medical billing so I can confirm my math.
Pros: All the features help me navigate through the client's case with ease. When I on a call regarding the case, I can answer questions with ease.
Cons: That all clients in the same case can not be sent documents to sign at the same time. I would also like medical reports saved on the medical tab.
Veronica R. · Paralegal · Law Practice · November 6, 2025
I like it, very user friendly. Could use a few more features however it's a great tool for case management.
Pros: Easy to use, intuitive. Auto generates documents that are usually a hassle to make due to how often they need to be mailed out.
Cons: Missing a few key features. It would be great to make it easier to edit templates for documents, a more user friendly interface instead of coding on word.
Ivan H. · Case Manager · Law Practice · November 5, 2025
10/10 best software simple and easy to use, really wished i had used it sooner but im glad to say this sofware is helpful.
Pros: AI being helpful too HELPS MAKE THINGS SO MUCH EASIER AND QUCIKER ON MY END HELPS GET THINGS DONE IN A MORE TIMELY FASHION.
Cons: whenever it would crash and not load the pages, really would stop us from getting the information we needed.
