Bill4Time

Pros: I really like the ease of use for tracking time against specific projects and clients. The reporting features are pretty solid too, giving us a good overview of where our billable hours are going each month. It's definitely helped us manage our workload better.

Cons: The mobile app could be a bit more intuitive. Sometimes it takes a few extra taps to get to where I need to go, and I've had it freeze on me once or twice. It's not a huge deal, but it's something they could improve.

Pros: Bill4Time is highly effective for time tracking and billing. It offers accurate time capture that helps the business stay organized.

Cons: At times the platform can seem a bit repetitive and somewhat outdated, especially when setting up clients or correcting invoices.

Pros: Bill4Time gives you the best value for your money. I'm able to keep track of how much time I've given to a client and then bill appropriately for that time. It helps in task management and the billing and payment process is simplified.

Cons: As with any software, I am always concerned about the security level of Bill4Time. I am always hyper aware of my information and protecting that.

Pros: Reporting That Actually Tells a Story Bill4Time doesn’t just collect data—it interprets it. Financial dashboards Aging invoices You can quickly see who owes you, what’s overdue, and where your firm is leaking revenue.

Cons: Customization Limits in Some Areas While flexible, it’s not infinitely customizable. Invoice formatting limitations Some constraints with retainers Advanced firms may feel boxed in over time.

Pros: Value of money.’ Learning curve. Security. Billing and payment. Invoices and payment. Billing and delivery!

Cons: Nothing to say the least even through out my timeline using bill4tines was good in information and education!

Pros: User friendly, secure interface for detailed invoicing, billing and payment. Customizable and easy to use. Customer support is very responsive.

Cons: Interface may lag sometimes with occasional glitches. Slightly pricier than the more budget friendly alternatives in the market.

Pros: It does exactly what it’s designed to do: accurate time tracking, expense logging, project management, and quick invoice generation with customizable templates.

Cons: A few things I wasn't a fan of are: populating clients, matters, tasks, and billing info takes manual steps that feel repetitive, especially up front.

Pros: Great value for money, data eas secured, billing was alway correct, helped with scheduling alot and i will recommend again

Cons: Billing and payment needed to be configured everytime, which required alot of resource and delayed workflow

Pros: Bill4Time is intuitive, reliable, and streamlines billing for busy professionals perfectly. Its also considered a very reliable tool.

Cons: Bill4Time has a bit of an outdated interface and occasional slowdowns which makes it frustrating to use sometimes.

Pros: I love Bill4time as it is intuitive and economical. It replaced an expensive Timeslips subscription I was looking at and is wonderful and easy to use.

Cons: I wish the expenses could have an entry memorized that fills in, such as "Copies" so I did not have to type every time, but hopefully that will get addressed.

Pros: I like that my billing program and file data program are available and I can manage my law practice with this program without having to spend a fortune

Cons: Calendar needs default to "all users", contacts needs a search feature, Calendar needs to show more entries before going to "show more" additional, Client needs a way to show entire address with email address for posting into emails and letters, Payments needs a way to post retainer payments without an invoice for the same. Invoices are too difficult to amend in mass so using drafts to do billing leaves ability to clean up wording and move to other clients.

Pros: The app for small devices. It makes it very convenient to enter time while away from the computer, like traveling or court hearings, etc.

Cons: Honestly, I liked everything about Bill4Time. I can't think of anything that was difficult or frustrating. Great program.

Pros: Easy to use. Always at my elbow because it is on line.

Cons: Sometimes generating invoices can get tricky.

Pros: Easy to use, helps me keep in track with expenses and time spent in each client, organized.

Cons: Phone application does not let you do similar features and tasks as in the computer.

Pros: It made it easier to bill my customers and make invoices

Cons: It was a little confusing at first but after a while I got it

Cons: User interface is not intuitive and is hard to use for a non-accountant. Looks like it was designed by engineers, not users

Pros: App, which allows me to add time anywhere. Relatively easy to use - intuitive. Easy payment system and reasonable fees.

Cons: Cannot add credit card fees directly to the invoice at time of customer payment. Retainer invoices are complicated. Cannot set up to use multiple sub-contractors without getting multiple licenses. This is very expensive, especially when you only sporadically use different subs.

Pros: Simplicity of Interface and User Friendly

Cons: Dashboard can be overwhelming until you use product.

Pros: User friendly, and customer service is excellent

Cons: Tracking time - it would be helpful if it would summarize hours showing non bill, and overtime

Pros: Easy to use and makes invoicing clients easy
