Overall, a very comfortable experience. The support service has been very helpful, as have the monthly meetings which provide more information about the interface. But overall, I'm very pleased with the system.
Pros: the convenience it offers for handling operations in general, shceduling works easy and very smoothly
Cons: I have no complaints about that; I find it very comfortable and easy to work with field routes since its interface seems very interactive to me.

Pros: FieldRoutes has a lot of great features. Their API and Triggers in particular make it easy to pull custom reports or to integrate our other software. It has a good map view scheduling option that has helped us reduce drive time between jobs. It makes it very easy to keep track of customers and leads, asset management has improved because of that, and the UI is overall user-friendly. We've never had any security issues which has been great. And the value for what we pay is a lot better than our previous software.
Cons: Invoices are not as customizable as we would like. This makes it difficult to accommodate particular customer requests. Likewise, it is difficult to get a hold of the customer support at times, sometimes never hearing a response to emails. Reporting is likewise very limited in the fields that can be pulled. This has forced us to resort to utilizing API to pull reports that should be native.

Overall good experience once the initial hick ups were resolved and the team was familiar with the way it works
Pros: Info at reach of a click, dashboard is really helpfull to see the overall performance at a financial level, kpis and tech level.
Cons: support is not as easy to reach and ask for a lot of information before getting help with a ticket but once pass that, help is quick

The transition from our old software provider was not easy but the overall experience w/FieldRoutes has been positive.
Pros: My favorite feature of FieldRoutes are the various tools to assist me w/scheduling, routing, & invoicing. This program assists me with all of my professional responsibilities as a CSR.
Cons: The "training" leading up to switching over from ServeSuite was really poor. It was way too condensed, way too surface level & in my opinion should be taught by people who actively use the program not the folks that create the software.

overall, it was a hard program to learn but once you know what you're looking for its easy and very organized.
Pros: I like how organized it is easy to navigate. I like the options of text, call email that it provides easy ways to contact customers.
Cons: sometimes there are glitches in the system which makes it complicated when scheduling customers and appointments

FieldRoutes is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They are always there to answer to the phone and to help in any situation.
Pros: FieldRoutes has everything at our fingertips. The amount of information here to be able to learn daily its great.
Cons: There really isn't anything that I like least about FieldRoutes. However, there needs to be a way to print out a week in advance for each technician.

As a scheduler it generally is a very useful tool. The department works in a high paced environment and the recommended route pop up window slows us down.
Pros: Very capable application the allows the scheduling department to place services on routes in a generally efficient manner.
Cons: It is very laggy. The recommended routes pop up window is extremely aggravating for schedulers and slows down our process repeatedly. There should be an admin only option to turn the recommended routes pop up window on or off. Upgrades seem to happen without notice to the users of field routes and in the middle of the day the application can from time to time become unusable.

Since starting using FieldRoutes, I feel its ease of use and features makes it one of the best apps for the industry.
Pros: Ease of use, features, asset management, scheduling. Used for many years in the pest control industry.
Cons: I don't do anything on the back end of fieldroutes but I'm sure it's just as easy to use as the app.

Overall, Field Routes is a better option than Pest Pac. Pest pac had some good features however, field routes have a bigger potential once all of the features are activated.
Pros: Scheduling and features make my job easier to manage my Teams. Well Done! The mobile app is easier to read and work with than pest pac.
Cons: The floating re-schedule screen isn't needed. It gets in the way so I have to move it each time. It should be minimized at the very least.

Though I have only used FR for the CRM side things (not much of the sales side) I have to say they have been great! I am able to set up customer payments the way the customer, and company, want and the system take care of the rest. Because this isn't the first CRM I've used, there a few quirks I hate, but they are meaningless unless you are used to the same that I am. Overall, I recommend any pest company to try them out and see for yourself.
Pros: FR has been pretty easy for us to use. Getting someone new trained quickly on both office and mobile is a breeze with Knowledge base at your fingertips. Support has always been on the ball to answer and help when something isn't explained fully. They have also walked us through a few things.
Cons: All contracts have had to be made off site and uploaded by you as the cost to have them integrated is a bit extreme considering. The acct. status for each customer was something I had to get use to. Learning that somethings mean the same thing but in different ways, is a little confusing when setting up customers or reading reports.

Very satisfied with customer service. Some things are a little hard to learn but overall everything is so much better than my previous software.
Pros: Everything is better than Pest Pac. Very user friendly. Easy to use and navigate. Scheduling is a breeze
Cons: Still a learning curve a year later. Customer services is great at answering questions in a timely mannet

So far my overall experience has bee great. I would highly recommend this program over the ones that I have used in the past.
Pros: It is a very easy program to use at an affordable price. Ease to communicate with customers and to update accounts.
Cons: I really have not had too many issues so far. Just learning a new program can sometimes be a little challenging.

Pros: The secure payments, the variety of usage I can get out of it. Many apps/tools all in one place. The extra features, the stat tracking, the competitions, the support, the simplicity and just all of it. My company runs very smoothly because of this app.
Cons: Quite expensive for small companies, I've been a small company, under 500 customers for a fee years now, and it's costing me about $364/mo. I wish they had smaller company package pricing.

so far the experience has been really good. I highly recommend it to anyone I know that used the same previous crm we used. It's a big improvements in the majority of areas that a good crm should be good at.
Pros: Customer support, features, invoicing, scheduling. It does all of those things VERY well. Specially the scheduling! There's so many options to schedule jobs, it's nuts!
Cons: no job costing, and no internal map measuring, the estimates are not very customizable AFTER you set them up. Makes it hard for custom, one-off jobs.

We have invested a lot of time building workarounds because we rely on FieldRoutes heavily. However, these limitations are creating extra administrative work, slowing down reporting, and making it harder to make fast operational decisions. I would appreciate help understanding which of these issues have existing solutions, which are on the product roadmap, and which ones FieldRoutes does not currently plan to support.
Pros: The most I can say about FieldRoutes is that it gets the job done as long as we use the workarounds we have built.
Cons: In general, the biggest frustration is that FieldRoutes is our core operational system, but many of the things we need to run the business well require external tools. We are not trying to overcomplicate our workflow; we are trying to get reliable access to the data and visibility that should support scheduling, dispatching, reporting, customer retention, and technician performance.

It hit or miss, somedays it runs great and some days it doesn't. I wish there was intro to using the software classes so that new users can learn and train and use it to its full ability. There are also a lot of restrictions for business use, whether its billing, color coding, note capacity.
Pros: I like the rescheduling aspect of it, it makes relocating jobs a lot easier. The different ways to see how routes can be scheduled to maximize efficiently.
Cons: On map scheduling, it would be nice to have the ability to assign techs colors, so its easy to look at their routes. The lagging when moving appointments has been problematic. There is also no really good manual for a 100% new person that's never used field routes they can reference for training. I feel like I am not utilizing the software as much as I could due to lack of training information for new users.

Some billing issues, great Cust Service, very good reporting, need to work on the bundle packaging to improve this area for selling.
Pros: System was easy to learn, operate and train on. Fairly good value compared to other CRM's that are out there.
Cons: A lot of little things such as timing out within an hour of use and being forced to sign back in. Very annoying. Termite program needs a lot of work and improvement to run more efficiently. Onboarding was terrible. Happy to elaborate with someone on that in a full conversation if you are interested.

Pros: very user friendly for me and the customers, it takes all the guess work out of it for me, it saves me money on a secretary right now until i grow the business
Cons: there isn't much i didn't like about it except how i can't change customers email in the app, i will create the customer in the app and if the email is wrong i have to wait to get on the computer to fix it, but that is it

Pros: I really like that Field Routes is very easy to navigate. The features provided are easy to learn and the mobile app is very intuitive.
Cons: One minor thing that I disliked was attempting to schedule something for an entire day. I wish there was a quicker way to schedule a technician's entire work day with one click.

Once you know where things are, they system is great. You as the user have to know how to get the info.
Pros: Scheduling. Allows us to optimize as we scale in a busy sales season. Pulling Reports off of almost any field and the 60% rule
Cons: Wish widgets where based on contract value and not included 60% rule. Wish there where stock Standard reports. Least thing...I wish each tech has a color assigned to them and it never changed. FYI I love the 60% rule

We have had this program for many years. The transition from our previous program to FieldRoutes was seamless. Everything transferred over amazing.
Pros: This program makes day-to-day pest control operations so smooth and easy. From scheduling to billing.
Cons: There is really not anything I don't care for. Sometimes the program freezes, but I usually attribute that to internet connection.
