The team have worked with us on a few issues including pinpointing exact addresses. We love the addition of the day notes and look forward to future developments in the software.
Pros: Easy to use format, manageable for the guys to understand and it’s tailored to our industry. Great to keep the guys organised and on track and also pickup the loose jobs that sometimes don’t get billed for. It’s been invaluable in justifying costs in our fixed price maintenance system because the data speaks for itself. Would be great to link up with a customer portal so keep them in the loop and also allow requests but again perhaps I’ve not explored those avenues in the software as yet
Cons: Could have a slightly clearer day list when you have multiple teams. Is there an option to only show certain crews so it’s not as busy. We’d also love a news feed showing the pictures and works from the day. It would help me keep adrift of information added instead of having to dig into each job. We’d also quite like an auto track feature which would save us having the van tracking or even work alongside it.

I began with high hopes, and the team haven't let me down yet.They welcome ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Pros: Logical to use, useful features, simplest invoicing, easy access to schedules for employees/contractors. Real time information.
Cons: A little pricey but nothing matches it. Unused text messages are not carried over. I typically run out of text in the lst few days of the month.If I buy another 100, they are lost when the new month starts.

Fantastic product couldn't recommend it enough. My business would be lost without it. Easy to use and easy to connect with Xero.

Pros: Route optimisation/ repeat visits for clients, ability to forecast time and earnings. Reasonable price good support from service team
Cons: Inability to tag clients as recurring, lack of data insights, can be clunky to manage larger number of jobs/ clients, currently automatically opening Google maps instead of offering Waze..

In over 15 years in the industry, Sortscape is the best support team I have come across. The team is invested in the system, and generally care about their clients.
Pros: Sortscape is constantly developing their system and taking on board suggestions to make running a business easier. It's great for all crews from a single operator to a multi-crew, multi-divison business which we now have. The routing system allows me to organise jobs to minimise drive time, the mapping system allows me to see all jobs for the week and the areas for optimisation, and I love the fact that I can move an entire day with a single click, and send quotes/invoices from point of contact. The support is second to none, and I have spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours trialling systems to find a solution for our business before landing on Sortscape.
Cons: Overall, it's a great system; every time I find something not working or suggest an improvement, it's fixed. It's not as customisable as some of the other systems out there, but the run management outdoes this small point.

It serve the purpose. Better then other CRM software in markets in terms of money.using since last 3 years.
Pros: Sortscape UI is very good.in lawn care software route optimization is must which is includedd in basic and premium. Many lawncare software does not include in basic plans.
Cons: Only limited two way text messages included. If need more then user has to pay extra. Unlimited text message should be included.

I almost left this year to another CRM, and did some research and realised I just hadn't discovered all the features on sortscape. I stayed.
Pros: Very functional scheduling, messaging, moving of jobs etc. It definitely feels like it's built for my work and understands it.
Cons: TBH nothing. I've had features I wished existed and have messaged the team and they've since been added.

I like it. It is clear if used correctly and any missing entries are easily noticeable when downloading the entries. Property information is clear.
Pros: Clear and easy to enter information both on site and from the office to manage all jobs from soft, hard landscaping and maintenance. Good value for money. [sensitive content hidden] is quick to respond to any questions or issues
Cons: There is not much I don't like but as a back office user it may be different for those entering their jobs and hours each day. The only issue sometimes is network availability but this is not really a SS issue and more the network supplier

Great to work with employees find it good to access at anytime during the day and can take photos before and after
Pros: Access to the program along with employees having access during the day at any time along with keeping records
Cons: None that come to mind at the moment it is linked with zero and updates good too adding new clients with the same name need to add a character

Fantastic. I was trying to keep my schedule with my icalendar and I kept missing appointments . Now I can foresee issues and my customer happiness and my reliability has gone up
Pros: Excellent value for a scheduling , texting, notification and tracking software. Love the integration with my quick books . I don’t have to enter a customer twice . I don’t miss appointments anymore and my customers are updated the day before I mow the property. I enter what each job costs and I can take a quick look for the week or month as to what I will be making that month.
Cons: I wish there was a way that I could have blocked scheduling . Morning , noon, and evening let’s say.

Sortscape is a purpose built software platform/app with so many features for the lawn care/gardening industry. Very reasonably priced for what you get. I can't imagine running my business without Sortscape. A can imagine how beneficial it will be as my business grows.
Pros: Sortscape is easy to get started and has so much useful tools to help maintain and run a mowing business. Local (AUS) support is awesome with an intuitive Ai assistant. There's also a super helpful facebook user group that has some excellent contributors. Map view is excellent for job planning. Always adding new features, direct from user requests.
Cons: I'd like to see a better reporting dashboard. There was a small glitch with a page loading. This was swiftly rectified. There's so much more that I can use.

Great the support staff when I was setting up A grade. Soft ware better than anything else I've used.
Pros: Easy to use and helps my staff member to get from job to job as he doesn't read or write . I can also see where he has been after each job . Great scheduler as well .
Cons: Moving jobs on phone app to place in order is slow and could be improved . Cost a little more than other apps but you get what you pay for.

Game changing. I was using other apps, they would go out of business or limit my options. The price was always increasing, but with this app you get a lot for a valued price.
Pros: The ability to keep up with my schedule without having to use paper. It is literally like having a secretary, as it keeps me informed to what’s due and completed.
Cons: Nothing the app is absolutely incredible. It offers what I need as a landscape business to complete my day.

Pros: It keeps my business running smoothly and keeps jobs on track. Is is rather easy to get new employees up to speed, too!
Cons: Honestly, not much. One thing I wish it was capable of having different hourly rates for different clients.

It's the most useful admin tool we've purchased. It saves time, keeps better records. It costs a bit. If I was to downsize from my current outfit I might not be able to afford it
Pros: It's tailored to a gardening business Help is quick and individual needs are met It's easy to use both on laptop and phone
Cons: Not a like least it's a thought: I'd love to be able to link with an inventory of supplies which varies as I buy things for clients. At the moment we use OneNote to keep track of supplies, markup etc but I need to transfer info (this may be more of a Xero thing)

Very happy with the overall service and will recommend to anyone who is in the garden maintenance industry.
Pros: Great value for money and they are very helpful. If we ever have an issue they are so willing to help and go the extra mile.
Cons: Messaging service. Low limited amount of characters on a message. Meaning that it gets split between a number of texts.

10/10 I recommend it to all my colleagues and anyone who is just starting their own small business. I spent years doing invoices manually using other apps and it was a nightmare.
Pros: Everything! It has completely changed the way I do admin.. it's very affordable, easy to navigate and learn how to use the software. Makes invoicing a breeze.
Cons: That I didn't start using it sooner! It was my least favourite part of running my business, doing admin etc now it's so simple.

Overall good. The help chat is very good and if it can’t answer you then your enquiry goes through to a liver person. Most issues are sorted quickly.
Pros: It’s easy to use and get used to. Once you have spent some time learning the software, the app is quite intuitive. It’s easy to look back on previous visits and after a few adjustments, it has become an essential tool for both admin and gardeners on the road
Cons: There were some timing issues when we first started using the app. Also the crew naming can be a bit confusing at times

The app is great and has help us move from paper to electronic recording easily. I would recommend the app to any small company looking for an easy routing solution.
Pros: The ease of use and monthly pricing is what I most like about SortScape. I have older foreman that I was concerned would not like going to digital but it was an easy transition from paper.
Cons: I would like the ability for the foreman to list the labor onsite. Currently it only allows for the employees using the app to be listed. Our labor does not have access to the app so there are times I have to ask or guess how many laborers that crew had on a certain day.

Pros: Easy to use and set up runs. Has all the features we need to set up for for the staff and contact the customers.
Cons: No easy way to refresh the app from a mobile phone. When I make changes the staff don’t always see them.

For the past 2 years i have been using this app with a few glitches at the start but app builder helped fix the issues and has been amazing since. Just needs to have out of range usage. Where is dose not need to reload if you have crappy service of worker has no credit.
Pros: Makes life so much easier. Sorting jobs and having them text the client. The app is just amazing in so many ways.
Cons: Not being able to automatically use when we go out of service. Wish it would save the jobs for the week so if service drops out its still used the same till it sinks up.

Happy overall with the functionality of the app - I believe the developers truly want to make it better and better & are looking for ways to do this.
Pros: Have been really happy with the way the SortScape team have responded to feedback and made the time to develop new features suggested by users. Adding in the service reports has been a game changer!
Cons: Mobile app performance issues on older devices. Sometimes certain functions and buttons do not respond the first time.

Amazing always can get support and help the videos and tips through ai support make it easy to figure things out if needed
Pros: Saves me heaps of time and is soo easy for all employees to use. Love the optimisation of the route . Invoicing integration with Xero
Cons: Price per user would be better than 5 or ten for example if I have 6 . Would be great if you can pay per user

Amazing, makes me want to work with the software as opposed to being a drag and adding admin work. The onsite team loves the app, and so useful in so many ways for our structural landscaping and garden maintenance business.
Pros: Besides the amazing functionality, and user friendly phone app, I love the dedication of the support team. I have asked multiple questions throughout the 4 years we have been using sortscape and they have made changes to address my tickets and questions. Cannot recommend the team or software/app highly enough.
Cons: Does not link up with Xero Projects yet, but the team is great and I'm sure if multiple people ask about it they can get it linked up.

It's simple to use, has all the features I need and keeps me organised. Also notifies me of any incompleted work.
Pros: Great for organising the day, recalling past jobs and map features are handy. Also like the cross platform for mobile and desktop.
Cons: Sometimes it seems to be bandwidth hungry in the mobile app for android. I am unable to think of anything else.
