Pros: The user interface was nice and kept all important information right on the front page when logging in.

Cons: I can't think of anything that would be qualified as a dislike while using Mentorcliq. It was a very wasy tool to use.

Pros: It is very easy to use. It does not require a lot of time per day and it is a great way to follow-up mentee/mentor relationship.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about MentorcliQ- reminders are sent but not too often, which is good. So nothing to add here.

Pros: Easy to use interface. Clear tracking of mentoring program. And email reminders to stay on top of the program tracking.

Cons: I don’t have anything particular I would say that I don’t like about MentorcliQ. My experience so far has been positive.

Pros: The connection with another member of our multiple sites that I would never normally cross paths with or have the opportunity to meet.

Cons: The check ins on the site were a little hard to navigate at first, however once I understood the breakdown of milestone recordings, it was a breeze.

Pros: The the training provided was excellent, nice short videos to watch and the ease of use made the experience of being a new mentor much easier.

Cons: None, the learning curve for new mentors of a New College Graduate (NCG) like me was sped up greatly with the training provided

Pros: Goal-Oriented Mentoring The use of SMART goals and partnership agreements helps participants stay focused and intentional. The Partnership Agreement Completed outlines expectations, boundaries, and career progression goals, which mentees found motivating and actionable

Cons: Time Commitment Expectations The program recommends 30-minute monthly meetings, but some mentors and mentees found it difficult to maintain consistency due to workload or scheduling conflicts. This was discussed during the IT PMCoP meeting on 11/15/2023, where barriers to participation were openly acknowledged.

Pros: UI which is intuitive and to the point, which makes everything easy to track and monitor. A robust platform that meets its objectives, overall a great tool for talent development at scale.

Cons: Nothing other than it would be nice to have more configurable matching criteria beyond personality surveys.

Pros: I liked its ease of getting it set up and use, and also its flexibility. It offers various tips for mentoring groups which are invaluable when meeting new people internally.

Cons: I think it could have tools for better guided discussions. It has a lot of tips, but that makes it hard to know where to start. I think it could have a better option for specifying work location. One group I was a part of was all on-site. The other was across 3 locations, so we had to meet virtually.

Pros: MentorcliQ is a helpful platform for finding a mentor and keeping track of a workplace mentoring relationship.

Cons: The mentor list was not up to date at the time of matching, which required that the matching be re-run.

Pros: Very easy to sign on and use overall. The matching was detailed and truly met the parameters I was hoping it would. And absolutely no glitches or interface issues thus far.

Cons: I’ve had very minimal use overall with the tool, so it would be inaccurate to give many critiques. For me personally, there are no issues. But potentially others with different needs may see differently.

Pros: The tool is very easy to use, it requests only the required data to follow-up the progress of the mentorship and it contains helpful resources.

Cons: You only have access to the section defined by your company, and in my case they are very limited, so I always wonder if there is something else from the tool (or resources from other programs) that I could be missing.

Pros: Great structure and guidance for having meaningful mentorship conversations. Lots of resources to utilise to make relationships more impactful. Helps mentor and mentee to get the most out of their relationship.

Cons: A lot of the meetings and workshops were all US based timezones so would be nice to have some workshops for Southern Hemisphere in the future.

Pros: This tool really help keep me on track as a mentor, keeping the key items in focus for my mentee. The ease of use of the application, really enhanced my experience with the engagement and improved the overall outcome.

Cons: It could have used more interactions within the application between the Mentee and Mentor to help provide additional insights on what is and is not working.

Pros: What I liked most about MentorcliQ was the incredible precision used to match me with my mentor—we were in sync from the very beginning, which made the experience both impactful and enjoyable.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about MentorcliQ. Every part of the experience was positive, from start to finish.

Pros: It’s simple and clear. I find it good way to connect with the distant team members and understand their way of task management.

Cons: Less time to be in touch and bit of a rush to get the program completed. Overall good experience but can improve in this area.

Pros: MentorcliQ is a great platform for building and maintaining a positive mentor/mentee relationship and tracking progress.

Cons: I had no issues using the MentorcliQ platform. It was very user friendly for both the mentor and the mentee.

Pros: Ease of connecting with others in the business to align myself with my goals and the skills they posses.

Cons: That at current, it doesn't allow integration with Microsoft teams/outlook for meeting creation and capturing time.

Pros: I had never used a mentorship program before and was curious about how it could help my persona and career development. MentorcliQ was a great introduction to the benefits of having a mentor.

Cons: I think that some of the features could be improved. The matchmaking criteria could be refined for better alignment between mentor and mentee backgrounds rather than just using the personality matching criteria.

Pros: Outstanding mentoring platform that makes it easy to design, launch, and manage structured mentoring programs at scale. Its support for various formats, including 1:1, group, and reverse mentoring, makes it flexible for diverse organizational needs.

Cons: One drawback of MentorcliQ is that its user interface can feel somewhat outdated and unintuitive, especially for first-time users. While the platform offers powerful features, the layout and navigation can initially be overwhelming, requiring a learning curve to become fully comfortable.

Pros: Very easy to use! I also loved the automated reminders that I received through email - this allowed me to meet our mentor program milestones and remain engaged throughout the year!

Cons: I had a great experience using this tool and do not have any specific negatives to share. I plan to participate in our next mentoring session.

Pros: My favorite things about MentorcliQ are its ease of use and the fact that it matches mentees and mentors based on multiple criteria.

Cons: I think the mentor/mentee matching system would be even better if it included more questions in determining matches.

Pros: Its ease of use and that it allowed you to facilitate mentorship meetups and track process throughout the process.

Pros: My company is quite big and MentorCliq helps to identify the individuals who can align with your goals. This was big time saver for me and also to form the community within the company to innovate faster and better.

Cons: Nothing big as such, but I thing the interface can be improved. We can have some more questions to understand the requirement of goals.
