Qooper

Pros: I like being able to see other members of my team. The ability to meet with and keep track of notes in a clean fun manner.

Cons: Allowing the website to be more customized for the company. Right now it gives you their suggestions and tells you to check with organization about their directions. Would be better if that could just have the organizations meeting suggestions.

Pros: I appreciated that the model is set up to be driven by the mentee. This allows for more ownership and buy in from the individual being mentored while also allowing them to be in charge of their success.

Cons: At first it was a little difficult to navigate and I didn't quite understand about the training videos, but they did help to explain the process...be sure to check out the training videos right away.

Pros: Qooper provides timely notifications that continue to develop your mentoring relationship. They have helpful tips and guides so that the relationship doesn’t become stale. Additionally, the help makes things trackable and actionable increasing transparency

Cons: Some aspects of the software was not as intuitive. I accidentally advanced a goal before I meant to and couldn’t revert it. I started a new goal but works have liked to update the other’s status.

Pros: Qooper offers smart mentor matching, easy goal tracking, user-friendly design, strong communication tools, and effective career development support for participants.

Cons: Qooper’s mobile app needs improvement, setup can feel complex, limited customization options, unclear pricing, and calendar integration could be smoother.

Pros: It makes my mentorship program with Npower a lot more organized. my mentorship has not started yet but i can tell this system is going to be a great asset in scheduling and other things.

Cons: I havent disliked anything about Qooper yet. I havent had any problems thus far. MAybe make the font a little bit bigger

Pros: Very resourceful and creative. I am excited to learn more. The platform alone is very clean and the links for resources are very nice and full of information.

Cons: Nothing necessarily. Everything has been pleasant. The only think I would say is having Videos to present for visual learners to access links and resources.

Pros: Qooper is incredibly user-friendly! The matching service for the mentorship program is a great tool and very easy to follow.

Cons: There is nothing negative to say about Qooper! This platform is incredibly seamless and a great user experience.

Pros: The platform is easy to use and makes it simple to connect with mentors and manage sessions. I liked the structured tools for communication and scheduling, which kept everything organized.

Cons: Sometimes the interface feels a bit slow, and it can take a few clicks to get where you need to. A little more flexibility in customization would make it even better.

Pros: It offers a user-friendly and well-integrated solution for structured mentorship programs. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for both mentors and mentees to navigate, while the smart matching algorithm ensures meaningful pairings based on goals and interests.

Cons: The mobile experience, while functional, lacks some of the flexibility of the desktop version. File sharing within the messaging system is limited, which can hinder resource exchange.

Pros: The Qooper app is great for those serving as a mentor and mentee, It really helps you connect. This is our second year using the platform.

Cons: I would like to see an interactive course. Something with questions and answers or some illustrations where you can click and move to another item.

Pros: ease of creation and navigation, the template has a color that is appealing making navigation easy, all the links are didactic and easy to use

Cons: The linked pages are slow to upload maybe it is my internet, the mentoring link uploads slowly, there are some difficulties obtainning certifications of completion

Pros: Recently became a Mentor and was assigned my first mentee and so far, this platform had been extremely easy to use and pretty self-explanatory.

Cons: Currently the only dislike is the "Unknown". Since I am new to using it, I am unsure of the steps or the functionality.

Pros: Using it for the RWJBH Mentorship Program, it appears to be very easy to navigate and to move through the modules using this platform. As I dive in deeper I will be able to assess it further.

Cons: I had a slight hiccup implementing certain parts of it, but so far it seems to have been worked out!

Pros: I love the structure of Qooper. The program is user friendly and easy to follow. Being able to integrate with outlook is a plus.

Cons: There is nothing least that I can say about using Qooper. So far, the platform by far, exceeds my expectations.

Pros: Love the layout. I became an expert user very quickly. The educational tips are easy to access and providing excellent information to make my mentoring journey a success. I found the implementation process very smooth.

Cons: No cons. I have not found any issues with the app that I would describe as a con. keep up the good work.

Pros: The mentorship program is great. This is my first time being an official mentor for someone and I want to do a great job. The learning section has been great for helping me organize my meetings with my mentee and making sure I'm asking her thought provoking questions.

Cons: Nothing. I have not found anything that I do not like about the Qooper platform. It is easy to navigate.

Pros: Various options which help in my growth within BASF.

Cons: Overwhelming opportunities. Not used to help being readily available.

Pros: I like that it is a separate messaging platform that provides a level of security and privacy separate from regular text messaging.

Cons: I can't insert a pdf or a web link to a message.

Pros: It is an innovative platform and with a lot of features. It is one “stop shop” concept. Here i liked the training modules. Also, the notification system which reminds me what i need to accomplish.

Cons: Booking of meetings in my calendar can be better synchronized

Pros: I love how easy this is to use. We use Qooper for our Colleague Resource Group. This platform makes it easy to network and connect with colleagues in our company from around the globe.

Cons: I haven't found anything I dislike just yet.

Pros: Platform is well done! Expecting great results from my buddy!!!
