Pros: The platform is easy to use, well organized, and professional, making practice efficient and straightforward.

Cons: There was nothing I disliked about uLawPractice. I found the platform well designed, reliable, and effective, and I did not experience any issues or limitations while using it.

Pros: [sensitive content hidden]! she is wonderful, patient, supportive, and always ready to help. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference. Highly recommended.

Cons: One aspect I did not like about the system is its overall complexity. Many steps need to be completed manually, and the platform does not always provide intuitive guidance or automation. This can make the process time-consuming and occasionally frustrating, especially for new users.

Pros: uLaw is easy to use and the subscription cost is low. Learning the product can be done via YouTube, uLaw Answers or contacting support. In addition, uLaw provides weekly CPD webinar featuring various topics including how-to prepare for the Law Society audit.

Cons: I find the transactions are slow to upload. This is the reason I'm giving the product a four-stars rating.

Pros: The practice management, document generation and the compliance. I also love the idea of virtual verification.

Pros: I love how user-friendly and intuitive uLaw Practice is. It makes managing my practice so much more efficient.

Cons: To be honest, there hasn’t been anything I’ve disliked , the platform has supported my practice smoothly.

Pros: I have been using uLaw since I started my sole practice in Canadian immigration law about 7 years ago. A colleague was using it at the time and suggested I try it out. I am extremely happy with uLaw. To be clear, I hate accounting, but I knew that my practice is small enough where I could handle everything if I had the right tools. uLaw has proven to be the right tool for my accounting and bookkeeping needs. I keep it simple and uLaw allows me to do that without being overwhelmed by over choice or a confusing interface. I've had to contact customer service a number of times to figure out what reports are needed for taxes, HST return reviews, and law society compliance audits. Each time I've contacted customer service they have been very responsive and extremely helpful. They understand the product deeply and they understand my question, even when I'm not always sure exactly what I'm asking for.

Cons: Sometimes information populates in template forms a little oddly and sometimes invoices/receipts are a bit slow to generate/download.

Pros: I like that it is easy to navigate. I am new to this but I have found using it very easy.

Cons: What I like the least about this is the design.

Pros: I'm still new to Ulaw so I cannot immediately speak to its overall use but the customer support is top notch. I'm someone who needs his hand held when it comes to anything tech and trust me, the support at Ulaw is holding my hand through the process of familiarizing myself with the software.

Cons: I'm new to Ulaw and I'm just working my way through it. I haven't encountered any cons yet

Pros: I most love the free cpd workshops! so convenient and a huge get for the monthly price point, so helpful. I also like the lso compliance keeping, definitely helping with my start up. and i like the contact and matter management sections, very helpful in maintaining professionalism. Thank you!

Cons: it is a lot of expense for someone like me, in very early stages of my business. i have very minimal cases and making hardly any money, so it is a lot for me. but definitely competitive to market pricing.

Pros: My experience with uLawPractice has been excellent. This program has a number of features that I especially like. First off, managing my law firm is a snap because to the extensive and user-friendly tools. uLawPractice covers all part of my process, from case management and time tracking to billing and invoicing. I can easily access and manage customer information, track billable hours, and create correct bills thanks to the user-friendly layout and efficient navigation. The connectivity with other legal platforms and applications also streamlines my procedures and gives me time back. It's also important to emphasize uLawPractice's top-notch client service. The personnel is receptive, competent, and constantly available to help with any queries or problems that may come up.

Cons: Although I've had a good overall experience with uLawPractice, there are a few things that might be done better. The learning curve for the program is one part that I found a little difficult. It took me some time to completely comprehend and use all the features and functionalities as a new user. Even though there are tools like tutorials and manuals accessible, I would have preferred a more user-friendly onboarding procedure to help me catch up more quickly.

Pros: I could not function without it. I can very quickly retrieve entries, check on revenue, check profit/loss, compare it to any prior period, run LSO compliance reports very easily. I like that it is a Canadian product and a good price compared to U.S. software. The HUMAN customer support, which is so lacking in other companies is indispensible. There is a lot to learn in ULaw and almost as much to go wrong when you are a beginner.

Cons: Lack of an indexed manual or menu paths for doing certain things.

Pros: My bookkeeper likes the way that the information is inputted.

Cons: I am learning about it. I could have used some assistance setting everything up.

Pros: Ability to track time for invoicing, billing purposes, Statements of Activity to indicate transparency to client

Cons: More flexibility is needed for templates, all indicating multiple people but not suitable for sole paralegal. Security features like two-step verification are odd given before you put code in you can see what should be confidential information. A Security Question similar to online banking would be better.

Pros: Complete software package for paralegal scope of practices. Keeps you and your files within the law society guidelines. Relieves any concerns if you are audited.

Cons: Some features were a little cumbersome in the earliest versions but now much improved.

Pros: Being able to consolidate my accounts, having different matters withing the same client.

Cons: its not visually pleasant but gets the job done

Pros: User Friendly and time saving, also helps to create new matters under the same matter.

Pros: The software is LSO compliant and therefore makes it easier to mange client files.

Cons: I do not have an item I least like to mention. This product satisfies all my needs a sole practitioner.

Pros: I love the ease of use and customer support

Cons: I feel as if low end users (those that bill less due to starting out or slow business) should be charged less per month and very busy users should pay a slightly higher price. This will make it easier for entry level practicioners

Pros: In a nut shell everything--as far as I am concerned it is tailor made for the legal profession especially for paralegals. It has the price point, tech support(fantastic by the way). They also conduct CPD's that are LSO accredited AT No Charge-which is worth the monthly fee right there.

Cons: It would be nice to have it integrated / synced with 1 note.

Pros: In theory, one can manage their entire practice using this software.

Cons: The counterintuitive nature of the software creates challenges when entering accounting data. Also, the feature to connect banks and to connect to outlook are faulty, so one has to go back and forth instead of doing everything Extensive training is required.
