Cons: Support is available through email or chat only, as phone support is not provided. In urgent situations involving a landlord or tenant, a Customer care phone number may be shared to help resolve the issue quickly

I used Hemlane a year ago and looking forward to try it again with a new property I have and hopefully I’ll have a great experience and continue using Hemlane
Pros: Usability ,and accuracy of data. The ability to be an out of state landlord. I have until now used a property management company.
Cons: I think Hemlane can be more affordable especially the complete version. Because the complete version, price wise is not far from using a regular property manager.

Very satisfied. I recommend it to any landlords. My rental property was in a different state and that wasn't even an issue.
Pros: I have used Hemlane for 2.5 years and am very satisfied with its features and services. When I became a first time landlord, Hemlane was a life saver as it streamlined the entire process from advertising to communication with potential renters, background checking, maintenance setup, and all the way to payment setup. The fee is very reasonable too. I can't think of another alternative as I found the services by typical property management teams are extremely overpriced. Their customer service is super good and reliable. Especially, Lacey was very helpful, going extra mile explaining to me about some complex new features that I couldn't understand quickly. I would recommend Hemlane to anyone who's looking for an alternative to typical property management. This should be the new norm of property management!
Cons: Nothing at the moment. I didn't use their repair service coordination because I could handle it with my home warranty myself (only a few cases).

The website is easy to use. I felt safe putting in personal information with there security features.
Pros: The customer service is great good value for money. The website has good features and good security when adding personal information.
Cons: I don't have any bad thing to say. It was mainly easy contacting customer service with my problem. The only bad thing I have to say is I waited longer than I wanted for a response.

Pros: This is the best property management software that I have ever used, and the learning curve is very manageable.
Cons: The process for splitting payments can be a little clunky to setup, but the support helped walk me through everything

Good thus far. Happy with them Im the beginning process of applying. Didnt feel pressured or helpless with the application process.
Pros: Easy streamline process for applying. Felt like i wasn't just another dollar for them to earn. It made me feel human.
Cons: Had issues originally uploading documents. They helped me troubleshoot and now i have no further issues.

Very good. all work is orchestrated nicely, the teams are good and the platform is just great. I like it.
Pros: Great platform to manage your tenants from A to Z. very effective and easy to use. it is also beating any PM- in pricing. the support team and the customer teams are just awesome!
Cons: I think that if it was able to replace also tax reporting in one tool it was even better, but it is still great as it is.

I have made a few requests that were needed to be fulfilled and it has always been efficient between communication and scheduling
Pros: The quick response from Customer support at anytime of the day. I have made multiple request that needed to be fulfilled and customer support scheduled veru quickly for maintenance. Pinata credit reporting is also a huge plus!
Cons: Not necessarily a con but an app for renter use would be helpful. Emails seem to be constant which tends to fill my email box up.

Overall, Hemlane has made it easy for me to scale to a number of properties I never thought was possible as a solo property manager with very little external support (no permanent staff, only one assistant). Hemlane handles the rest with ease.
Pros: The team is always listening to feedback and making constant improvements to the product to make it the best software it can be for its customers! It is easy to use and bugs are fixed quickly. Integrations with Plaid is seamless at this point, and the interface is easy for dummies and assistants to use.
Cons: If I had to put something here, it would be how many steps I have to take to retry a failed payment.

Pretty okay need better contact support but over all great they are helpful when you have issue with portal actual help with getting in contact with the right people id give 1 our of 10
Pros: support team is amazing they are very helpful with issues only think is they don’t really get you in contact with YOUR landlord they just give you information about how to work the portal
Cons: The lack of communication from landlord to tenant no return call or message in 2 months and nothing they do have a 15 dollar a day late fee that’s climbs high

Pros: Value, ease of use, interface works well on phone too. Great for self service prop management tracking. We have a team and work orders can get assigned. Rent collection is a breeze - why pay a PM 7-10% to collect your rent when you can automate it here.
Cons: Accounting interface could use some work - ease of tagging, reductions of duplicates from system and bank, ease of integration with systems such as stessa

Cons: Sometimes the website is a bit slow to uses, I wish that under my zillows ads it lists my brokage instead of hemlane.

Pros: The 24-hour response team provided excellent support, addressing any questions I had about the platform promptly. The software itself was user-friendly, allowing me to easily create team members and manage their access levels effectively. This feature enhanced my overall experience by providing both flexibility and control.
Cons: Overall, I had a positive experience with Hemlane and appreciated many of its features. However, I found the Tenant pay chart to be quite perplexing, as it was missing several key details that left me feeling uncertain. Additionally, the platform currently lacks the functionality for lease signing, which is a notable drawback. It would be incredibly helpful to have the option to save a lease template within Hemlane, allowing tenants to sign it directly through the platform. This would eliminate the need to draft a new lease for digital signing each time, streamlining the process for everyone involved.

It’s been amazing I been using it since 2020 I believe and zero complaints, if I call your customer support I always get a nice a friendly person and I been getting good help from Carlos very helpful

Hemlane was the best thing I could have done for my very small rental business. Has been very helpful.

Overall, we are so glad to have one place to handle all things property management. We love that they even help in posting vacancies, providing templates, etc.
Pros: I love that all contact and payments with tenants is housed in one place. It really streamlines the process and has ease of use.
Cons: We have had issues attaching our bank account to platform. We have felt a bit ignored by the staff as we have tried to fix the issue. Customer support could have improvement.
