Pros: They have revamped their app since the last I used it and everything is pretty clear to access. Simple and clean design.
Cons: Currently, not much I dislike about Condo Control. If there is one thing, it would be that the main home page scrolls a little when it is not needed but it does not pose much of an inconvenience, just a slight UI issue.

We have been using CC for a little over a year and it's been a great change from expensive and ineffective management companies
Pros: Condo Control has helped us with more efficient and cost effective property management of our HOA. We are able to communicate directly and quickly with our owners.
Cons: We don't like the inability to allow for quarterly dues payments or to have our accounting integrated.

I have had a very positive experience from file management to accounts, to residents information. Its all in one place. Customer service is excellent.
Pros: Great learning Curve, fantastic tool for Property management and very secure. Its information at your fingertips.
Cons: There is nothing not to like about Condo Control. It is a one stop shop that provides everything one needs to manage condo corporations.

Pros: Condo Control is an excellent platform that is navigated with ease. I have no complaints with system bugs, and the tech support is top-notch! I prefer this platform over other similar platforms

Overall very good! Responses from the tech support team and our advisor ([sensitive content hidden]) are always super fast.
Pros: I like how intuitive it is. It is very easy to use most features with very little instruction. I enjoy using the report function, as there are so many things you can customize.
Cons: At some point there was an update that removed automatic paragraph spaces from announcement. Some workspaces have no paragraph spaces for service requests as well. You can copy/past the space manually but it is annoying if you have bullet spaces.

Good experience over 10+ years, overall we receive a good support within 24 hours via email. We consider to use other providers due to 20 - 30% cost savings in year.
Pros: Platform's layouts are easy navigating on all menus, great ideas to organizing CC tutorials, platform is reliable, customer friendly. Thank you [sensitive content hidden]!
Cons: Yearly cost that is currently higher than other Canadian providers. The CC team keeps changing and I never know who is our current representative for our portfolio.

Love using Condo Control, Very user friendly, great for owners and board to find information very easy.
Pros: Service Tickets, community announcements and file Library has been a great assess for Managers tracking and keeping the community update date.
Cons: The amenity booking calendar and the event calendar can be synced, and given the number of social events in our community, having them integrated would be extremely helpful from a management perspective. Owners tend to rely solely on the event calendar, and when they book through the amenity calendar without seeing a conflict, they assume their booking is automatically approved. If an event is already scheduled in the event calendar, that time should not appear as available in the amenity booking system. I understand this may not be feasible for all sites, but having the option to sync the two calendars would greatly reduce confusion and improve workflow

I have had a wonderful experience using Condo Control and I can't imagine a world managing condominiums without Condo Control.
Pros: I love the fact that we can use Condo Control to keep all of our files organized and ease of communication to the residents.
Cons: There is nothing that I don't like about Condo Control except maybe the price is a bit high because we have the full subscription.

Overall we rely on Condo Control. It works well for our condo community including board members, maintenance manager, owners and renters.
Pros: It works well overall for communication in our community. We use the posting of notifications regularly. Their customer service help is usually very swift and professional.
Cons: Sometimes a little tough to figure out how to do things. Could be streamlined how to add and subtract new board members, edit roles, etc.

Pros: The ability to track documents, service requests, tasks, etc. The platform is easy to learn and navigate, and provides a lot of useful features as both a unit owner, and a board member. I also like how our property managers, [sensitive content hidden] , set it up for us, so the cost is included in our PM fees making it a worthwhile investment.
Cons: I sometimes find that I do not receive the appropriate and necessary email updates when board tasks are created/updated. I can mitigate this by simply logging in regularly, but sometimes updates need to be made asap.

Cons: What I like least about Condo Control is that some sections feel outdated and require too many clicks to get to simple information. For example, navigating work orders or searching for past requests can be a bit time-consuming because the filters aren’t always intuitive and the layout isn’t as streamlined as it could be.

We are satisfied for now but with yhe automatic updates between condo control and connect nightly, unit information gets updated missing digits.
Pros: Looks and functionality of the site. Easy to use platform for the resident's. Easy to reach out for help. Resident postings section is great. Nightly updates help to ensure system functions with most recent information.
Cons: Being misslead about automatic booking cancellations when we previously asked when shopping around for a new resident platform.
