have been using entrata for 5 plus years and would recommend, and they also have a summit that is pretty awesome they really do appreciate their customers.
Pros: Easy and fun to use, pretty straight forward. I like how they are always keeping up with technology.
Cons: Affordable part could be more user friendly, I find myself having to do my own digging, but it is still easy to use

Pros: I think Entrata's current set-up makes it very easy to manage leases. The set-up correlates to steps in their processes.
Cons: The text message center. I wish our text message held onto the feed like our activity log does. The messages shouldn't disappear if someone on your feed has the availability turned on, especially if their not the one dealing with said prospect. We're all constantly doing the same things, so having to ask other employee what does some of these text say slows us down.

very easy to navigate and the reports are easy to pull , I love that right when you log into the dashboard you can see everything you need to do .
Pros: How user friendly the dashboard is. From the guest card to the move out, everything is very simplified.
Cons: There is really nothing that I don't like about Entrata. Everything is very simplified and the fact that you can pull up your occupancy right then and there is amazing.

Over all experience has been a pleasure. Every time that I have had to call customer service has been very efficient . The system is user friendly and easy to learn.
Pros: Entrada is very easy to navigate. The customer service department is amazing. They are always friendly and help in a timely manner as well as follow up to make sure we are good.
Cons: There really is not anything I do not like about Entrada. I have always had a good experience with the system as well as customer service

So far the experience has been rocky, but working through all the processes and finding who has authorization for which , and utilizing the text enjoinment to test out theories
Pros: Full visability on all tasks, from Prospects to residents and renewals. It's user friendly to navigate once you understand how it works. Easy to pull dates and track data. Customers questions and concerns are all logged in the profile making for easy tracking
Cons: Right now all departments are working out of one " contact needed " we are finding it challenging and wishing there was a way to separate the contacts needed by department ( Leasing, Tenant Relations and Maintenance )

overall a great tool. It pretty much does it all, as it relates to maintenance, turns, and preventative maintenance.
Pros: It is a tool for the the maintenance team and allows you to track progress throughout the work order.
Cons: At times the phone freezes up when adding pics to work order. It just slows down the process and is frustrating.

Have not taken a class to use Entrata. I have learned by trial and error. It is that easy to understand.
Pros: It is easy to navigate. When we need assistance it does not take long to get ahold of an actual person, I love that!
Cons: Maybe the new updates and everyone hates when it goes down occasionally. We cant complain when everything else is so great.

Overall, I like the system with Entrata, it is user friendly, especially for beginners. Great tutorials, and also self-explanatory so that I was able to click around and learn as I go very easily.
Pros: I like that Entrata is an organized system to keep track of incoming leads, and that we can track all communication with prospects and residents. Entrata has great security measures, so I feel safe using the system without complications.
Cons: I can't seem to figure out how to set up a follow up schedule with prospects. I have not yet tried to reach out to customer service, but I do believe if I did, I would get my answer.

Not work friendly. I think can be improve. Its so hard with some reports and rec's Its takes long time when there is a difference in rec's because of can't download with highlighted once. Reports also so hard to lean. not easy at all.
Pros: When running reports some details can get very easily. When doing bank reconciliations can see the details of AP & AR is perfect.
Cons: Some reports its so complicated how to download. Even to add things to reports so complicated. Bank rec's its so easy to click another transaction when checking and balancing . Can't downland with the clicked transactions to check. So difficult to check when there is a difference.

Pros: What I like most about Entrata is the customer service support. They are always very helpful and quick if you call in.
Cons: What I like least about Entrata is there are a lot of repetitive tabs, buttons, links and that documents to do not transfer with the lease transfers takes A LOT of time on our side to move over.

Excellent! Great team of people. Implementation was painful but we knew it would be. Some surprises that were not explained right however everything got worked through well. My main contact person [sensitive content hidden] is outstanding.
Pros: Ease of use. Also, the people who help us through issues are all first class. Great follow up from everyone.
Cons: Things changed from what we were told. And making changes to forms now is difficult as things we did not know, needs adjustments.

Cons: The system feels too restrictive, which can slow business growth. Security is very tight, making some tasks cumbersome. While secure, the platform can limit flexibility for business expansion. Strong security measures sometimes make workflows slower.

If I were to describe my overall experience using the Entrata interface, it would sound like “the Sky is the limit.”
Pros: The two step authentication processes before entering system. It’s very reliable and holds a high standard of operational performance within the estate arm.
Cons: Features to source out registered residents by preference. For example, it would be extremely strenuous for me to search for a client by vehicle.

Very positive! We have to use both Entrata and Yardi and I much prefer Entrata. It's easy to track leads as well as look at prior notes for residents profiles.
Pros: Ease of use. It's easy to find tabs regarding lead management and functions quickly. Resident portal is typically pretty easy to use in terms of finding documents, lease subjects, etc.
Cons: The ledger can sometimes be confusing to read regarding when things are subtracted or added. There's not much indication besides parentheses.

Overall, I have had a great experience with Entrata. It was very easy to learn coming from a different program with my last company.
Pros: The program is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and to teach others to use. I came from using a different software, but had no issues with the transition.
Cons: I do have issues sometimes with it glitching where I will be typing an email to a resident and when I hit send it is all of a sudden in another account and giving an error about the email.

It is a useful tool but needs some tweaks to make it easier and more user friendly. I like how you can add certain documents and if you have the approval, you can do a lot more.
Pros: I can keep track of leasing and write leases pretty easily. I like that it can connect to funnel and keep track of all my correspondence.
Cons: There is no holding section in the leads board. It would be really nice if there was a section where I could hold a lead, but not need to contact them each day. I want to be able organize the lead board in a certain way.

Overall, it has been pretty helpful for completing my daily task as a leasing consultant. I like how it keeps you on top of your leads and shows you the lead source. Once you do the Entrata training its pretty much smooth sailing.
Pros: It's a pretty good tool for property management. I really like using the advanced filters to find exactly what you are looking for. Also, making custom groups and sending mass text that uses each resident's name is a great feature. It makes it feel more personal.
Cons: Sometimes it feels a little over complicated to do simple things. Or find the location of the call tracker log or something of that sort. Or sometimes our text isn't delivered or received.
