Pros: It is super easy to use and has had a high success rate for us.

Cons: It is another program to implement and keep up with.

Pros: It's easy to use for employees as well as administrators and made tracking time for our company a breeze.

Cons: The accrual date can be a bit confusing if it is changed for the first week after the change occurs.

Pros: Built for Teams is very user friendly and organized.

Cons: The Built for Teams calendar sometimes causes issues when syncing with Microsoft Outlook.

Pros: The PTO portion has worked really well for our company. Before, one of our programmers had built our own internal system, it had bugs, became outdated and no longer helpful. Then, we were introduced to Built for Teams and it's worked great for years. If we've ever had an issue, the customer service has been quick to respond and help us resolve our question or situation.

Cons: It probably has some features we don't utilize.

Pros: The ease of keeping up with PTO for each team member

Cons: No real cons...I'm not sure we are fully utilizing the system, but we are happy with it as is currently being used.

Pros: Straightforward and intuitive way for our employees to track their time, which is especially needed in our creative environment.

Cons: Inability to customize our work weeks to begin on Fridays, which would align with our payroll processing. We offered to pay for this customization but are unable to get this change made.

Pros: Inexpensive, easy web system to use. Easy calendar and way to track PTO.

Cons: Has limited functionality. Cannot do a lot of things with blackout dates, cannot limit employees # from requesting PTO

Pros: Easy to use, good reporting, very affordable

Cons: Some reports are not intuitive (most are), and take a moment to learn. This may be more due to the once-a-year nature for those particular reports.

Pros: Everyone that has access can see and check

Cons: None that im aware of at this time .. maybe sharing the time off company wide

Pros: Setting up new employees is very easy. Adjustments to accruals, adding time off, and reviewing available hours is not complicated but still comprehensive.

Cons: The dropdowns could use a bit of a rewrite.

Pros: We love Built For Teams, it helps us track our team's personal information and salaries. We are easily able to share payroll stubs and track PTO with setup alerts for all applicable managers.

Cons: We have unlimited PTO but still need people to submit for requests when taking off. We have not quite figured out how to have unlimited PTO without just updating the numbers constantly.

Pros: The PTO Tracking feature. Employee directory. Org chart function

Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't like.

Pros: Built is an easy to use software that has many customizable features and integrates well with other existing systems for initial data imports. The ability to easily share the org chart and make real-time updates in the system has been really helpful.

Cons: The horizontal layout of the org chart makes it challenging to view the whole org on one page.

Pros: Good pricing, ease of use, allowed many different PTO buckets, which met our need for a flexible WFH program tracked here. A company wide calendar so that everyone can know where their colleagues are.

Cons: It has a nice user platform and it is very easy to use.

Pros: It is easy for employees to request for Paid Time Off. they just log in and put in their request.

Cons: I have not ran into and issues. It has all been great.

Pros: I like being able to keep track of my time off easily and know where I stand without having to bug our HR person.

Cons: Little glitches like not being able to enter 3 hours but instead having to enter a time-frame such as 8:30am-11:30am. It's less flexible and not very good for our purposes.

Pros: It is very simple to use and super handy using my smartphone to input PTO.

Cons: Wish the Calendar was the first button to access PTO.

Pros: Built for Teams has helped our Organization efficiently process and track PTO. There are no more lost PTO paper requests. Employees can easily request PTO and the request goes directly to their manager to approve or deny. At any given time, employees can see how many hours they have remaining for PTO. Organizationally, every staff member can see who is off work on a particular day, there's no more wondering if someone is working or not. From a HR perspective, we can easily track PTO hours used and remaining for each employee. Built for Teams is user friendly and intuitive to use. The couple of times I have had questions, Customer Service has quickly been there to solve the issue for.

Cons: I love everything about Built for Teams. As the person initially setting up Built for Teams, it was time consuming. However, that is to be expected with any new application. It was not difficult, just tedious to get everything set-up correctly. Once it was set-up, it has been running like a well oiled machine.

Pros: Ease of use for employees and approvers. Setup was also very easy.

Cons: Trouble canceling approved time off. Also, had some issues after the first year with approvals all of a sudden going to the wrong approver.

Pros: ease of use, easy setup, solid product that is great for a small/mid size org.
