Pros: Makes vendor and spend management significantly more efficient, with a team that proactively helps optimize costs and streamline procurement workflows.
Cons: Platform adoption can take time internally, particularly when aligning stakeholders and integrating it into existing procurement and finance workflows.
Eric G. · VP, Finance · Information Technology and Services · April 20, 2026
So far my experience has been great. Having a central place to keep contracts, manage renewals, and the assistance provided for negotiations is wonderful.
Pros: The single place to manage vendors has been great. Reminders for renewals and the built in process for approvals and reviews makes procurement so much easier.
Cons: Some of the process automation is clunky and has steps that don't make sense but we were able to work those out. There is also not a huge list of integrations for license management and trying to integrate our Intact data was not easy.

Pros: Spendflo Streamlines Vendor Management with Effective Support and Cost Savings. Spendflo helped in streaming our vendor management. It was effective and efficient with an extremely supportive team who helped us in achieving our target savings.
Cons: The product is capable of making the platform a single source of truth for vendor management with integrations/automation from multiple payment platforms. The product growth has been good over the years and is capable of a lot more.
Ankita K. · Staff Accountant · Events Services · April 15, 2026
Spendflo has been a great partner. They work hard to understand what is important to you and then have an able team of negotiators to help. Their software is intuitive and supports any type of contract approval process you can create.
Pros: Spendflo makes it easy to monitor the dozens of SAS contracts we have and make sure we don't miss any contract deadlines. They also were effective negotiators with our vendors.
Cons: There was very much to dislike. The representatives with whom I worked were knowledgeable and worked closely with me to support us through every negotiation.
Tyler C. · COO · Consumer Goods · April 10, 2026
Very satisfied with the level of support and the weekly touchpoints have been very helpful. Everyone is friendly and eager to help.
Pros: The dedication to making the platform work and their ability to negotiate. The willingness to change and adapt our workflows.
Cons: The amount of update emails. They are sometimes redundant. There were a few times that we had to go back and forth on requirements that slowed down the process.
Mary Ann M. · IT Support Manager · Information Technology and Services · April 8, 2026
The team is really great to work with and really on top of everything, moving requests along the workflow timely and following up with the business to ensure deadlines are met.
Pros: The Spendflo team is very knowledgeable about where and when to push on negotiations, and when a quote is the best we will get. They are also very good at managing the renewal/new product from beginning to end with minimal involvement or oversight from the contract owner, saving time and costs for the business. In one of my more recent renewals, they realized ~25%-30% reduction in the unit cost, saving the business significant costs. They are also proactive in negotiation extensions with the supplier if a renewal is looking like it will take longer.
Cons: The Spendflo platform isn't the most intuitive to use and requires upfront training to effectively use and gain the insights you need from an overall company perspective.

What I appreciate most is that they handle the tough vendor conversations so I don't have to, which frees up real bandwidth for higher-priority work. [sensitive content hidden] has been an exceptional counterpart throughout. He's knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Spendflo to any team looking to cut software spend without adding headcount to do it.
Pros: Spendflo has been a genuine time-saver. From day one, the team hit the ground running and delivered measurable results fast. They took on the heavy lifting for complex contract negotiations, including several contracts over $50K.
Cons: The platform is pretty intuitive but managing lots of small annual contracts can be time consuming for a busy department leader.
Jessica C. · EVP of Marketing · Computer Software · March 25, 2026
I had a great experience with Spendflo and would highly recommend them to any company. Their specialists are knowledgeable, professional, and effective at negotiating pricing across different industries, helping drive real savings with minimal effort from our side.
Pros: From day one, they’ve been exceptional partners in negotiating pricing and renewals. They consistently bring thoughtful options and well-grounded recommendations, especially when evaluating whether it makes strategic sense to continue with a vendor, clearly outlining the business impact, pros, and cons. I highly value their work and partnership.
Cons: I haven’t experienced any notable downsides so far. The process has been smooth, the team has been responsive, and everything has worked as expected.
Yuriko T. · People Operations Generalist · Information Technology and Services · January 30, 2026
Great experience, and excellent work from [sensitive content hidden] . The spendflo team has been great to work with for the last 3 years
Pros: Their ability to get the best pricing options for Crownpeak. They keep us updated on the progress and utilize both slack and the spendflo platform to keep us on track.
Cons: Some times there was a delay in getting renewals completed on time but in most cases Crownpeak was mostly to blame for this.
Dan E. · Director of IT and Security · Information Services · January 21, 2026
Pros: Spendflo has been a fantastic experience for our team. The people behind the product are truly amazing—knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Implementation was quick and seamless, making it easy for us to get up and running without any friction. All of our users love the intuitive flow of the system and how easy it is to use, which led to very fast adoption across the company. Overall, Spendflo made a real difference for us and has been a pleasure to work with.
Cons: Honestly, there aren’t many downsides to call out. If anything, the Spendflo team moves so quickly and stays so on top of things that our internal team sometimes has trouble keeping up with their responsiveness. While that can feel like a “con,” it really speaks to how proactive, efficient, and committed they are to delivering great service.
Katie K. · Contracts and Legal Operations Specialist · Marketing and Advertising · January 6, 2026
Overall, our experience has been positive because Spendflo delivers on what matters most to us: reducing software spend. We partnered with them primarily for their procurement expertise, not just the tool, and they’ve delivered meaningful value on that front. While the product has room to grow, the people, service, and savings make the partnership worthwhile.
Pros: The procurement team is the standout. They are aligned, proactive, and genuinely feel like an extension of our internal team. Communication is clear, updates are timely, and they consistently negotiate strong pricing with vendors. They understand how software buying actually works in the real world and do a great job taking the negotiation burden off our plate.
Cons: The product itself still feels like it’s maturing. Some workflows and features don’t always work as expected, and there are moments where the tool could be more intuitive or reliable. If you’re expecting a fully polished, best-in-class SaaS platform, this may fall short today.
Rosa L. · Head of Enterprise Operations · Professional Training & Coaching · December 18, 2025
Working with [sensitive content hidden] at Spendflo has been a great experience. They’ve made procurement feel effortless, streamlining our process, helping us stay ahead of renewals, and freeing up hours of internal time. Both have been proactive, thoughtful partners who anchor negotiations effectively and surface meaningful savings opportunities. It’s rare to find a vendor team that integrates so seamlessly with ours, but[sensitive content hidden], and Spendflo really feel like an extension of Ottimate.
Pros: Spendflo takes the pain out of managing SaaS renewals. They bring benchmarking data, handle vendor back-and-forth, and give us clear options so we can make confident decisions quickly. Their team feels like a true partner, always proactive and aligned with our finance priorities. The time savings and negotiation leverage have been significant.
Cons: Since Spendflo handles vendor communication directly, there are times when I’d appreciate more detailed documentation of the process. Having original quotes and proposals uploaded alongside their comments would make it easier for Finance to review and maintain a clear audit trail.
Patricia C. · Controller · Financial Services · September 29, 2025
Pros: Their platform with the dashboards and summary and the support they provide us regarding our software vendors' procurement.
Cons: We originally had a lot of changes in account managers and procurement specialists, which was hard to follow and adjuust to.
Rita P. · Senior Accountant · Marketing and Advertising · July 29, 2025
Pros: Time and money sunk into procurement balloons very quickly as a startup scales. The Spendflo software creates a centralized system with alerting for upcoming vendor renewals that allows any lean startup to maximize efficiency and unlock time to spend in other places. For any startup looking to outsource procurement, Spendflo is a great tool for finance teams.
Cons: The onboarding process had a lot of team changes on the Spendflo side, and there were repetitive asks. There is no clear process to handle vendors with which we are using a free trial version.
Alice Z. · VP Operations, Chief of Staff · Computer Software · July 16, 2025
It has been a smooth process and we are seeing the positive impact on our organization already. Thank you!
Pros: What we like the most are (1) Saving $ - (2) smooth process - (3) summarizing all our vendor information in one place.
Cons: I don't have anything to mention at this time. Our contacts at Spendflo are working hard to make us happy and reply to our requests.
Alexandra P. · Controller · Management Consulting · July 3, 2025
It’s been nothing short of incredible. Every interaction feels human, helpful, and high-impact. The team brings in both professionalism and personality, a rare mix in today’s SaaS jungle. I genuinely enjoy working with them.
Pros: As an IT Manager, my calendar is always a battle between strategy, firefighting, and decision-making. One of the biggest drains? Vendor evaluations, tool comparisons, and that never-ending back-and-forth of pricing negotiations. Spendflo changed that for me. They didn’t just assist, they owned the process. From shortlisting the right tools to getting me the best deals, they freed me up to focus on what really matters. I don’t just see them as a vendor; they’re my remote teammate who actually gets stuff done.
Cons: If I had to name one… I’d say they’ve set the bar too high for my other vendors There actually not much of downsides!
phuc m. · IT Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · July 1, 2025
SpendFlo is an holistic product that has the capacity to track all your SaaS Procurements and also optimise your spends towards them. Renewals to Procurements they are all taken care of with incredible support from the Team. The Platform UI is very user friendly making it easier for cross functional collaborations.
Pros: Support extended by the Onboarding team and the Account Management Team. Transition from CloudEagle to SpendFlo was seamless tracking all our renewals, procurements and spends under one platform.
Cons: Faced glitches in merging expenses from two different ERPs for TTM Spend Tracking during on boarding which was later resolved.
Varsha R. · Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant · Computer & Network Security · June 11, 2025
Our experience with Spendflo has been extremely positive. Their professionalism and market expertise enabled us to save money and optimize our vendor contract. Throughout the process, it was clear they were working with our best interests in mind.
Pros: Spendflo helped us secure significantly better terms with our WFM solution provider. The team was highly attentive to our needs, responded quickly, and demonstrated deep market knowledge. We especially appreciated the transparency of the process and their proactive approach to negotiations.
Cons: At the beginning, it took a bit of time to align on all the details and expectations, but this was quickly resolved. Overall, nothing major to complain about.

Spendflow helped us streamline our SaaS procurement process and cut down unnecessary costs. What stood out most was the seamless collaboration with their team—they're proactive, fast, and genuinely invested in our success. It's a must-have for any company looking to bring order and savings to their software spend.
Pros: ve. We've seen significant cost savings and now have full visibility into our SaaS stack. Great platform for any growing business looking to optimize software spend
Cons: The dashboard could use a bit more customization to fit different internal reporting needs
Rishiraj S. · Associate Director · Information Technology and Services · April 25, 2025
Overall Spendflo has helped streamline our procurement process and identify meaningful cost savings. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and a great partner in optimizing our software spend.
Pros: Seamlessly helps us manage and optimize our SaaS spend, giving us clear visibility into usage and savings opportunities without the usual manual effort. It’s a powerful enabler for smarter, faster financial decisions.
Cons: Platform can sometimes feel unintuitive when navigating detailed contract or vendor information, and the insights provided aren't always actionable without additional manual analysis.
Eric G. · VP, Finance and Accounting · Computer Software · April 23, 2025
Overall, my experience with Spendflo has been positive. They offer valuable expertise in contract renewals, helping our team save both time and money while streamlining the renewal process.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden]' expertise in the renewal process was invaluable. He provided exceptional guidance and service during a recent renewal, playing a key role in negotiating a reduced annual contract. His support made the entire process smooth and effortless.
Cons: The platform can sometimes be challenging to navigate, especially for an infrequent user like me. While the interface is simplified and clean, I had difficulty locating the current renewal comments to respond to requests.
Susan R. · Director, People · Information Technology and Services · March 28, 2025
Overall it has been very positive process for our company.
Pros: I have appreciated our Spendflo team members that have been assisting us. They have been most helpful with the on-boarding process; patient when needed and also assertive in the nicest way. They should get six stars!
Cons: Nothing significant comes to mind. We are looking forward to continued cost savings.
Joe D. · Controller · Financial Services · March 12, 2025
In the overall was very good! There was a good communication but I think that the position from our side should be more proactive and not to wait my feedback about every instance after talking to lattice
Pros: The communication was very fluid and kind. [sensitive content hidden] always showed himself very available for me and to answer my questions.
Cons: I think that it would have been great if we were more proactive instead of reactive. There were many conversations that were done because of my discussions with my boss and not because [sensitive content hidden] had the idea or the suggestions.
Agustina V. · sr people care · Computer Networking · March 10, 2025
Net positive - we are saving money regularly on procurements now.
Pros: Great customer service - the team are very responsive.
Cons: Onboarding process had limited automation.
Tom G. · Head of Legal and Operations · Information Technology and Services · March 7, 2025
Pros: Spendflo provides a seamless easy portal to track agreements and renewals, plus their team is fantastic.
Cons: I have yet to run into any cons! You should check out Spendflo!
