Great, and convenient. It makes the everyday workflow of a community manager much more managable!!!!
Pros: It's easy to use, the updates always address our issues and it is very easy to navigate when utilized on a laptop or computer.
Cons: More options for customization; we have a lot of people that have housing support and it would be nice to be able to distinguish them with a drop down on the profile .

Cons: While I’ve had a generally positive experience, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Occasionally, the system freezes when toggling between screens, which can interrupt workflow and cause minor delays. There are also times when tabs take longer than expected to load, especially when switching between multiple sections. Although this doesn’t happen constantly, it can be frustrating when trying to complete tasks efficiently.

Pros: I really liked ResMan because its very user friendly and most things are just the click of a button and you've got what you need
Cons: I'm not sure there is anything I dislike about ResMan - its been my favorite software for 5 years now and plan to use it until the end!

Pros: The application process is so convenient for us it allows us to just press the process button and it does everything for us
Cons: There's really not anything that I do not like about Resman I haven't had any issues at all so it has been a breath of fresh air using it

My experience with Resman has been very good. I would say I recommend Resman as a multifamily software.
Pros: What I like the most about resman is how user friendly their page is and how quick the customer support is.
Cons: What I like the least about Resman is the txt msgs integrations. I takes longer than expected, in my opinion.

It’s clearly built for larger portfolios and has the tools needed to run day-to-day operations efficiently. Once you learn the system, it becomes a dependable platform that keeps everything in one place. That said, there is a learning curve. Some processes take more steps than they should, and certain features aren’t always intuitive. It’s not the kind of system you can jump into without training, but once you’re familiar with it, it does its job well.
Pros: Powerful system, but not always user-friendly. This is where ResMan could improve. Some workflows feel outdated or overly complex, and newer users can feel overwhelmed at first. It’s functional, but not always intuitive.
Cons: ResMan is very thorough. It handles complex property operations, lease management, and reporting effectively, making it a strong system for professional property management teams.

Very positive and satisfactory. A great software for property owners and property managers that provides so many features to allow customizable reports.
Pros: Straight forward, many options for viewing different reports with specific date ranges, and easy to use. Great resource to use to run reports snd manage leases.
Cons: Font size is somewhat small on screen. Would prefer larger sized font for some reports to make it easier to read once printed.

It was challenging at first, especially trying to find and navigate through all the different tabs and features. The layout felt overwhelming in the beginning, and it took time to understand where everything was located. However, as I became more familiar with the system, it started to feel less complicated and more intuitive. Now, it truly feels like my own ecosystem, where each tab has a clear purpose and fits into my workflow. What once seemed confusing has become second nature, making navigation faster and more efficient with regular use.
Pros: The accessibility of the platform is one of its strongest features. I really appreciate how all third-party tools are fully integrated, eliminating the need to constantly switch between different applications or systems. Having everything centralized in one place makes navigation intuitive and significantly improves efficiency. Tasks that would normally take extra time feel much smoother and more streamlined. The integrations work seamlessly, without interruptions or compatibility issues, which enhances the overall user experience. This level of accessibility not only saves time but also reduces complexity, making the platform easier to adopt and use daily, even for users with varying levels of technical expertise.
Cons: With the new update, I don’t like how the boardroom view is zoomed in. The increased zoom makes it harder to see the full layout at once, which affects overall visibility and ease of use. Important details feel cramped on the screen, and navigating between sections now requires more scrolling and adjustments than before. This change disrupts the workflow that previously felt smooth and intuitive. While the update may have been intended to improve focus or readability, it instead reduces clarity and efficiency for users who rely on a broader view. A customizable zoom option would greatly improve this experience.

ResMan is a strong, all-in-one operating system for multifamily that keeps leasing, accounting, and compliance in one place. It allows us to track activity clearly, maintain clean audit trails, control access, and report accurately without duplicating work. Like any robust system, it requires discipline and proper processes, but when used correctly it supports efficiency, accountability, and scalable operations.
Pros: Centralized communication for residents and property support staff. Also the communication between each department within the property management company.
Cons: The Mobil app. It needs to be setup to be more user friendly for residents and property support staff.

Pros: The access to have everything on one system. We do not have to open multiple systems to get things completed.
Cons: The system only allows certain number of staff members to access Resman support. Not all staff members have access to support, which falls all on our Manager to submit and correct.

User friendly as an owner even with the new layout. I can find all information I need and KPIs for performance review.
Pros: I am an owner with read-only access but I can find all information I need and it was easy for me to adapt to the new layout.
Cons: It logs me out in only a few minutes even while I am working on it so this is inconvenient especially when reviewing financials which requires me long time logged into Resman. The search option could be more comprehensive

I have not had any issues or concerns with Resman so I am pleased with my overall experience. Work orders are easy to place into ResMan for our Maintenance team to receive and begin working on our work orders.
Pros: Navigating the website is easy. I haven't had any problems accessing work orders that I have put in to be completed.
Cons: The easy access and navigation of the website. We use ResMan to place work orders for each of our communities.

Overal is a great program - Very user friendly - Error Friendly and report generating friendly - I do like the fact that reports can be saved in different formats.
Pros: Ease of use - Very user friendly - I like the fact that you can type any key word of any item you are looking for on the search bar and you can easily find it.
Cons: I wish we had a date on the main page - Like I wish I was able to view the actual date im working on in the main page

My experience has been great. Leasing made easy !! As far as using it for the current residents- there is a feature where you can send a pay link to the resident so that they can pay the exact amount you enter and still have them locked out the portal
Pros: ResMAn is user friendly and CRM allows for automatic response which saves a lot of time from having to manually respond to each individual prospect.
Cons: HELP - Easy Answers/ Topics could provide more detailed information. ALtho9ugh this is an administrative error, I would like to have more access without having to wait for approval.

Pros: I have used 6 different Property Management software systems in my 10 year career as an asset manager. Resman is by far my favorite for overall ease of use and tracking KPI's. The dashboard is customizable which is beneficial when you only have a brief period of time for review. Pulling reports is far easier than Real Page or Yardi whose software is clunky.
Cons: Does not have graphs that are downloadable to show KPI trends. We used a proprietary software program called Fortress that had this on the landing page and it was visually very appealing.

Resman is very basic to me, not very detailed, it could use some upgrading on pre leased percentages shown not just a number.
Pros: Its user friendly, easy to navigate and to teach new people how to use it. The snap shot of the boardroom page is great!
Cons: Its not very detailed as I would like more statistics when it comes to budget spending and notifying you if you are going over budget when inputting invoices for certain categories.

I use ResMan on a daily basis, and it honestly makes my job so much easier. Everything from resident information to payments and work orders is all in one place, which saves a lot of time during busy days. Once you get familiar with it, the system is easy to navigate and very efficient. I also really appreciate the help desk tickets—they’re very helpful anytime I need support or have questions. I rely on ResMan for pretty much everything I do at work, and it helps keep our office organized and running smoothly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in property management.
Pros: I love that you can add pictures of your residents’ faces, their pets, and even their cars, which makes it easy to identify them.
Cons: Sometimes it can be hard to find deposit slips within the system, especially when you are in a hurry and need to locate them quickly during a busy workday.

Pros: ResMan is very user friendly, and offers many useful tools, all within one program. This program makes property management efficient and is a great value. They also have a very responsive customer support team!
Cons: They recently upgraded their software and it isn't quite as easy to navigate as it was previously. They still have a few things to fix, but once they do, I'm sure it will flow smoother.

The application is very easy to use and self explanatory. I really love it, it is very helpful for maintenance task as for make readies. I can find all kind of reports here, which makes my job much easier. Excellent value for money and great customer support as well.
Pros: The application is really user friendly. In my area (maintenance) I use it a lot for the make readies and I can find everything there when I need more info like Names of the prospects, if the application was approved or denied this way I know if it is a real move in or not. The navigation of the application is really easy
Cons: In our case here at my property, We do property management and we use Get Done to work with work orders and Resman is not compatible, so far, with Get done. It would be great for business growth and lease management.

Pros: I like that it's super intuitive. It does what I need it to do without too many bells and whistles.
Cons: I would like the support to be better. A lot of time I get passed around, but don't get a full answer.

I have enjoyed my experience and although at first the update was hard to navigate I will admit it is nice.
Pros: Very easy to use. The new update brought some bugs but it was quickly fixed. The Resman training offered was very helpful and the trainer was lovely.
Cons: One issue I have noticed is sometimes when searching for people or apartments numbers the individual will not pop up. Sometimes the person pops up with the apartment number. Sometimes with the name. Sometimes with the phone number. At the end we always are able to pull them up but sometimes it gets tricky.

I believe it is a very useful business tool, the integrations are very helpful too, when I had issues and submitted tickets, they were resolved fast. We work in peace because if there's something out of our scope of work, we are assisted
Pros: Resman is a whole universe where many productive things can be done, and there's always something new to learn.
Cons: The change to the new layout. I was getting used to the old one; however, I understand that there must be a reason for it.
