Mid to low. It used to be much much better we've been with them for 5 years and every time they change it gets worse unfortunately
Pros: Used to be decent price but It just stopped being a very good service like it used to be unfortunately
Cons: No Leads....been terrible lately. We used to get good quality leads with phone numbers names descriptions and everything not anymore

Cons: The fact that it used to has a landscape view on my I-pad and someone thought it would work better portrait or vertical only. I used to love it and now I hate it

Great software to quickly access and manage rental properties. Easily organizes payments and expenses.
Pros: Manage rental property expenses with ease, using easy to fill in forms. Quickly access information regarding multiple properties in one place.
Cons: Initial financial language was difficult to decipher for a novice. Able to manage all aspects of your rentals, even more so then what we need to program for.

Bumps in the road, overall pretty good. Definitely a huge learning curve. I feel like things are overcomplicated in some aspects.
Pros: I like that it has an option for small starter business that is relatively inexpensive. I like that the support is fairly quick and there's YouTube videos to watch as well for help.
Cons: I really am frustrated that I don't get tax forms included with my basic subscription. I feel like that should be a basic service.

My overall experience has been good, also the customer service is great, they respond to all my requests ASAP.
Pros: It is easy to use, and the UI /UX makes it really simple. It also has all the features that you need as a landlord.
Cons: Nothing, i have not found anything that I did not like about TenantCloud. IF i had to say something, it would be to have better alerts

Like TenantCloud easy to use and provides needed tools to help manage properties. Helps track income with multiple properties.
Pros: Secure Website Access Easy property management Great Value for the price Clients like app and ability to communicate within app
Cons: 2 factor access entry multiple times Not too many bad things to say about app I prefer it over any app I used.
Charlee R. · Real Estate · Real Estate · January 18, 2026
Overall the experience is good. The program has robust programming for applications and I like that I can keep my leases in an electronic format that is shared with tenants.
Pros: Good value for the money. I have several apartments and we use tenant cloud to manage all units. It is much cheaper than the next best option.
Cons: I wish it would be more customizable for each states laws and compliance thereof. For example, I’d like to be able to charge the tenant only $20 for the background/credit check but either I pay or the tenant pays, but NYS laws restrict me to charging only $20 and the cost for the report is $40

It’s been an incredible expertise far, I truly enjoy how simplistic the system is. Especially the maintenance section!
Pros: Smooth workflows, easy to operate. Customer service has been phenomenal. Very responsive and reliable!
Cons: I haven’t ran into anything I didn’t like as of yet, I look for the positive in everything and haven’t seen a negative thing to addresses
JaQuonda W. · Property Management · Real Estate · January 17, 2026
Good tool, helps with payments he most, and at least captures the incoming for tax purposes, good price and therefore value
Pros: A single shop for all my Landlord needs, it’s online, available from my mobile and reasonably easy to use without any formal training
Cons: I sometimes find that. Can’t find the thing I need. It’s not as intuitive as some other tools, I’m often going round in circles

Excellent overall experience--we use the platform for applications, leases, maintenance and messaging between tenants
Pros: We have been using Tenantcloud for more than 5 years and found it easy to use, great customer service, and excellent functionality.
Cons: We have sometimes experienced a lack of features or functionality that you may find with a bigger compnay
Peggy C. · Owner · Package/Freight Delivery · January 15, 2026
Very great platform that is easy to use to keep all things for property management in one place. Highly recommend
Pros: Easy to use and keep track of properties and accounting. Easy to look through applications and add properties
Cons: Price keeps increasing and doesn't seem to add value. Can't find a way to stop the income verification
Nathan L. · Landlord · Real Estate · January 15, 2026
Good experience. Cost is on the low side. The app makes it easier to keep track of payments and renewals and any issues a tenant may have.
Pros: Simple and easy dashboard to manage properties. I like being able to see exactly when a tenant posted the ACH for rent. It removes the interactions of things getting lost in the mail.
Cons: For what I use it for, no issues. I don't use some of the more advanced features, but that's just because they aren't applicable to my situation
Matthew M. · Landlord · Real Estate · January 15, 2026
Very happy with this software it was also the first that I’ve used. Not looking to migrate elsewhere as I’ve become quite comfortable with navigation.
Pros: Some of features have been super convenient for tracking specific properties numbers. ACH payments have also been fantastic and has automated things for me a ton.
Cons: Sometimes editing box values don’t set back to zero. Other than that I think the software is thought out pretty well.

My overall experience with TenantCloud has been positive. It’s made my first rental property simple and easy to navigate as a landlord.
Pros: TenantCloud is easy to use as a landlord and easy to use as a tenant. I’m renting my first home and it’s been so nice to use TenantCloud.
Cons: Everything about TenantCloud has been easy, there isn’t anything significant I don’t like. I haven’t had any problems.
Hailee W. · Manager · Real Estate · January 15, 2026
overall my experience is great, there can be some improvements that need working but overall experience has been great
Pros: value for money and easy to access. easy to use with the invoice generator and making sure its going through
Cons: the function of always giving be date backs, the only thing is the payments take a decent amount of time to come over
eric n. · Sales · Financial Services · January 15, 2026
Excellent customer service if I ever have any questions. The rents show up quickly in my account. Highly recommend.
Pros: Its a great software to receive rents from my tenants. Makes life easy for me. Great customer service. Highly recommend it!
Cons: I have nothing bad to say about the software. It works well. No glitches. The rents show up pretty quickly in my account

I've been using TenantCloud for over 2 years for my small portfolio of 10 properties. It's a great tool to manage applications, leases, tenant payments, and accounting. I moved from Apartments.com and I'm much happier with TenantCloud.
Pros: Handling applications in-app along with background checks and deposit payments makes the renting process smooth and as easy as it can be! The accounting side is simple and provides the tracking and accounting that's required come tax-time.
Cons: I struggle with lease changes and renewals. The interface is a bit clunky and I find myself doing something wrong which results in having to redo it and causing confusion with the tenant. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong in the process... but it's still not as smooth as it should be. Also, while tenants can setup auto-payments, it's not pushed by the platform, so the tenants need to be reminded to set it up - and then they forget to pay. A huge improvement would be to basically default (with the tenant's consent) to setup auto pay, and let them opt out of it if they don't want it. Most/all of my tenants do want autopay, but it's an extra step for them, and when the rent increases, they need to set it up again.

Overall, I've had a great experience with TenantCloud! I was looking for a software that would make being a landlord simple, and TenantCloud checked that box.
Pros: I love how easy TenantCloud is to use for me and my tenants. I am a new landlord and TenantCloud made it simple to figure out alongside my tenants. I only have to make adjustments as needed, but besides that I leave it alone and it runs the operations for me. The customer support is also great and responsive.
Cons: Some adjustments, like editing rental or contract details take a lot of steps to find, when it seems like it should be a quick and easy adjustment when needed. I also wish it was easier for my tenants to pay ahead of time if they'd like.
Jake C. · Co-owner · Real Estate · January 15, 2026
Overall I am satisfied with TenantCloud and what it offers per the price to organize your property portfolio and provide a standard experience for tenants
Pros: Organized platform for tenant management, invoice tracking, receiving maintenance requests, and obtaining reports
Cons: Not intuitive for tenants, long lead time to get funds, don’t like reports available for outstanding balances
Thais S. · Owner · Real Estate · January 15, 2026
Very positive. Look forward to using all of the available features. Hope to see more improvements in the near future with AI.
Pros: I am a beginner new user this year. The user experience is fairly seamless and easy to navigate, this was a priority for me. The onboarding support is through and on going. I was looking for a PM software that has it all and their top tier is very affordable compared to some of the other platforms. Also the QuickBooks online integration is very helpful!
Cons: I can’t say I have any at the moment. Although I have had some issues keeping my Tenant Cloud account connected to my QuickBooks online account. When it is connected it works well. This integration could be made easier.

Very Positive. I've had some issues but they got resolved quickly. I love the tracking but probably need to learn more about all the tools.
Pros: Ease of use and customer support. Clients also seem to like how streamlined the system is and lets them track expenses.
Cons: Accounting in general isn't something I like and learning the process hasn't been the easiest but overall I have very little complaints.
Richie T. · Realtor · Real Estate · September 23, 2025
I have been very pleased with the platform and have recommended it to many of my peers in the real estate realm.
Pros: We utilize the platform to manage multiple our residential and commercial properties. For the value of the money we are able to use one platform for a reasonable amount per property. The customer support during the onboarding was very helpful in ensuring that we had every property properly set up. The website access is very straight forward and easy to use. I am thankful that we can now cut the expense of using quickbooks because this software has all things "accounting" on the platform. I also feel that the security is top notch and has kept our information secure thus far. We hope that is stays this way!!
Cons: The manual data entry is a bit much but worth it in the end. Especially when you have multiple properties that are listed on the platform.

Very good and would recommend to others. It is easy to use and cost-effective for our company's property management.
Pros: It is a good Value for the Money; The Customer Support is very responsive, The Accounting and Expense Tracking is easy to use
Cons: The reports cannot be customized to change the information that is shown to our homeowners and tenants.
Dale S. · Principal Broker · Real Estate · September 23, 2025
Favorable. I will continue to use the product for the forseeable future. I need to become more familisr with the product though.
Pros: The value. For $60 a month I can get everything I need for my property management business. I also like how easy it is to collect rent.
Cons: It can be a bit rigid and the accounting is not that intuitive. However, i think experience will help overcome this.
