Pros: Ease of use and intuitive design of the platform. Everything works perfectly. All functionality you'd expect, like downloads and viewers list are present.

Cons: The possibilities with in the platform are plenty, which is a bit scare when using it for the first time.

Pros: We enjoyed the experience for the user - my audience particularly liked that when I would do live videos and the interactive elements that would pop up, allowing them to interact with me live.

Cons: Nothing, it is a great platform, it just doesn't meet our needs anymore.

Pros: It is an easy to use tool for webinars, it can be branded with your own house style. The quality of the webinars is high, and the possibilities are great.

Cons: When we used it, the recommended browser was chrome. When you have external speakers it is a bit annoying you have to tell them which browser to use, instead of their preferred one. But perhaps that is not the case anymore.

Pros: Nice registration page, reminder pages that can be branded.

Cons: Customer Service hours are based in Europe. So be careful for real-time support if you are in US-based Time Zones! In addition, watch for the Auto-Renewal option! no refund if cancelled during the holiday when they are closed.

Pros: Addressing audience and listening to our customer demands with WebinarGeek has been the most astonishing experience. It provides real time insights from the market. It allows me to interact with potential clients from remote areas.

Cons: I really like the product and its entire features. It has done excellent job throughout.

Pros: WebinarGeek has a lot of features like integrated polls, multiple hosts, in a very intuitive UI so that new users don't need to be trained. It also has simplified workflows like screensharing and audio and saves trouble to go through elaborate processes. It is customizable and easy to manage and setup

Cons: It doesn't have annotation support. Users don't have the option to raise hands or unmute, unlike Zoom. It also has limited cross platform support

Pros: I think the very best thing about webinargeek is the customer support and constant work they do on the product to make it better. If you have any questions, a real person answers and help you in a matter of minutes (during weekdays).

Cons: Would love to see more flexibility with the registration page such as being able to link videos that are uploaded, not just on Youtube.

Pros: My main goal was to find an easy tool that allows larger crowd webinars. I'm not a tech type, but I found Webinargeek easy to configure and use. Customer service very available and helpful as well !

The most significant advantage of this program is that you can plan everything from sending out invitations to sending out surveys, eliminating the need for a similar software

Cons: The only minor issue is that increasing your user count will double your expenses. Even if the other user is only perusing your webinar's subscribers.

Pros: The product is very easy to use, it's very intuitive. There is a nice range of functionalities too.

Cons: The look and feel is a bit outdated in a way and the product feels a bit pricy.

Pros: We used automated webinars. A very clear and reliable product. The video quality was high (better than some other streaming platforms) and the video stream was solid and continuously. Settings are simple and good and sufficient / complete. Easy flow, well thought trough. No options-overkill, I really liked that. And the service is fast and you get motivated and skillful online helpdesk. They really know what they are doing en they are patient, friendly & quick, they make exceptions and they are honest & reliable. Big thanks.

Cons: We had a little error in the first video upload. Our video was formatted with a variable bitrate (première pro adobe). My video quality was really good, but the conversion was not good. After I re-uploaded an export with constant bitrate the issue was gone and the image was sharp and good.

Cons: Sometimes it's difficult to show the presentation & yourself on camera. People can't read the presentation that good anymore.

Pros: It is very simple to use for webinar hosts and attendees alike. Users can join a webinar with a single link from the customised emails hosts can send. The platform itself has cool features - there’s live chat option. You can also add co-hosts to your webinars. It’s easy and hassle-free to reach more audiences and get them to sign up. People who couldn’t attend the live, or anyone really, could watch the webinars with the replay option, and a copy of the webinar can also be mailed to the attendees. Pretty inexpensive for such a good software.

Cons: The interface is a bit packed and there is no mobile version, which can be a turnoff for some. Attendees do not have the option to join multiple webinars either. There is no option for formatting the customised emails.

Pros: Ease of use, the product feels 'light' and responsive. Besides that, I like the customer support, I do not have the feeling that I'm held off to protect the developers

Cons: Chat functionality can be improved, when lots of chats come in, the flow away... Plus: not visible if other chats come in when not in the chat screen [formerly, this was the case]

Pros: I didn't need to use this software as much as I originally thought but I really enjoyed working with it when I did. It's easy to set up and has a very user-friendly interface. I was very impressed with their customer service - the live chat always responded instantly and all questions answered and if required the service agent delivered creative solutions within 12 hours.

Cons: I struggled for some time to connect my domain email address with the platform.

Pros: From my point of view, there are many advantages in the platform, such as creating educational seminars and lectures in an easy way, as well as creating live broadcasts in a simple and smooth way. The platform facilitates 4000 seats for visitors, and this is a large number, and also allows you to sell from the platform and profit .

Cons: There are no templates for the operating or e-mail pages or to control them, and also I do not clearly see what is written in the chat when broadcasting from visitors .

Pros: I start using the software in 2019 when I started it out with giving webinars. I was completely new to giving webinars and the software behind it. I found it really easy to learn and use it.The most practical is the integrated mailing. It is easy to send subscribers an email when they register, also to remind them of the upcoming event and afterwards.Co-hosts are also easily included, even when your co-host has not much technical background.People find it easy to register en to use it.

Cons: While on the one hand you can easily adapt the e-mails to your own branding, depending on what kind of e-mail you are sending not all features are available or easy to use (changing lettertype, colour, inserting links)It was easy to integrate with mailchimp, but in mailchimp itself I am not interested in the information about the specific link that was sent to that user, nor the time or timezone. I don't like it how it is imposed on my overal data in mailchimp, it is there on my form builder (like for your sign up form, I don't need it there, it doesn't show on my sign up form, but I can't remove it from my form builder)

Pros: It works as it should be, is not expensive compared to others and has the same or even more functionalities then others.

Cons: At this moment I do not know. The only thing was that I needed some extra time in the trial to set-up our webinar. But that was possible to extend for a week.
