This system is horribly clunky to use. It has *very* limited customization options. There are very basic functions that it lacks (can't override a booking, can't add notes to a reservation, run cards print in a way that is very confusing and hard to read, entering feeding and medication instructions is a HUGE headache and is overly complicated, report cards are limited to one update and only 10 photos per stay. The demos and trainings are very vague and unhelpful. Our date transfer was botched which caused major headaches that we are STILL dealing with over a month later. I'd love to get rid of this software altogether but now we are stuck with it. We may end up changing again in another year. This system seems like it would be great ONLY if you're moving from paper to this. The amount of "feature requests" we had to put in during this transfer was shocking. This system seems like it's too new, too
Pros: There are some unique features that are nice. I don't have many positive things to say about it and our customer service experience during out data transfer was so bad that they comped us two months.
Cons: Very limited customization options, not user friendly for staff, basic needed functions unavailable.

Pros: Paw Partner has been instrumental for my business growth. Since onboarding, I have grown 30% YOY using them. The portal for clients is user-friendly, the pay system is top notch, and they really set this up for a business that depends on automatic/online use for customers. By having Paw Partner, I save $30K+ a year not having a receptionist. It is a fantastic value for the money, easy onboarding and easy to learn. Hands down the BEST CRM program I have ever had in my 16 years of experience in this industry.

Cons: The ONLY thing I do not like about Paw Partner is that if I need to change a payment method to pay my monthly fee, I have to call it in. My card was compromised and I also needed to change the bank account information for automatic payments. It would be nice to have an account where I can do that myself and not bother them.

My overall experience has been amazing. After coming from another system that was the complete opposite in terms of support and functionality, Paw Partner has been a breath of fresh air. Pros: The level of support and guidance has been outstanding. From the very first meeting, the team took the time to walk me through every module in detail, explain pricing, services, and setup, and make sure everything was customized to my business. They handled the entire onboarding process smoothly and integrated all of my information into the system perfectly. I truly feel supported and understood, which has made this transition stress free.
Cons: The only challenge so far is that there is a lot to learn, simply because the system offers so many features. However, the support team has been incredibly patient and thorough, so the learning curve has been very manageable.

We have been very nervous about making the switch over to Paw Partner but after many training sessions and especially those with [sensitive content hidden] our minds have been put to ease. [sensitive content hidden] has communicated every single detail and feature in a way that is so easy to understand, answered ALL of our questions personally (and promptly!), and has actually made the process and training sessions fun! All of the team members have been super personable, kind, helpful and patient, which makes such a stressful switch less scary!
Pros: First and foremost, the customer service — hands down. We also love the app, the picture timeline, intuitive design and all of the details you can put into the pets.
Cons: There is nothing that we do not like about it — if any “con,” it would only be that we are just missing a few features that we have gotten used to but they have been heard, understood and noted by the team members as well as met with solutions to work around them.

Pros: The team! They've been incredibly helpful with every single issue and respond quickly. We also love the feed feature! We're slowly getting more and more of our clientele interacting with the app and the feed.
Cons: Coming from PetExec, there are quite a few features that are set up very different (like attaching grooming/daycare to boarding reservations) and we've had to change how we set some things up.

Pros: I love this system. It’s easy to use, has a ton of great features and it’s always extremely quick and does not lag. Anytime I have a question, whoever answers is very quick, friendly and helpful.

So far, Paw Partner has been wonderful. It really is easy to use and it's so nice to have all our client's information at our fingertips. We are able to feed, medicate, and even assign individual kennels to the dogs right from our phones.
Pros: I really like how Paw Partner allows our clients to make reservations online. This really helps limit our phone calls when making reservations. But it is also very easy to use and even our clients can agree how convenient it is.
Cons: I don't love how it is set up. I wish there was more ways to customize it. With our business, we feed at certain times so it would be nice for the "reports" to reflect those times instead of morning/evening feeds. Some of our clients eat lunch, or have snacks at 9pm.

PawPartner is an incredible all-in-one platform for pet businesses! Seamless booking and scheduling, easy client communication, and detailed pet profiles, makes managing daycare and boarding so much more efficient. The interface is user-friendly, the support team is responsive, and the mobile app makes it convenient for both staff and customers. Features like the reports, vaccination tracking, and staff task management are game-changers!!!! I am obsessed with PawPartner and so glad I chose this platform.
Pros: Literally everything. The customer service response time is fast and they resolve any issues/challenges with quality care. My favorite feature overall is the timeline photo feature. Parents LOVE it! The new feature to download the image has been great too.

Five star. Great service and platform overall. Love that help is quick and efficient. Everyone has been friendly and helpful.
Pros: Support is quick and easy to get. No question or request is a bad one- I am always welcomed.
Cons: Would like to be able to change service name. For example, my local area does not allow for me to use the word 'boarding' due to being home based. Instead, I must list my services as 'overnight pet sitting'. Additionally, I utilize the 'Training' portion for "drop ins" at clients home. Both titles of "Boarding" and "Training" cannot be edited.

Overall I couldnt be happier. I ofter 5 different pet services and finding a platform that can so easily support all of them makes my business run so much smoother than it ever has.
Pros: I love how easy to use it is, and the amazing customer service. They're so easy to get ahold of and quick to help me with any questions. I've used ither softwares and this, in my experience, is by far the best!
Cons: I wish there wasnt two different pages one for services and one for pricing. Itd be phenomenally easier if those two were combined. I often find i miss a step or forget to add something because of having to go between those two pages.

I recommend Paw Partner to everyone I know in the animal world. It has made it possible to grow my business without overloading my staff. My clients love it also. It has really helped us keep our clients and their furballs organized and also helped us stay connected to our clients. Some of our clients message us on the app just to say "Hi". It's great! The few drawbacks for me are really just me being knit picky. Overall, I'm so happy that I signed up with them and wouldn't give them up for the world.

Cons: There is one customer service person who I really don't like. I do not find her efficient or knowledgeable. She just irks me. However, the rest of the team is awesome. I do wish they had a list of training videos, in some type of order, so that when I hire new people, I could sit them down with the videos to watch in that order for them to learn how to use the system. I know there's videos on YouTube, but a busy, not tech savvy person like myself, could really use just a spoon fed, here ya go, everything in one folder, in order, training videos program vs. searching on YouTube. The only draw back for the Paw Payments I've encountered thus far is that it takes a few days to go from client making payment to being in the bank. There's a one day lag Monday through Thursday and Friday - Sunday I normally don't see in my bank account until Tuesday. It'd be nice if the weekend sales would come in Monday.

From the moment I started putting my business together to a year later into running it, Paw Partner has been a wonderful tool. Everyone involved from onboarding to technical troubleshooting has been prompt and helpful. I knew when I found Paw Partner, that this would be the app I wanted for my grooming business.
Pros: I love how easy it is to keep track of everything for my business (appointments, clients, grooming notes, daily reports, etc). Has everything to help my business stay organized and grow. The Technical support and customer care have ALWAYS been responsive with any issues or concerns.
Cons: Not having an online user manual pdf to master all the ins/outs of the booking app and make the most of the system.

Pros: We found the Paw Partner company itself pleasant to deal with. They were very responsive and kind when we asked them to address our concerns. The software itself is very able and its utility depends on your particular situation. It is worth examining to anyone with a need.

I had very little knowledge of it previously. I’ve been using it for two weeks when our business opened and I have learned a lot. I’ve made two training meetings since we’ve gone live and they have been super helpful.
Pros: Everything is all in one place from policies and agreements, services, addons, updates, messaging and so much more.
Cons: How to get to things so many ways can be tricky. I figure it out one time then somehow do it differently the next time. More tabs with options less steps to get to where you need.

I have had Paw Partner for just about a year now and I really do like it. I highly recommend them!
Pros: The price is extremely reasonable for the service you get. I always get a very fast response when I need help or have questions. When we met Savannah at the 2023 trade show, she mentioned Paw Partner having high standards. I loved that because I always say I have high standards when it comes to dog boarding. We saw Savanah again at the 2024 trade show and she helped me with some stuff I needed help with. They are really good with support.
Cons: In NC, we need to have the owners name, address, phone # and emergency contact info readily available for the inspector. Paw Partner’s run cards do not have that info on them. I don’t have internet out in our kennel area, so it’s not like I can keep a computer out there to pull up that info for the inspector. That info doesn’t print well from the location it is on Paw Partner. Anyway, it’s a minor inconvenience that makes extra work for me, but certainly something I can deal with given all the other good things about Paw Partner.

The overall experience has been wonderful. The system is easy to learn and anything I haven't been able to figure out they've got me straightened out usually with just a couple clicks.
Pros: The absolute best feature is just how responsive they are to any questions we have. They're always happy to set up a meeting if needed, but every ticket question I send in is responded to within an hour or two at max, most of them far quicker too.
Cons: Nothing yet, everything has been going well and we have no regrets about our decision to go with Paw Partner.

Overall, I loved this piece of software. Not being able to continue to use it is honestly my biggest disappointment in choosing to discontinue offering grooming services. But I would absolutely recommend Paw Partner to any salon or kennel needing scheduling and records maintenance software.
Pros: I loved how all of the information any salon would need (client information, pet information, grooming notes, vaccination records, etc.) was all in one place and completely took the place of note cards. I love that clients could self-schedule if they desired and how easy the app it to use. It had a very flexible scheduling format and all aspects of the services, pricing and scheduling was very easy to update. It truly is flexible enough to be able to accommodate nearly any function I needed from it. There was literally 20 different ways to get to whatever screen or option you would want to navigate to. The support received was phenomenal- on any issue or question I had- no matter big or small.

Exceptional service. The taxi service is a must for us. They have an amazing team that always make me feel comfortable sending my babies there.
Pros: My babies have loved going for their spa days for 8 years and my new one loves it as well.

Easy to use, intuitive, amazing Customer service
Pros: Having our own app where we can interact with clients has been a game changer. We have not had one person want to go to our previous system after downloading our app. The customer service is personal and genuine. I appreciate them so much and how they have helped us scale our new business.

We explored a lot of different software programs and took our time researching what we thought would work best- Paw Partner hands down gave us everything we were looking for. The customer service is top notch from the first day we called. They have helped every step of the way and are quick to respond with questions and met with us multiple times.
Pros: Paw Partner is an incredibly easy and intuitive software to use. The integration from our prior software was flawless. Customers have nothing but great things to say about the app and the ease of making reservations.
Cons: The credit card vendor associated with Paw Partner hasn't been able to match our current rates yet so we chose not to use this feature.
