Busy paws has been life changing as our dog training business grows. Allowing us to be more efficient with booking and client communication.
Pros: Busy paws has reduced our admin workload, always a good thing. The class set up is easy. Love love love the merge function for pets and clients.
Cons: There are always things with any software that I would like to see change. Being able to allocate emails to instructors so they can answer would be great. Would like to be able to change the calendar from a M-S to a S-S.

Customer service is top notch and the product is excellent. Whenever we run into a problem (which is not often) someone is always on the other end willing to help!
Pros: BusyPaws is an integral part of our business. Being able to seamlessly book people into classes and handle payment with very little hands on effort after set up is an incredible feature.
Cons: I wish BusyPaws had an API so I could link data Bidirectionally — we use this software to its maximum capability and this is not likely to be an issue for most users.

Very easy to use and it really “runs my business for me”. The client portal is easy to use for your clients to book directly.
Pros: So easy to use and set up on your own. The software is very ascetic and flows well. Calendar view is very nice and can choose to view by day, week and month. Payment processing is very easy. The client portal is very easy to use for clients and designed very well. I switched to Gingr for a month only because I was going to set up cameras to use on the app, but switched back to Busy Paws because it was way more user friendly than Gingr. I would highly recommend this software for your boarding and daycare business. The price of this software is very fair for what you get.
Cons: There is a “work around” for pricing, depending on your pricing policies, however, they do have an upgrade for “dynamic pricing” but I really cant afford it right now.

Good so far other than small inconveniences in organization and layout. Good pricing overall and have not had issues with tech support yet.
Pros: I love the program, its easy to use and looks good. Good value, and the online booking is straightforward. the customization options are very fun which is enjoyable. The customer service has been quick and resolved promptly when I needed it.
Cons: I wish there were more ways to customize the services lists as they show up to clients. I have been having issues because it automatically alphabetically everything.

Overall, I am loving this experience. This is my first time running an online portal and my first ever brick and mortar store. BusyPaws has made it very easy to make the switch!
Pros: BusyPaws is very user friendly, it's a great value for the cost and it keeps all of our vaccination records organized. Payment processing is quick with daily payouts! Booking and sharing links for booking is super easy and efficient. My clients are loving the ability to access their pets portal and book hassle-free online
Cons: I find it a little annoying that when I am making my schedule I cannot see all of the new starting classes in once place. I like to stagger new classes start dates based on level and I often find myself looking at it thru the client view to see what classes are starting.

The team at BusyPaws is great to work with, their support and help documentation is very thorough and I've never been left hanging the way one sometimes experiences with other support desks. I appreciate having input on new features, and each enhancement they've made has been a great addition to the system. I also love how easy it is for my team to manage their bookings and send client follow ups, it's saved me a lot of time and energy. BusyPaws is a critical part of my every day operations and has made the administrative aspects of my business easier, more efficient and cost effective.
Pros: The interface is user friendly, with the most important integrations taken care of for you. You don't need to become a software subject matter expert to get up and running, or make simple changes. Switching to BusyPaws has reduced the amount of administrative hours across my team and made it easy to manage client and pet bookings and payments. My clients appreciate the self serve portal (I appreciate that it didn't cost extra to provide that service) that allows them to see their bookings, cancel and see their payment history
Cons: I haven't found anything that I don't like yet! Each time I wish there was a feature, I've found it on the future road map.

We've been using BusyPaws for several years now - we started not long after they launched. It's been great to see the upgrades they have made and continue to make. They really listen to their customers and have an easy way to suggest changes and you can track where those changes are at. The customer service is really above and beyond.
Pros: The client management system is for sure the best part - being able to keep all records in one place has been really so helpful. It's much easier to keep up with vaccine records and invoicing.
Cons: Some of the schedule it still a little clunky but I know they are actively working on upgrades which is great! I'd like the app to be a little easer to use too but again I know they are always working on upgrades!

I have been using Busy Paws in my business for 10 months. I offer virtual and in person private training, a training membership, drop ins/dog walks, and over night sitting in the clients home. It's worked relatively well for these services for the $35 per month I pay. However, they recently did an update involving their intake forms & completely broke my intake process. The ONLY option for support is AI, & it's not even very advanced. They refuse to let me even tell them what my issue is.
Pros: The custom forms (until an update broke them), calendar sync, ability to create memberships, client profiles
Cons: NO support for the lowest tier plan ($35/month), they break parts of the product & refuse to tell me how to fix it, can't sync with multiple calendars, payments are slow, no option for overnight pet sitting in the clients home

I really like it and the price is great for the features that you get!
Pros: I love the customer service, easy to use interface, and monthly reports.
Cons: The multiple notifications that pop up is a bit excessive but im sure there’s a way to hide them, I just haven’t figured it out yet!

Pros: I love that clients are able to manage their bookings and how simple it was to set up! This is a real time saver for us.

So awesome, I am so thrilled with it and would recommend to anyone.
Pros: Such efficient and friendly customer assistance, comprehensive options for my dog behaviour consulting business, group classes and private sessions, different locations, can message in the app, store customer info and notes, easily send out commonly used documents, have clients sign waivers and pay, all in this platform! I've tried lots of booking software and this is hands down the best for dog businesses. Just customizable enough that it's not a headache to set up, but offers all the options I need to run my business and systems the way I want. Busypaws just generally makes my running my business so much easier! They are so responsive to adding new features when requested too!
Cons: Some small tech issues every now and again, but I'd expect this with any platform that offers so much, and they're so responsive to issues and helping you work through things. Takes a bit to get used to it, but so much better than every other option I've tried! A bit on the expensive side I suppose, but honestly for what I get I'm happy to pay it.

I would recommend it to anyone it’s wonderful and so easy.
Pros: Vaccine records, client portal, one stop shop for your dog business. Clients love how easy the portal is too. And it’s easy for our business to use and teach to new employees very straightforward. Customer service is top notch.
Cons: Credit issues on customer accounts, sometimes they are a bit glitchy.

We love it and [sensitive content hidden] was tremendous not only on-boarding us which made switching to a new application more welcoming and less stressful but also so VERY quick to respond with any questions we had/have!!
Pros: Ease of setup/admin and allows for great customer interaction along with GREAT customer support with expedited response which is so key!
Cons: Nothing really just suggestions on potential improvement with the customer portal by putting the credits at the top makes it easier for customers to find especially when on mobile. A mobile app option but I believe this is in development ;)

I love it! Customer Service is fast and helpful, the articles and help pages are helpful and it's really easy to use.
Pros: I love that it has everything I need to run my business and that they are always adding to it.
Cons: I wish it were easier to edit the report cards like it used to be instead of recreating the whole report card.

Overall it's a great app with great ease of use. Its interface is easy to understand and move around. Most of all, the customer service is superb. Any time I've had an issue, someone has been available to help and get things resolved. I tried a couple of other industry apps first and settled with busypaws. We have been using it in our daycare, training, boarding facility for a couple of years now.
Pros: Its very easy to create different services and schedules and decide what to allow clients to see on their end. It has a lot of functionality now with the icons and the store. It's easy for clients to use . Customer service is wonderful.
Cons: My customers and I get a little confused sometimes with package credits - available, used, scheduled etc.. as they are colored and worded differently on the client end.

My main reason for choosing BusyPaws for my business is that I don't have a facility or staff to manage. Sometimes, I travel to clients' homes for training, and sometimes, they board in their homes with me. This software makes it easy for small home-based businesses like mine to have options for running a big facility with inventory.
Pros: I love how easy the platform is for both my clients and me. I've got great feedback for booking being so easy. The BEST feature BusyPaws has that most others don't is 2-way Google calendar sync; believe me, I checked for this on multiple other pet software. It's a one-woman show around here, so if I schedule a doctor's appointment for my daughter, it saves me so much time that it will automatically block out that time from my schedule for clients to choose from. It's equally as fast to put new appointments in my calendar so I can see everything from the calendar app I was already using on my phone.
Cons: There is no dynamic pricing option for automatically adding a discount if someone is booking more than one dog. The add-on feature is a little tricky. Add-ons automatically get applied once per pet to the booking, so if you are trying to add something that a client might want more than one of, like this, it isn't possible. Another challenge with add-ons is if a client is booking two dogs for boarding but only wants one dog's nail trimmed, and it will automatically add it to both dogs. There is no way to choose quantity or dog for add-ons.

I am very happy with my investment in BusyPaws. Once you get past loading and setting up all your packages and lessons, this software pays for itself by saving you so much time and money on multiple software subscriptions. Unlike other competitors that charge a lot more, BusyPaws' monthly subscription and affordable rates made it possible for my small training business to switch. I highly recommend BusyPaws for any small business looking to grow!
Pros: What I appreciated the most about BusyPaws is that their customer service is always willing to jump in when the chatbot is having problems answering your questions! I also love that they provide a very affordable monthly subscription.
Cons: The process of organizing my training sessions and packages. Although BusyPaws software is primarily intended for kennels and groomers, as a trainer, it took me some time to figure out how to utilize it for my business. However, the customer service has been incredibly helpful in assisting with troubleshooting!
